Upon entering the young lady at the counter was extremely nice. She interacted with my dog who was there for booster shots and answered any questions that I may have had. The wait time went by super quick and the doctors were just as fast as the wait time. 1,2,3 and we were done. Will definitely return. The speed of service and good customer service will keep me coming back!

about two weeks ago we picked up a 10 gallon tank for my two little boys. The person on the floor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful .Yesterday we went again and picked out some fish to put in .A different guy helped us he was extremely patient and knowledgeable and really helped us get fish that’ll work out in our tank . My boys are very happy with the new Fish tank.

I hate this Petco because the people are always young idiots that don't seem to be doing much, other than maybe one Asian kid who was at the register. This store is super small, doesn't have a lot to choose from, and mainly just is stocked with dog food and cat food. Prices are getting too expensive so corporate needs to work on that lol

Place is good as they have a great selection for domestic and some exotic pets, plenty of parking, grooming on site and a vet as well... The only thing will be is the amount of staff they have during operating hours as I have been here half a dozen times in a 2 weeks spand & only seem 3 people to run the whole store maybe 4 if I count the groomer or manager... As it's hard to get some help to find certain things & most of the time the staff is busy with someone (understandable) but an easy fix if they either had more staff or like a touch screen kiosk where it can redirect you to the isle where you need to go.

This location boasts a dedicated parking lot right off the highway. The store is very clean and well lit. The Vetco staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with regarding my 11wk old puppy. This is now my go to store!

Nicolette has been grooming our German Shepherd, Bibi for over 3 years now. Another girl was “scared” of Bibi but she just didn’t understand that shepherds are territorial naturally. Nicolette stepped right in, gave Bibi an amazing bath and we’ve stuck with her ever since. Book with Nicolette if your dog is anxious about grooming, she’s the greatest and she’s always busy so book in advance. Thank you Nicolette for always caring for Bibi. We always joke (but seriously) if Nicolette ever left we’d have to leave too. Best groomer ever.

My cat was shaking her head and scratching her left ear continuously. The Petco vet misdiagnosed my cat's issue saying it was likely ear mites. When treatment did not work, another vet found the issue - significant visible plant-based debris stuck in one of my cat's ear canals which he promptly removed.

We randomly came to this Petco over yr ago and met Richard the trainer. He gave us a few helpful tips, personable, and our pup liked him. We didn't sign up for training sessions then but when we got our second pup we thought of Richard instantly! Unfortunately, Richard wasn't available for training sessions but Eve was. We were hesitant at first but Eve was amazing!Eve was so helpful in getting us signed up for private group sessions with both our pups. We did alot of our own training by watching videos but Eve was able to help us focus on perfecting some of our commands. She also recommended the Pet Corrector after we mentioned that our pups bark alot when outside. It's def helped them calm down which is great! If you're looking for an effective pet trainer for your pup I'd def recommend Eve. Just know you have to put in the work when home for the sessions to be helpful!On our final session for graduation, Eve provided us these cute cap and gowns for pictures, she has them in all sizes :)!Overall, this Petco is pretty well-stocked and associates are helpful.

Glad to finally find a pet store that had betta fish! I was looking for quite awhile and every PetSmart or other pet store was sold out or had not received a shipment in months.I was able to find a beautiful baby boy betta and He seems to be doing great. I honestly have no idea how they keep the water so clean in there cups as it looked crystal clear.

My dog does not like car rides so his anxiety level was high waiting for his appointment. The staff came out to take care of him just so he could get out of there. And he was very comfortable with the staff.

Came here for my dog after she had a stroke. The vet and techs were great and did everything possible to ease her suffering. After 2 weeks and her getting progressively worse, the decision was made to put her to sleep.The staff explained everything beforehand and were very accommodating to our needs. In the end, the process was fast, and we were allowed to stay with her until the end. We were never rushed.

For different reasons I couldn't visit Petco for a few months, but even if this is another location, they make me feel so comfortable and give me all the information I need for my little dog. So happy to get there and I will definitely will go again with my Monty, my dog, so he can get the grooming service.

The store is getting better, then how it was in the previous years, I love the convenience of the "Vetco Total Care" as well, my only issue is that the lighting of the store on the outside needs to be replaced, overall it's a good "Pet Store"...

I went there for fish and purchased 9. Two days later half have died or are knocking on death's door. Either the associate willingly caught the sickly fish to save inventory, or they are not taken care of. Upon deeper examination I've noticed many of them have damaged fins on one side. Many of the damaged fins are unusable and as a result the fish is just suffering a slow death. Nice of Petco to pass on their dying stock to their customers instead of taking the hit. This was the first and last time I visit this location for anything.

Lady in the front didn't give me the right information, she told me the vet gonna talk to me about my pet, and I wait for 30 minutes, still when they didn't nobody with them, then she sent to another lady to explain me that the doctor can't see my dog and I need to make an appointment, I just wanted to know what kind of solution can I put in my dog because he had a small cut on his head. I was and I am very disappointed with them

I unfortunately didn’t have my dogs prescription, husband told me they had it on file (found out later he sent me to the wrong store and ooops, he had the card stored away without telling me). Tried to call my vet, but they are closed on Wednesday. All of the things were going poorly for me but this staff went above and beyond to look everywhere for a solution. Amazing customer service and so understanding. Thanks again for all that you did to help my poor dog and dog mom out!!!

The grooming folks in there are so awesome! Captain loves them and looked incredible when he was done. Smelling amazing too! He's never had a bad spa day here. Pawdicure was perfect!

i’ve taken my dog chloe to the groomers here twice since moving to the area, both times she had joseph as her stylist and both times he has done an amazing job. he’s extremely knowledgeable and you can tell just how much he cares for the dogs. will happily keep coming back and recommend this place to my friends who also have dogs :)

Check your receipt twice! They double scan and scan extratimes some of the items. I asked three times to review my receipt, and also, a manager reviewed it. They argued it was correct, but it was totally wrong. I got charged a few extra dollars that I could perfectly use to get three more cans of food. There is nothing wrong with the brands you sell, but customers deserve more transparency and respect.

I had a terrible experience at another pet store In which my baby was injured. Thankfully my sister recommended me to petco. I gave my trust with Jose and he has definitely made my baby comfortable while getting his bath and haircut. My baby no longer shakes. He is a happy puppy. Jose always goes above and beyond for my Chuy. I can't thank him and petco enough for the care they provide to my furbaby.
