This is not a bad store. Employees seem to be nice and semi knowledgeable to a certain degree. The fish section always seems to have nice clean and clear water in all the tanks with a minimum about of dead fish floating around. No saltwater fish and the freshwater fish are pretty much regulated to your standard big store variety of the most common guppies tetras Molly's etc. Decent selection of foods for your land based pets also.

As a delivery driver I have been here many times. As I don't have any pets, I don't know where some items are. The staff is always helpful, hard working and polite, no matter how busy they are.

It's very hard for me to trust anyone with my family members(my dog) especially leaving my bestfriend with strangers that can easily abuse a misbehaving dog without the owners knowledge. When I returned to pick up my pup she was so happy to see me. Her fur was clean, most of the shedding hair was removed, and the employees were very easy going and nice people. I may have been apprehensive at first but after meeting the employees that took care of my pup, I can say I will be dropping her off again for more grooming with much more certainty that my bestfriend is in good hands.

Great attentive staff from second walk in door!tons of diff options and best part is im able to bring my pup 🐶. Kids picked fdw toys and we got info for puppy training classes.ty very much see ya guys soon

Need to add that when I'm in the store Brenna is so SO helpful and also very knowledgable. She also helped us save selecting tanks for our lepord gecko and we just appreciate her so muchHad my dog groomed at the store and Neil did an AMAZING job. My dog was scared when we walked in and he was wonderful with her!! Deffinitly will be back!! Ty Neil!!

All things "pet." From funny suits to frisbees, everything for your pooch. Some of the PetSmart stores have a large variety of fish tanks and potential inhabitants. This one not so much.

Had our English lab in the puppy training and I couldn't say enough good things about the trainer Mattie. As a puppy for my new young family, 2 yr old and another on the way it was important to have a well trained dog. Mattie took her time, explained so much and made it an enjoyable experience for the whole family. Highly recommend the training program here and Mattie should get praise from the company for doing such a rock star job

Extremely happy!! When visiting a competitor store very close by I was confronted with the price of $149 at the cash register for a bag of food and an extra small crate nothing special about this crate just an extra small kennel for a 9 lb (max) animal. My dog food for the size bag I bought was $55 ! Needless to say I left the crate when I was at PetSmart same crate different manufacturer but same size extra small crate 9 lb animal (max) $24.99!So you know I bought crate!Just goes to show you the difference in prices buyer beware PetSmart's got my business from now on!!My dog food is cheaper there too!!!

My shy Saint Bernard Tobias fell in love with his groomer Lauren. I was very nervous to leave him but she took exceptional care of my big baby. Special thanks to his groomer for being so wonderful. As soon as we walked in she came over and hugged him. So sweet.

The people ate very friendly and helpful. Only giving it a 3 due to their pricing. I feel they are a little overpriced, and I could go online for less, but needed something in a hurry and couldn't wait for delivery. Otherwise it's a large store with almost everything you could need.

Kristin and other grooming staff are great! After being turned away from two other Petsmart stores because my German Shepherd was anxious and didn't want to jump on the table, they improvised and found another way to brush him. They were so good with him and understanding. I will be returning for sure! Thanks again for the great service!

After spending four months a year for all my life in the area it is time to live here full time and the top priority was care of my pets. The friendly attentive staff, the availability of good and pets are the reasons PetSmart is now and will continue to be my top choice of pet needs. Highly recommended.

Great store. However it's getting more expensive to feed our pets as it is us. It's a good store, with all the variety you could possibly want. Lovely cats for adoption as well.
