I personally have always had a great experience here with their pharmacy. They are quick to transfer my scripts over, they answer the phone when you call, they're polite and answer any questions you may have, and they're always well stocked. I'm happy my insurance accepts them so I can use them as my pharmacy going forward.

I went yesterday to find information about covid procedures (testing and vaccination). A black hair woman at CVS was rude with me. Her voice has a strong, robotic volume. She found the information however she was responding with a beaten tone of voice. The customers (patients) do not looking for a bad treat. Stop! do not repeat any more this bad attitude, all persons deserve respect.CVS and its staff, please keep in mind your work and kindness is important. If you don't have kindness, you could find a job at Firestone or maybe in a warehouse.Thank you.

The customer service at this CVS is HORRIBLE!! I called the pharmacy inquiring about my medication, however the young lady who answered the phone spoke to me in a rude manner. When I asked questions pertaining to my medication, she cut me off from speaking and put me hold. Also, the Pharmacist Brian was just as rude. He preceded to speak to me in the same rude and unkind manner. There is no priority for patient satisfaction at this pharmacy. I’ve worked in Healthcare for over twenty years and this is unacceptable on all levels. Would never recommend this place.

Not sure why my review about this was deleted but this is IMPORTANT for any woman who goes to this cvs: this cvs does NOT have gender specified bathrooms. All they have is a separate employee bathroom and a customer bathroom that has two stalls. So, a young girl could be alone and vulnerable in that bathroom with a large dangerous man. Every single kind of person goes in to cvs because every human being needs medication at one point or another. Think about that. 1 out of every 3 women in the United States will be over powered by a man without their consent within their lifetime. This shouldn’t be a risk at a place where health is the focus.

I used to use the one on 322 but the short indian pharmacist is beyond rude. At the time I had cancer and so did my husband. She would make me wait forever to pick up my prescriptions, then would tell me they are ready. I would go to register to pay and she intentionally skipped over me to give a covid shot and answer another customer's questions. I called a reported her to HQ a few times. Even my Oncologist was baffled. She said she's never had as any issues with any pharmacy except this cvs. I switched to center square for a bit and they are a little better. Now I use a family pharmacy

This is the second day in a row the CVS pharmacy has given me misinformation. I called in my prescription no issues there. I receive a text saying they are trying to get approval for a similar prescription since they do not have my particular medicine. Again, I was fine with the communication. I call CVS a couple hours later now the prescription cannot be filled not because they do not have it but because the doctor needs authorization. Now I am annoyed. I could have called the doctor and asked for a swift authorization. Today I called and the recording says I picked up my prescription. So I asked to speak to a rep. The pharmacy rep who does not even let me finish saying hello asks for my name and date of birth. She looks me up and says they are still waiting on the authorization and looks like I picked it up. How are those 2 issues one in the same? I was trying to tell her that this is my first refill and again interrupts me saying I need an authorization. If this location was not so close I would not bother coming. I understand this is a pandemic and you all are very busy. However, it does not give the right to have poor manners on the phone or empathize with your customers.

I've been getting my prescriptions filled at this location since I moved to Swedesboro two years ago. The pharmacists are great, however, one of their pharmacy techs is so rude and unhelpful that I no longer fill my prescriptions there. The following incident is not an uncommon thing with this person. After telling me that my medication was out of stock, she barked at me when I politely asked which other CVS pharmacies in town might have it, "We don't do that" she barked. I asked why not and she barked that I could ask the pharmacist. Then she walked over to the pharmacist and "discussed me". The pharmacist agreed to help immediately. Even if that is the official pharmacy policy, why be so unprofessional and rude? This bothered me enough to post a rating...which up until now I've never done.

Pharmacy is almost always a nightmare. They are so slow to fill, make mistakes, are frequently low on inventory but don’t bother to let you know. I now drive 10 minutes farther to go to another pharmacy.

I’m sorry but the service at this specific CVS is horrible. The staff does not want to help, they act like we’re bothering them. Literally asked an employee if he could help, he said not really but what do you need. I live it this area and from now on I will be going to the Rite-Aid in Logan

I came into the store with an email money gram. I had no clue how to retrieve my paycheck through money gram but the CVS employees at this particular store were EXTREMELY helpful patient fast thorough and efficient. They were all very polite as well. They greeted me and made me feel like I was the only person in the store. I have to say it was an AMAZING experience and I wld recommend using this CVS whenever in the neighborhood!!!!

Went today with my mother for her to pick up a prescription. The girl she dealt with was awful. My mom waited in a long line. When she got to the front the girl couldn't find her prescription and asked her to go to a line on the side Once there my mom waited for a few minutes before the girl came over and very rudely asked her a few questions ignoring what my mom was saying about how she had gotten a phone call saying it was ready. Then she found the prescription and told my mom to get back in the original line. Behind other people who had now been in line. Instead of just ringing her up. My mom asked why she had to get back in line and the girl said because she had to help the woman who was behind my mom in line. Just rude and a waste of time. I am encouraging my mom to change pharmacies.

Absolute worst pharmacy, they are always out of stock on meds. They did a partial fill for me, when I came back 4 days later, they said they might have it in a delivery and would let me know in a couple days. I asked to transfer and they wouldn't. I am wondering if denying the remainder of antibiotic therapy goes against NJ Board of Pharmacy policies? I'll make sure to find out.

I can’t tell you how many times that I’ve been given incorrect information at this location. Training on systems and information can’t possibly occur here. Clueless is an understatement.Within the past 2.5 months I received expired medication, specialty medication that was supposed to be refrigerated “misplaced” and several times items not ordered on time or correctly.

The pharmacy doesn't have thyroid medication in stock or bother tell customer. Instead texts daily pick meds up,but can't bother to tell you they are out of your meds and say they hvnt been able to get it in almost 2 months. You would think they would call another distributor. Told me call other pharmacies. Poor customer service.

Highly competent and conscientious Pharmacy staff. The only downer about the pharmacy is they recently quit being open 24 hours and scaled back weekend hours. Now folks in Swedesboro, Logan Twp, Woolwich Twp. Mullica Hill, and Greenwich need to travel 15-20 miles to either Woodbury or Pennsville to fill perscriptions after hours.

Most of the time they are low on stock with alot of beverages but being open 24 hours makes it convenient for getting drinks and snacks at any time.
