Our dog hates being groomed. I was worried to send her to a groomer, but when I called I asked how long the appointment takes and was told about 3-4 hours. Usually dogs are anxious and take a little while to adjust. I was so pleased that they allowed so much time for the dogs and they were so patient and caring. Even our vet said they couldn’t clip her nails without her being sedated, but at Funk n Fur they were patient and when I got my dog back she was happy and calm and I was so impressed with how well they handled her. I would absolutely recommend them!!!

Called 2 weeks in advanced for a 11am appointment. We drop off at 11 and they take 6.5 HOURS to finish. Called around 3pm for an update and time estimate and all they could say is “I don’t know. She hasn’t started yet”.Finally walk in at 5:30 and wait after hours of NO updates or calls. They hand her to me and her $25 leash she came in with was ripped and ruined only held together by a knot one of the employees made, they didn’t want to acknowledge it until I held it up and showed them.I recommend ANY other place than this.

Love this place ❤️ It was my first visit with my 2 cats for nail trimming and I will definitely go back! They were fast, reasonably priced and very sweet to my fur babies. ❤️

Owner was very rude to me. Someone on her staff penciled me in on the schedule but she missed it so when I showed up she wasn’t expecting me, and wasn’t feeling good so she had a major attitude with me. Never apologized to me, even though it was her error. I understand she wasn’t feeling well but the way she treated me that day was uncalled for. I will never forget it. I took my dog and left. The dog I took there that day passed away 2 weeks later. I had been going there for 2 years before this happened. There was one other time, actually my very first appointment with her, that I had the first appointment of the day at 8:00 on a Saturday. Michelle overslept, I waited there in parking lot until 8:35 when she finally pulled in. I let that slide but I probably should have taken that as a hint of things to come, as she barely apologized for that but hindsight is 20/20. I just got a new dog and I’m looking for a new groomer. I won’t ever go back to her even though she is the one most convenient to my house.

I've taken my dog there for years. Michelle and staff have always been so great with him despite his severe anxiety; and he always came out looking so great! I only had to stop because of his advanced age and health issues but I miss the great job she did with him.

It took a little longer than i expected, but i did bring in 2 dogs. I have to say, they did a GREAT job. One was just getting a bath, de-shedding (he has LOTS of hair) and nail clipping. But my other dog is a wire-haired terrier mix and they made her look adorable and puppy-like. I would definitely recommend

Michelle has been our groomer for YEARS. She’s the kindest, most gentle animal loving person you could hope to put your trust in. Likewise she hires only similarly animal loving assistants. Her shop location is conveniently located as well.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.Michelle has great energy and my 2 long haired cats looked great. From the initial contact to completing the appointment, Michelle was always patient and calm. It was their very first grooming experience and they are pandemic kitties, so, didn't get to meet too many others. I was for sure very nervous how they would respond to the experience. Not only they did great, one of them who did not like to be combed now loves to be combed. That was certainly a great surprised outcome I did not expect at all.The environment is friendly and all the animals there were calm which was a great sign of the staff and the operation. We will definitely be going back periodically.

I have taken my dog Sassy to get her nails cut and buffed. The staff is so friendly and they treat my Sassy with love. They even clean her ears too at no extra cost. Michelle and the staff are awesome and the price for nail cut and buff is so reasonable, I tip for the service.

It was my 5 month old Pug puppy’s first experience and she was so happy and playful when I picked her up! The owner showed her a lot of attention by playing with her between each process. I made another appointment for 4 weeks. I’m so happy my puppy will have a regular groomer she will grow to love.

We bring our chihuahuas to get their nails clipped and ears cleaned. They're not exactly open to strangers, but they're always comfortable here. They are very friendly in here and we're always happy with the results. It's a good price too!

I’ve been coming here for years now since I found this gem . My little puppy was so itchy and her skin was irritated. They did an All natural wash on her, a wonderful conditioning and shampooing . Only place I trust with my friends . Highly recommend if you want your buddy’s treated with quality care .
