The whole staff is fantastic but Joe is #1 for Oscar. He treats Oscar like he is his dog, takes great care of him, does all he can to make our lives easy when bringing and picking up Oscar. He should be the manager of that department and given a huge raise because he deserves it. You will never get another one like him. He is the best.

Nicolette was very professional and extremely kind. She made sure our anxiety was met with reassurance of our puppy's care. Joe did an extremely well job in cleaning my little pepper eyes. She looked adorable. I have him to thank he was amazing he really went out of his way to cater to pepper needs. When I dry pepper after a bath I hold her in my arms Joe also did that for pepper I am forever grateful.

Joe is the perfect match for our dog's needs. He knows her temperament, is very thoughtful about how he approaches her, and he is very thorough with her bath, nails, and ears. She looks healthy and happy when we pick her up.

Seems like a dog's grooming totally depends on which hair stylist you get. I got some girl named x (being respectful to her) at totowa location. She left my dog with uneven hair cut saying she was moving a lot & so couldn't get it done well. I left with a smile only thinking which is why i don't groom my hair at home & reason is bringing her here for a good hair cut. And the entire time I was at the petco store watching her being groomed .... she was doing so well by staying quiet besides shaking which I believe all young puppies do. My dog did her best but hair stylist totally blamed it on me lmao. Anyways I will go back to snip & clip next time. Thinking of more convenience & saving 5/7bucks I have made a terrible mistake. She looks like really vulnerable now. But I still love her. My love & affection for her is unconditional. Not by her look.

The entire team is great! Joe is our regular groomer and does a great job with my daschaund. He always takes his time to recap the visit with me and sets me up for our next appointments to keep my dog (mostly me) in a good grooming routine. The texting and email reminders are very helpful.

The groomer was extremely thorough. He explained everything before and then took the time to address things he noticed while grooming my pup. We have used another grooming place for a while and have never had the type of courteous and thorough services as we did at Petco. We will definitely be coming back. I wish I remembered the name of the groomer because he did an exceptional job.

I was so disappointed and completely shocked when I walked in to pick up our Goldendoodle. They claim she was matted so they had to shave her to the point that some spots are bare. She is so shaved that she is unrecognizable. We knew she had some matting but did not expect them to just shave without even notifying us and then having to pay extra for the shave.

She was groomed perfectly, but I feel like your app is misleading when you book your appt. There are always added charges. It becomes way too expensive.
