Now this is a 24 hour service pharmacy. Some 24 hour pharmacy’s (Walgreens) won’t allow you to pick up scheduled controlled substances after a certain time and it’s ridiculous. Why be open 24 hours if you are going to have ANY restrictions on ANY medications. I think his name was Don the overnight pharmacist was phenomenal. He was so nice and understanding and not undermining people because of a medication they take. He will not only be getting a phone call to the general manager but also cooperate as well on the job he did and how I was treated. Excellent job Don.

The pharmacy is horrible. It's ran by a bunch of morons that don't know what they're doing that are extremely incompetent and you better make sure you pick up your script on their timeline or they'll put it back on the shelves. If you need to use CVS I highly recommend it different location.

I was told as rudely as I have ever heard anyone speak to another person to never call the store again for an Rx. I only asked that they run my script thru Good Rx rather than my insurance which would save me over $180 for my monthly medication. I think the pharmacist must be off on his medication because he snapped at me like I made an impossible request. If the script was not already E scribed to them I would never use this location even though it is minutes from my home Terrible customer service

Sad thing happened last night because of this pharmacy. I had to take the best paramedic I know to the hospital because CVS refused to refill a legal prescription for a scheduled controlled substance, a benzodiazepine for a first responder who suffers from PTSD. He had a seizure as a result of sudden discontinuation of this medication, had no history of seizures, took great care of himself; and now he can't work for 6 months until he can be cleared bya doctor to operate a motor vehicle again. Know what medications you're on, and if you're prescribed a scheduled controlled substance, do not bring it to this pharmacy. I hope a gofundme page will help him provide for his family while he's out of work. If you pray, please keep this first responder in your prayers. Thank you!

I went in today to drop off prescriptions and pick up an OTC item. First, dropping off the prescription took way too long. There was a woman in front of me having issues so I just had to stand there and wait for 10 minutes. Finally, another employee decided to come up to another drop off window and I got it done in about a minute. Next, I grabbed another item I was looking for that was advertised online as buy one get a second for $1. I went to the cashier line to pay and stood there while the two cashiers that were open were having problems with their customers. I decided to go to the self checkout and scanned both items. Well of course they did not come up for the advertised price but came up with the second one as 50% off. I pushed to the get help button and stood there and waited. No one showed up. Finally I just left the items at the kiosk and walked out. I ended up purchasing those items online at a better price so CVS lost my sale.

Please train the staff on how to use formula check/coupons. I dropped the last of my sons formula and I don’t get paid until tomorrow, it’s a bad week, and the lady at the register didn’t know what it was so she refused me. I had to argue with her for over 15 minutes about it until I was finally able to use it.

As I sit here waiting for a script to be filled for 6 days, it is unaccusable - many meds are limited to how many the pharmacy is allowed in a month and this 24 hour CVS runs out of meds, like mine, every month.The only saving grace is the 24 hour open, 365 days a year. I'm moving to Shoprite - this CVS is even crowded at 2am. Huge population are here.

The BIGGEST CVS I've EVER been in! I've been to a lot of Cvses all over the US!CleanSpaciousCashiers HelpfulVariety of vitamins & productsI was looking for a vitamin that was out of stock at other cvs & Walgreens. Found it here.Heck, maybe it's just a big building....but it's a nice store!Did not use pharmacy.

This store should be ashamed of itself. 2 drive up windows they only use one and it takes an exorbitant amount of time to get meds from drive up .. I was there at 830pm and waited over an hour behind 4 other cars. Just shameful!

I have had nothing but problems using this pharmacy and they really need to learn how to speak to people . Not fair I have to get into an argument cause I may not understand what they mean then take a second and explain it to me I'm not a pharmacist . Hospitality sucks and I'm changing

Ally at cvs is rude nasty And shouldn't be working with the public or answering phones, that's for sure.. When I was just trying to figure out why i had received a text message about my medication to as why it says delayed and contacting Dr for alternative medication, By me asking her this seemed to be a problem. Nasty tone and snippy. I said why are you being snippy when im just inquiring about the messages? She goes well now I am.snippy, And told me I should contact another pharmacy to fill the prescription.

Probably the worst pharmacy on the east coast. They lie every time u talk to them. No communication between ANYONE!!!! they text u when ur scripts are ready and when u drive all they way there they say oh its not ready yet. Pathetic people and very rude and. Stupid

The place is great. It’s open 24/7 and it’s convenient for emergencies. However the management and supervisors at the pharmacy are not the best. I’ve seen them allow their employees to get yelled at horribly by mean sarcastic customers. Do the managers or supervisors step in to help? NO! They act like nothing is happening. Sadly, they have they’re own type of way of running that place.

It is the worse CVS in NJ, maybe the U.S. You can not speak to anyone in the pharmacy. If you call, you are on hold for over 20 min and still can't get through. Even worse when you are there....the staff is over worked, tired and rude. The management needs to hire more people and so they can answer the dam phone!!!! Oh and then what store closes the entire pharmacy for lunch....ever hear of shifts....who runs that place....

I was a customer of multiple CVS pharmacy's throughout Ocean County & they were all the same. Under staffed so calling was pointless, you would be on hold with everyone else for 20+ minutes before anyone would even answer the phone, then you might be on hold again if you had to speak to the Pharmacist. If you've ever been in a CVS pharmacy, listen to how many phone calls are on hold....It was a gamble if they would have enough meds to fill my monthly rx. I had to do so much of the legwork to find another CVS with my meds in stock because they either wouldnt call around that day or they would tell me they would have it in stock within a few days which is inacceptable to leave someone without daily meds for multiple days.Since i've been a customer at the Bananier CVS since earlier this year I haven't had one issue with an rx being filled. I've only had to call once to speak to the Pharmacist because of a change in the strength of a med and I barely had to wait a few minutes.The pharmacy is well staffed & the techs and cashiers are great to deal with. They get you out quickly (drive-thru or inside) if you have any questions they get the Pharmacist to you quickly. I've recommended this location to many people and they've all had the same great experience.

If it were possible to give half a star I absolutely would. Today I once again. Attempted to pick up my Rx. After sitting in The drive thru line for 53 min I got to the window and they told me they had to close the line. They refused to get my prescription and told me I had to come in and wait on that line. After already having waited as I said for 53 min I had no choice but to go inside. After parking and going into the store there were 9 ppl in line there. ( if ur at all familiar with this location you know you have time to nap before youll get up to the counter) And, I did not have another half hr or so to wait so I decided to call and just have my prescription delivered. However I have been on hold for 57 min now and still no answer. Get your act together CVS! We need our medications and you are making it impossible to pick them up. Your app is an absolute joke, it freezes, has errors and doesn't allow functions more than half the time. I have deleted and updated so I am quite certain it is the app. Staff your pharmacy properly and actually serve the people trying to get their necessary medications. I should also mention this is not the first attempt at picking up. Even after receiving a text stating my meds were ready when I went to get them they were not and told me it would be about an hr and half wait. Why offer all these conveniences like delivery, and drive thru if you are not going to allow use of them? Fix your app! Fix your pharmacy!

I had a situation today with my local pharmacy that use. I needed my daughters prescription asap because she had no more for todays dose. Yes, I called her dr the past few days to call it in but it didn’t happen yet. I spoke with Robert in the pharmacy over the phone and he told me come right in and it could easily be handled. He was wonderful! Polite, accommodating and understanding! I know you all have a tough job right now dealing with many issues and I just wanted to give you all a shout out! Robert my daughter and I thank you very much! True professional and many could learn from you! 🙏🏻

Horrible cvs I ever been to!! My prescription was filled late and they claimed it was early which I had pictures of the script before I even dropped it off. They put my 20 day prescription as a 30 day and they can’t legally do that , that’s false information. Also always sitting on the phone for 40 minutes just to have someone Anwser!!!! That’s why they have 2 stars it should be 0

Twice now my one prescription wasn't refilled on time. This time I was told twice on the phone when the script would be ready. On my second visit today the script wasn't ready due to inefficient inventory. Why wasn't I told this on the phone conversations instead of a time it would be ready to be picked up

This location has been ridiculous to deal with…Update-After same thing 3xs in row, just transferred everything to Good neighbor. I believe they are so overwhelmed! 3rd time it took a entire day and many trips to pharmacy to get a prescription filled that’s called in..Doctor can’t get them on the line, patients can’t get them on the line, and there voice messages always go missing! Happy to never deal with this location again!

The worker at the drive up window was friendly and had our order ready fast. The store itself is in need of renovations inside. It looks rundown and dingy. There is plenty of parking. It is open 24 hours and is located by a major east/west road. There is a Pharmacy inside. They sell some groceries and cleaning products. In the past few months I have been having many problems with the pharmacy. I recently picked up a prescription there and when I got home and checked it, there was only 40 capsules in the Bottle! There was supposed to be 100! Also many times when a prescription I have on autofill is ready to be refilled, I get a message telling me it is out of stock and has to be ordered.

I made 4 appointments for Shingles vaccine on line 3 got cancelled within 24 hours. I went to the one that was not canceled at 8 am leaving work for this and the woman told me first I was not on the schedule when I showed her my confirmation on my phone she than said Blue Cross website was down she couldn't confirm my insurance. I work with insurance I guaranteed her it was covered at 100% she turned me away said can't do anything, went to Rite Aid in and out and they were very friendly and efficient.

This CVS location is convenient, store pharmacy and drive up window are open 24 hours. The store was recently remodeled, and now includes a vision center.Shelves are always well stocked, neat, and with clearly marked pricing labels.Using the CVS card and phone app is highly recommend. Reordering prescriptions, and checking status of orders/refills is not complicated and user-friendly. Special offers and coupons are automatically "loaded" to your CVS card with one tap. Picking up prescriptions is MUCH FASTER if you use the app. The cashier simply scans the barcode. No need to spell out your name or verify your date of birth. When promoted, simply sign right on your phone, then pay.The app simplifies managing your prescriptions. Called and they said my prescription was ready then my husband gets there at 3 am and the “24/7” pharmacy was closed for an hour. I urgently needed this medication so my husband waited the hour to then be told they are out of the script that they confirmed was being filled hours prior and that he has to come back tomorrow. Ridiculous.

Every time I go in the pharmacy the staff are not wearing masks. Most leave there nose exposed. Tonight the female pharmacist was not wearing a mask. It’s never staffed. I go at 8 or 9 at night if I have to pick up my meds. The entire staff is in a horrible mood. I go in for meds at least once a week.

I walked in with broken glasses. The gentleman at the optical center helped me find their glasses repair kits, and when they didn't contain what I needed to fix my glasses, he fixed them free of charge. Wonderful staff, the most pleasant customer service experience I've had in recent memory.
