This is how my prosciutto was sliced and given to me. It was garbage. And it not cheap either. The guy on Sunday May 4th was ignorant to my fiancé and myself on top of it.

The store itself is great, great selection, clean, etc. However, my experience has to do with the Deli and one employee whose name I don’t know. I have dealt with him twice over the holidays.I placed $150 order for pick up on Christmas Eve at 4. The day before I changed the pickup time to 10. I called TWICE to make sure the time was for 10. The guy I spoke to even joked ‘yeah, yeah, anytime, no problem, as long as I remember to write it down haha.’Come on at 10 and I get a face full of being belittled and to be made out as if I were stupid. The guy who’s was handling the orders says to me well, ‘you’re like eight hours you got at least 30 minutes for me to cook your turkey.’He didn’t care, he was rude and he didn’t want to hear anything we had to say. Fine he was busy. Maybe he was having a bad day right? It was Christmas Eve.Couple days goes by and the food was really good so we decided to get a sandwich tray for our get together for New Year’s. We go to the deli and immediately the man has an attitude problem. ‘Well I don’t have that order and they were here like eight hours early on Christmas Eve last week.’ That was him talking to his coworkers loudly so we could hear him.I have to say the best part about this situation was the fact that I had a receipt and an order number in hand, which I showed him. Then his face fell, and that sort of made my day. He was so sure he was right and I was wrong but with that proof? Turns out the food was in another part of the store.I don’t know why customer service is dead, but it would be really nice if people understood, both on the employee and the customer side, that the customer is not always right, but they’re not also always wrong either.

The Acme on Rt 33 has really gone down hill. There are no hand baskets or small carts for smaller orders. Half of the large shopping carts do not work properly. Most days there is only one cashier on. So after ringing up your own order and bagging it in your own bags you have to push a large cart that doesn’t work out to the parking lot.

A typical Acme...not the best prices, or best selection. The sales prices can be decent, but you REALLY need to be an educated shopper. The bakery is the best thing, excellent selection of treats and quality. The employees are nice enough, the location is convenient and the parking lot is well lit and safe.

This acme used to be great, ever since the pandemic died down , so has the standards of this location. You have multiple unsupervised teens “working” on the store on weekends that do nothing but hang out with each other while ignoring customers that can’t find their way around. Cart returns are always full because they can’t be bothered to break away from their phones. Not only that, the store in general out front is always messy, garbage in the breezeway and curb near the entrances. The parking lot is a disgrace, when I left I noticed a pile of garbage and a used diaper in one of the spots. Either they need to keep a better eye on the employees during the weekend or they need new management, this place is turning into a straight ghetto store.

Love this store. Great selection, usually not too busy and friendly staff. I'm grateful for their Special Needs shopping cart. It really helps with my daughter and makes my experience so much more manageable. ❤️Definitely my go to grocery store!

This is a great store. Convenient and items easy to find to be able to get in and get out. Recently prices more on par with some of the competitors, which is good. Not enough manned checkout lanes. The only one that had someone working at closed just before I got on the line. If you want us to start checking ourselves out, you need to start paying us, please.

Acme changed almost everything around. Gr8 ppl I know a lot of the employees and my favorite pharmacist is Michelle and I call her shorty ACME IS OFFICIALLY BAG LESS MAKE SURE U BRING UR OWN BAGS OR BUY THEIR REUSEABLE ONES

This Acme often has hard to find products. Prices can be high but so is the convenience level.Update 2023: senior discount on Tuesdays. Sales are worth the visit with or without the discount. Great neighborhood grocery!

Great store BUT deli is unclean and not healthy. I shop early and the deli counter is not clean . The scales and slicer’s still have yesterday’s fat and grease on them. I’m not calling board of health because I’m hopeful you will correct this problem

Went to the pharmacy, they didn't have one of my medications but offered to at least fill one of the items. Friendly sraff. I used to shop here in the early 2000s and I liked it then as much as I do now.

I placed an online order, first time with this store and my very last!!!! I ordered 20 items, 28 units and I received Ladd than half of my order. So extremely disappointed!!! There was absolutely zero communication with their staff. Took my time to select replacements and that was not honored!!!!! I know stores been having trouble getting products but I can’t believe they had no bread, soup, cheese, chocolate bars and spare ribs!!!! Practically my whole order was missing. Extremely disappointed. Should have stuck with my shoprite.

Acme is my go to for last minute cakes because they always have a nice selection available. The young ladies I've recently dealt with in the bakery have been pleasant and always go above and beyond to personalize the cake the way I'd like! Grocery wise, I've always felt like they're overpriced so I don't shop there much.

The store was not busy while I was there. Looked nice and clean. Was asked if I needed direction and I did. Was promptly helped and found what I was looking for right away. Too bad the cashier looked like he needed a shower and sounded like he needed to obtain a High School diploma with many more math skills then he possessed. Good for laugh though. Lol

I visited around 9pm tonight & of the few employees I saw, only two were wearing their masks to fully cover their nose & mouth. One employee had no mask on at all. Why the sign on the entry door asking patrons to wear face coverings? I left within 5 minutes & didn't feel comfortable or safe purchasing anything. Very disapointed.

This store is very expensive. I only go there if they have a good sale on something I need. I tried to use my healthcare care for groceries there but the scanner would not read the card. I asked them to put in the number manually but they refused. They would not even try. Told me it wouldn’t work. So I left my groceries and called my healthcare provider. They told me that they can key in the number manually. I also got my card on the app and was able to use it then. I went to the service desk to make sure before shopping again. When I got to the checkout the woman wouldn’t take the number from my phone and scan it because she didn’t want to get in trouble. What? It is just like using the card but the phone app works! After her fussing and getting approval from a manger she finally scanned my number they the phone app. I told her the lady at the desk said I could use the app but she didn’t believe me. Made me wait for her to get approval. Ridiculous!I do not really recommend this store. It is very expensive.

Way over priced but hardly ever crowded...most likely due to their prices. You'll find groceries much more reasonably priced down the road at Shoprite but their busy parking lot and long lines is the trade-off. I only use Acme for running in and out for a couple last minute items.

I have shopped at Acme in Hamilton for 28 years and have always been satisfied. The store is always clean, has friendly cashiers & customer service personnel. Aisles are big. Bakery department is fabulous.

Well stocked and clean. I would shop here more if prices were more comparable to Shoprite. January 2021 they had sign up at paper goods, TP and towels only allowed to buy one, despite the shelves being full, and paper towels being put on top of shelves and top of frozen/refrigerated units to hold overflow. That makes no sense.

Always make sure to check expiration dates these days...didn't used to have to worry. Diet soda selection not what it used to be. People are friendly and helpful. Sav-on staff are awesome, especially Michele.

I love acme I used to go to the one with one in Lawrenceville one in Morrisville Pennsylvania now I have to go to the one on route 33 I don't care for the one in Yardley there's something about it just looks cluttered what I like is I can always get my $5 deals with the produce but now they six dollars love getting my cupcakes from the bakery department

Some items have really good price. I was able to find items that were not available in other supermarkets. Staff are friendly. and help. A decent place to do your grocery shopping.

I called looking for Enfamil, the front desk has it there, the young woman answered, I told her what I was looking for, she told me they had "something in a green can, I asked could you please tell me what the can say's , she said I don't know nothing about this stuff, I will connect you with the person on the floor, she transferred the call a man answered, an said, I don't know what she is talking about, the Formula is right there with her. I thanked him, an just hung up. I went searching some where else. Ok.????

Always love shopping at Acme. This is the best one, always clean and well stocked. I want to mention Crystal, she is so nice. My wife needed help getting items to the car last visit and Crystal was so accommodating and helped her out. I remember Crystal from the Acme in Lawrenceville we used to shop at that closed, so it was nice to know she is still with the Company. Our store of choice.

It's Acme lol not much to say. Even on crowded days it's not as crowded as more popular grocery stores so good if you like your space. They have a lot of vegan and vegetarian substitutions which is awesome.

Always have good buys, even alot of reduced items. Vegetables are always fresh, poultry and frozen foods are always rotated. And they're always up to code with everything even when items have been recalled. Love this store. And employees always greet you with a smile.😘😘
