Brought my German Shep here for the self wash. I have gone to many Self washes around NJ. I really enjoyed this place. It’s clean and the hose was powerful to get through his long hair. I brought my dog about a month ago today, and he still smells soo good. I would 100% bring him back. They were all so nice too!

1st time there so it was out of the normal for my dog. Even though we did the self wash they still helped us get him in and out. We also opted for the nail clip which was very reasonable. Plus when you're done you just pay and walk away. They clean up! Once we go a few times I'll update if our dog adjusted to this, and us as well.

Wow! What an amazing experience! My dogs are large and not always so easy. But they did amazing with Casey! They don’t crate the dogs which made the dog’s experience so much better! My one always tries to break out of crates and hurts his nose, but they don’t crate here which is great for my escape artist! Both of my dogs looked fantastic after their bath and cut! She did everything I wanted and they are such happy pups! I definitely found my new forever dog groomer! ❤️

Holy heck. Let me tell you.... The people here are true heroes lol. The staff is absolutely fantastic. Treat our pups as their own. We have 2 Siberian huskies and they have no problem taking care of them. We love this place!

Took 2 dogs here. The cut is great, but overall we’ve is mid. I would say they have issues with senior dogs and any reactive kind of dog. Charged me $80 once, charged me $90 for the other saying my dog had issues and when I asked them what they were, she didn’t have any valid answer for me. Deff won’t be going back.

Took my Daisy girl here on 6/29/21 to have her Groomed and her nails cut. They did a great job and Daisy was a happy puppy when I picked her up and that's what matters most to me. Scheduled my next appointment right then and there.

The receptionist is amazing and sweet. The inside is clean and tidy. And the groomers did great work! It is the only local place that has good pricing for a self bathing station

OMG Heather was unbelievable my dog Rory looks so good. She is difficult and hates getting groomed. But I could not be happier. Thank you so much. Heather is who groomed her. she took time to ask questions and I just love how Rory looks.

Ok so I brought my 14 month old happy crazy Golden Retriever in to get groomed they called me back to say he barks to much they can't wash him that he is upsetting the other dogs thats what happens when you don't know how to deal with a Gold Retriever this place is a joke save your money and go elsewhere

My Scottie pup is a menace about being groomed but they patiently worked with him and sent me home with a pretty, happy boy!! Price was fair and everyone was kind! Definitely getting 5 stars from us!!

Dont bring your dog here. I have seen some of the workers yelling at the dogs they are grooming. I stopped bringing my puppy there bc she would get so nervous. I now take her some place where she is happy.

I have been bringing my dog Cole to Rub a Dub Dog Wash for almost a year now, and they are truly life savers. So many other places either wouldn't take Cole because of his breed, or wanted to charge an astronomical amount of money to get him groomed. The staff at Rub a Dub are always so friendly and you can tell they get along well with each other and work as a team. When I first started going, both Heathers took care of Cole and did a tremendous job. As Cole got more comfortable, we switched to just one groomer, and dark-haired Heather continues to make him look like a million bucks. I have to stay to hold him, but Heather takes her time and does everything from clipping his nails, to bathing him (which he hates), to drying (which he REALLY hates) and she never complains. She also will occasionally give me tips on things that I didn't know such as medicine that would take care of the wax that was building in his one ear. I really cannot thank Rub a Dub Dog Wash enough for everything they do for Cole. I absolutely recommend them if you're looking for a place for your dog!

We stopped in for a quick nail trim and Laura did a fantastic job. My dog is very scared/shy when getting his nails trimmed but Laura made sure he was calm and safe while taking her time cutting his nails. Amazing staff that really cares about the well-being and safety of your pets!

My 16 yr. Old chi.Luna Was very difficult to get her nails cut but Laura did in gently and with ease. All the gals in the shop were always very nice. Her prices were very reasonable. Sadly, my Luna passed October, 2021. And I have moved from Toms River. I wish them the best. Nancy lozosky

My dog decided to eat a tub of Vaseline and as you can imagine that lubed up is insides and have us quite a poop show. We had to cut off a lot of his hair to try to keep him clean through the night. I called rub a dub when they first opened to see if they had any opening and they didn’t. However ten minutes later they called me back saying they had a cancellation and could take us. They did a WONDERFUL job on my very nervous golden doodle. For the same price I have previously paid at Petco, he looks 100x better, was not remotely as traumatized when I picked him up, and there is not one strand of hair out of place. There is not one thing I could say that I wish would’ve been better. I sometimes am nervous leaving my dog at the groomers because he is very nervous, but when you walk into rubadub you just know that they are going to take such good care of your dog and you can feel the love. I will recommend it to everyone I know!!

I like be my dog. I hate that my dog digs in the backyard getting filthy. It is very difficult to get him to let me clean him at my house with the hose. Rub A Dub has everything I am looking for. They are super close to the house, easy to get to, very nice staff that remembers me every time I go in with Black-Smith my lab-collie rescue. They have four to six self wash bays where I can wash my own dog at a reasonable rate. They supply everything I need, soap, the bay, combs, lease for safety, dryer, ear wipes, cologne, towels, and stairs. Colleen at the front desk is always so pleasant and personable. They also groom dogs and take care of nails although I don’t get that done. Love this place so much. Thanks for being in my community.

This is by far the best place to bring your furry baby. My dog Mylow really likes them there. The owner Lori is so sweet and loving to the dogs. And as a matter of fact all the dogs seem really happy there. She does a great job at a very reasonable price.

Staff very helpful. We wash our dog there, the set-up is wonderful. No bending, tubs waist high. Our 90 lb Lab/Shepard is skittish, but Laura very patient & caring with her grooming. Won’t go anywhere else.

Brought my dog there for the first time yesterday and have nothing but good things to say. Lady working there was very nice and helpful. Made it 100 times easier to wash my dog who happens to hate being bathed and at 90 lbs it's hard to keep him in the tub at home. Also couldn't be happier with the price.

My new favorite place for my boys! My boys are not easy and these girls have the patience of Saints! Ripley & Jango can really be a handful and they have never ever lost patience with my boys! I especially love the fact that if my boys just need a touch-up I can go in and wash them myself without a grooming appointment!! Having two bulldogs that like to roll around in things they shouldn't this is also a big help!! Thank you guys glad you're back opened and thank you for patience not everybody has it !!!
