Needed to replace a bathtub and found a tub/shower we liked (had a low apron height). The difficulty was finding someone who could order it for us - couldn't find it on line and after lots of calls to suppliers (guessing at least 30 - really). Ultimately we were able to ordered at a local plumbing supply but 11 week later they called to say they couldn't get it. We then found a big box store to order it through but similarly the order was cancelled at 10 weeks. This store does not market bathtubs but when shopping I inquired and they said they could get it, I was skeptical and concerned about ordering but in a couple weeks it arrived. One issue - when we install the surround we found a crack so I discussed with the store (Cliff) and the issue was quickly resolved (and they were happy to do it). Oh, and by the way the cost was far less than that of orders previously placed. Yes - I will say I recommend Swedesboro Hardware.

I came here a few days ago because I was missing the screws to an item. I didn't know what size the screws were, but I had something that almost fit. This young guy (had to be early 20s) worked with me to figure it out, and he was determined. It worked... 4mm!! Being a harsh customer service critic, I can appreciate when it is great - and it was.

This local hardware store is amazing, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had to pick up salt or softener for my parents water tank. Those bags are heavy. I recently had back surgery so I wasn’t allowed to lift. They helped me find the right stuff because they remembered my parents and help me load it into the car! I appreciate the help.

This place is amazing! The staff is always there to greet you at the door, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I've been a Milwaukee guy for years, and just recently they beefed up their Milwaukee inventory. I'm in heaven! Like a kid in a candy store. I'd take this store over the big box stores any day. Nice and close, and they have damn near everything stocked away in there. Check them out, support local, you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely terrible waste of time. Wish this store was replaced by an Ace hardware or a more serious competitor.Every time I go in, they are either out of a part or don’t carry it. Yesterday they were out of compression fittings in a standard size. Today they are out of 90 elbow CPVC fittings.They may have a garden hose or something that is very run of the mill, but if you need a real part if you’re lucky it’s a 50-50 if they have it.Called the owner to provide this feedback and was blown off with the owner coming off as defensive blaming suppliers despite me pointing out Warrens Hardware doesn’t suffer from similar issue and has a similar scale.While I hope this store is replaced with something much more reliable IF you choose to shop here, call ahead so you don’t waste your time. Good luck!

Great hardware store. They are knowledgeable, offer help and are friendly. On this day, I was helped finding screws to help secure my flat screen tv, to the wall bracket. The young man was helpful and kind.

Best place around with friendly service. They have almost everything....no kitchen sink...but probably could order for you. Very helpful, honest staff and always speak to you when you go inside. Will also help with older and handicapped persons from their vehicles. Manager will be straight with you....what will work and what won't.

Variety of hardware, lawn care and more. Typical things you would expect to find in a scale down version of lowes or home depot. Friendly staff and there to help. I would recommend this location for home advice and more. Clean, easy to locate items. We'll stocked and centrally located on a non busy street. Plenty of parking
