My first time at Pet Styles By Monika and I totally loved it. At first I was scared because I had bad experiences before with groomers. I took my Goldendoodle name Bailey to Petco and other groomer shop both complain how hyper my dog is. That I should take him to training classes to calm him down or even worse take him to a vet office that offer grooming so they can put him to sleep to do his hair cut. My Goldendoodle all that's needed is patience and I totally found it in Mokica shop. When I pick him up I was scared she would tell me bad news about my Goldendoodle behavior but no it was the opposite. That got me so happy and Bailey looks so cute. Finally, I found a groomer understand my Bailey.

I been coming to Pet styles for about 5 years now, I just have to comment about how sweet & professional Monika and her staff always are. Sometimes it’s difficult to get an appointment but it’s very easy to see why. The prices are reasonable and their haircuts out style everyone. Only trust your pets with this salon. 🐱🐶❤️

NEVER wrote a bad review but this deserves it. I took my 18 month old dog to get groomed. I know he's a bit fussy and nervous but as a professional groomer you should have some experience on how to handle fussy dogs not every dog is calm. I bring him home and 1 of his eyes is half shut. Rushed him to a 24 hour hospital. He was diagnosed with an ulcer in his eye from a traumatic blow to his eye. I called monica the next day and did not want to assume the slightest responsibility considering my dog was just at her place getting groomed and he was not in this condition prior to his appointment. I called in calm and respectful as i know accidents do happen but to not try and resolve this really upset me. I had to stay up all night with my dog annoyed by a cone he had around his neck and in pain. My girlfriend missed work to stay with him. So this grooming session cost me $70 plus $200 emergency visit and $200 for a days work so far. Worst customer service. I wasnt looking for anything more than a sorry and is there anything i can do to make this better. All i got was a no its not our fault. Grow up and take responsibility. Its not just a coincidence my dogs eye is closed shut right after he was groomed by you guys. If she would have at least try to work with me i wouldve gave them another shot.

My prissy white 6 year old toy poodle had been groomed for years by Monika's staff. The best grooming jobs ever until the last time, last year. I was so scared for my poor Emily. They first called to accuse my dog of having flees and needing a flee bath. I was insulted, but thought they must have given my dog flees that day and now they needed to fix it by charging me an extra $20. I allowed the bath and paid anyway, thinking perhaps they're just pinching everyone who doesnt tip for extra funds. When I picked up my poor baby, her eyes were shut for 3 days. They said she must have had an allergic reaction to the flee shampoo. She was so sick, i thought she would die. Vets charge way more than groomers! And...They DO NOT take responcibility for what they do to your pets. The new, inexperience staff of young people have no clue how to do a professional grooming there and the risks are way too high now! Check out all the other reviews before you ever put your pet at risk there. They used to be a trusted professional grooming fascility, NOT anylonger. BEWARE!!!! Red Flagged!!!

I have 3 dogs of different ages and sizes. A boxer, german shepherd and a maltese. I have been bringing my dogs here for 2-3 years. I love the way they handle my fur babies and their customer service is wonderful!

First time for our yorkie monet, the staff was the best monet loved them they were great. i was nervous about our monet but they took the best care of her and she loves them best service ever and excellent job . Even the pink dye poney tail . Thank you Monika and staff.

Went in to get my dogs nails cut. They were very quick and did a great job. They even gave my little Lady a pretty bandana to wear. Very friendly service.

Pet styles by monika is a really nice place to take your pets. They are really respectful . I only takes an hour or so to get them ready. The put a little scarf around there neck when they're done. I love to take my puppy.

I have used them when i lived in NJ and now live in FL. I have tried several, but Monika is the best. I have 2 English bulldogs, who are not known for staying clean. She kept them smelling good for 3 weeks!!

These people hurt our dog and did not take responsibility. The dog was brought there perfectly fine and when he was picked up he had a limp. When they were asked they denied that anything happened under there care. Dog may need surgery now. Very expensive!! THEY ARE SCUM DOG ABUSERS!! DON'T TRUST!!

Both times I took my dog here for grooming I had to take him the vet afterwords. The first time I thought there wasn't a connection, but when it happened a second time I realized that its was something the grooming was causing. He was throwing up like crazy and had blood in his stool. Vet said it that the grooming must have been so stressful for him that it made my dog physically ill. This has NOT happened at other grooming places. I normally do not post reviews, but I felt others should be warned. Not only was my dog sick, but I had over $1000 worth of vet bills trying to figure out what was wrong to find out that it was stress!

My 14 year old rescue dog is very fresh but Monica always grooms her beautifully. The entire staff is very friendly. I would recommend this groomer to everyone.

Beware!! do not book your appointment here our 1st time it was a disaster we have booked an appointment months agod and when get there we were declined first time people if you are not a regular customer you will not get INSIDE, SMALL, SMELLS, UNSANITARY FOR PER LOVERS!
