Super nice people. Horrible quality of grooming. They left so many patches of long fur that I didn't even leave the parking lot. I went back inside and pointed out the patches I had noticed. They took him right in and started explaining that it was because they used something that causes a shag effect. All I asked for was an all over trim up. It had only been two months since I had him shaved for the summer so he wasn't very long. I said about a half down from what he was. As she was fixing the mistakes on the body, I noticed that one half of his face was significantly shorter than the other and under his chin was left long. As she was working on that, she found a lot of the fur around his mouth had also not been touched. She said, "Oh he's such a good boy, he let's me do whatever I want." I was thinking, yes, I know he's good, so why did you mess him up so badly? I have seen him groomed before and I have also always gotten compliments on how well behaved he is, so I know he was not a hard-to-groom dog.I have no idea what happened in the 2 1/2 hours she had my dog, but she definitely did not spend it giving him an even trim. I didn't ask for fancy, just an even length all over.I called later to cancel the next appointment that they had automatically scheduled, and she apologized that I wasn't happy. I said my dog has been groomed 48 times and this is the absolute worst grooming he has ever had. She offered to give me half the money back. I said I deserve it, but I'm more upset that you couldn't just admit that mistakes had been made. She said, "Maybe, you're just used to seeing him shaved." I sent photos showing the mistakes that were still there after her "repairs", and all she said was I'm sorry this didn't work out.I would not take my pet to this business.

My dog Jeter has been going to Kelly for 12 years ... since he was a baby... I will never use anyone else ! She comes right to my house , accommodates my work schedule, even answers questions for me that I’m concerned about even when she hasn’t seen him that day, she does an excellent job with him! He loves her! She’s fast , on time , and has become a solid part of our lives over the years. I would recommend Jersey girl grooming to anyone . In fact I have a lot of friends that now use her as well .

Met Tammy and Kelly while walking my dog.They had just finished grooming a cute furry client. I mentioned that my pup needed her nails clipped and asked if that was something I could make an appointment for. It turned out that there was time to do it right then! So after a cleaning of the mobile unit, my ten month old puppy, who is sometimes nervous when she meets strangers, got her nails clipped. During the process, my pup was spoken to sweetly and calmly and handled gently, thus keeping the encounter stress free for all! I truly appreciate Tammy and Kelly's responsiveness, kindness, and professionalism. I look forward to using them for all my puppy's grooming needs!

Kelly and her sister were very nice. My puppy is five months old and has never been groomed before, but they made him feel comfortable as well as me. I’ve heard nothing but good things about a jersey girl grooming. Riley is getting groomed now and I have no doubts that he’s going to look great!

I brought my dog to the storefront for grooming. He is a Corgi and they were very familiar how to groom him. They were reasonably priced, gave me a same day appointment. They don’t have more than a couple dogs in the shop at a time and he wasn’t caged up. Kelly and her sister were very friendly and professional. I will bring my dog back.

Kelly took care of my toy poodle Bart for 10 years. He loved being groomed by her and was always excited to see her. Thanka to her she helped keep me informed as he aged to avoid any suffering. I recommend her to everyone

I take my yorkie to them all the time. The only people I trust my chewy with. He walks in looking like a lion & comes out such a handsome gentleman. 😍 They treat him with so much love.

I can not say enough nice things about this place!! After moving to Toms River and having a horrible experience some place else, I was lucky enough to find them! My Lily Bitzy came home like a brand new doggie. And the best part was neither she nor my son ( who I think loves that dog more than me lol) were stressed out by the experience. If you are lucky enough to get in to this very busy shop you will not be disappointed!

Our family dog was treated poorly during his appointment. When he was returned to my mother he was foaming at the mouth, nose running, and was terrified. He was acting so out of sorts that we decided to take him to the vet. The vet determined that whatever happened during the appointment was so traumatizing and our dog was under so much stress. They did X-rays to make sure he wasn’t harmed. On top of it they cut his hair incorrectly and had nothing but excuses for the condition he was in. We refused to pay for the services and after the woman stormed out she decided to give my mother the finger as she drove away. Later we found out that she posted our personal information on a groomers Facebook group page. Very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
