After hearing from a close friend how terrible the manager of this store treats the employees who work there, I will no longer support this supermarket which is a shame because it was always great. Oh well, just goes to show that a change in leadership can ruin things. I will now be going to the new supermarket in Logan. It is cleaner, nicer and I hear the family that runs it is great to it's employees. Maybe someone higher up in the company will take a close look at what is really going on in this store. Until then you have lost me as a customer.

We moved to this area on January of 2023, I've been shopping here for my needs and many Staff were very attentive to help their customers. Birthdays, Thanksgiving and Christmas, so if you need to buy Ham, Turkey and many more, go shop here and start cooking it. If you want a sweet delicious Pineapple that was harvested the right time by the farmers, this is where I only buy my Pineapple 🍍

This store is selling food products that gave me food poisoning multiple times, my friend had food poisoning from another item they bought there, they sell not safe for dogs dog shampoo that has caused pets to die after use, the customer service is horrible, they do not notice you or treat you like a person, if they are not mean then they’re unhelpful or will straight up ignore you.

Went into store due to what Acme says they have online on my lunch break. Looked everywhere ask a employee to help he went to the manager Gary and he said if it's not on the shelf we don't have it because we don't keep track of vendors inventory I said to him it's not on a vendors website it's on ACME'S. He said it's not real time inventory we don't keep track of vendors. I asked why is that not displayed with the product he just shrugged his shoulders as if it was ohk I wasted my lunch coming up there

It's very concerning regarding the unsafe food practices at this location. After reading other reviews it's evident the seafood department at the Logan Acme has a history of public health concerns. After looking over the "fresh" seafood case I noticed shrimp that looked to be sitting out for days and ALL the clams dead (open shells). After waiting for the seafood associate to acknowledge me, I asked the individual if they had fresh live clams in the back. At that time I also advised the associate the clams in the case are bad/dead and should be discarded. They did not have any additional stock of clams I needed. Several minutes later when I was making my way to checkout I passed the seafood department again and noticed nothing was done about the hazardous dead clams in the fresh seafood case. Unacceptable and dangerous! It's a shame to see the poor work ethic of today's youth. It's clear this department needs better leadership.

Last week I had a cashier who went over and above being helpful. She was young, had a brace on her leg and had the best attitude I have encountered in awhile. Talkative, thorough and sweet. She made sure my groceries were carefully packaged so not to open or break. Watermelon was given extra care and glass jars bagged separately in there own bags. Also making sure they were not too heavy as I am a senior. I like shoppong at the ACME and this kind lady made me like it a lot more.

Double the prices of Walmart Grocery but convenient location. Watch your receipt for grocery pick up because they are charging for the reusable bags. I only noticed because when my order came out I wasn’t expecting to see bags. (I have my own, therefore I didn’t need any) Well, they are charging you for them, even though you didn’t ask for them.

This is our only choice for a local grocery store. They are notorious for being way more expensive than other stores. This store in particular is hit or miss as to whether you get decent customer service.One of the problems with this store is that you cannot count on them having items in stock. You may get something on one visit and then the next time you are there they are either out of it or more commonly there won’t even be a spot for it.One positive is that I think they have far better meats and produce than other supermarkets.We finally have another supermarket being built locally, this store really needs to step up their game.

Acme is always a great place to go food shopping. I think they have better products than other markets in the area. Prices can be a little high but I guess you get what you pay for. I would recommend Acme Supermarkets to anyone who needs groceries

Good quality meat and seafood departments. Delicious was slow on my last visit but good quality items. Love the self check out. Some checkers are a bit chatty which is nice if not in a hurry. So I do self check out when in a hurry. Had a lot if items in aisles that had to maneuver around. Slows me down. I know why you do this....to slow us down to purchase more. Its irritating plain and simple.

This Acme has really gone down hill. Fresh produce, especially organic, is severely lacking. It is more expensive than other stores in nearing towns, but I used to feel they had good customer service. Now, the cashiers are encouraged to not bag. Today, a woman (I assume a manager) walked over to the cashier and explicitly reminded her to NOT bag. I was stunned this was openly said in front of a customer. What, now that plastic bags are not permitted, your cashiers get to do less work and stand there while I bag all of my groceries!? I am thrilled there is a Shop Rite being built in Woolwich. I will take my business elsewhere. Some competition for Acme will hopefully force them to step it up or risk loosing a lot of business.

I enjoy the cleanliness of the store. The produce and deli department is very fresh and high quality items. Although the prices are higher compared to other supermarkets, however you can find great deals. My experience with the employees has always been very pleasant and helpful. Great customer service🤗

We are handicap. Seats were taken no big deal we just found other handicap seats until late arrivals not happy their seats were taken. The people were very sorry about it and found other seats. They were told up front said they can sit any where. That was no big issue. Our problem was they were rude once they sat down. I have not been to AMC in a long time. The place very dirty, chairs are beat but the workers were great. Don't think I will return.

The store is well stocked and very clean. items are easy to find and the staff are very helpful. my only problem is that the store is smaller compared to other supermarkets in the area. I recommend this place if you need a quick stop for groceries or if you need to use the bathroom.

I never give poor reviews. However, I was beyond dissatisfied and disappointed with Acme in Logan TWP. ( Currently the only grocery store until Shop Rite is completed)I went in to make a purchase and after trying for some time to locate the item myself I asked for help. The young man asked over walkie for assistance locating my item to no avail. At 5:30 in the evening, I could not get one manager to assist... After approx 30 minutes, I made my way to the service desk... Waited patiently in line as everyone purchase their lottery tickets.. When I got to the desk I asked the young man if he knew what aisle the item was I. and he said if we have them they are in the frozen pasta aisle. I asked him if he could check his system to see if the store carried them and he told me NO.He did not call for a member of management and offered no help. I understand that most establishments are understaffed, however when a question is asked over an open walkie of which we can hear conversation A MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT SHOULD HAVE REACTEDAND CUSTOMER SERVICE BEING THE LAST POINT OF CONTACT FOR FRUSTRATED GUESTS SHOULD TRULY BE PROBLEM SOLVERS SO THAT WE CAN FEEL SATISFIED AND POSSIBLY RETURN.

I come here almost every single day with my husband for lunch and sometimes on the way home to get some quick shopping done. These people are kind, friendly and extremely helpful. Any issues I have ever had have been minor but addressed with sincere urgency, professionalism and respect. I dont mind paying slightly more for a wonderful experience each time. See you tomorrow!

Price is always higher than other supermarket.Updates: recently they have come up with weekend free samples (Acme online account required) when you click their personalized digital coupon. They also have random of discontinued items marked for deep discount. It will be a good deal of you can snap one.

This is the worst Acme ever. Just purchased 4 inedible crab cakes. Not even sure how much money we just threw away but they could not be eaten. Products are left on the shelf way past their expiration date. You can find the same expired products week after week. Make sure to check before purchasing. Staff has been rude when we are shopping. When we ask is something is out of stock, they say no but it is not time for them to fill the shelves so we are out of luck. Never have the same brands/flavors from week to week. We used to shop at a much smaller Acme with limited selection in Mantua and they were so much better!

This is a second time in 3 days the delivery is completely shut down. While walking aisles,younger employees on cell phones,couldn't be bothered to answer question. Cashier talking to her IPHONE watch and had to finish conversation before waiting on me.The Woodstown location is better and worth the drive.

This Acme is set up a bit differently than I am used to. But I am still able to find all my usual (and occasionally unusual) items eventually. They have a Starbucks inside which I frequent in moments of weakness. The staff is helpful and everything I need is always in stock. Self check out runs smoothly (love it!) Huge parking lot. Never felt suffocating or crowded. Always clean. The one pharmacist I spoke to was a very informative man quick to answer my questions.

Lately there has been a shortage of just shut everything at this acme but I've been to other acmes and this isn't the case so I don't understand why this one which I go to because the location is convenient for me. I've gone to other supermarkets just because they have everything I need I ship less and less here for a full grocery and only go to grab a thing or two I might need immediately..... Still no change. The customer service reps are the best thing about here they are really nice and helpful

So many items are overpriced compared to other stores. The selection of many items is also very limited. I realize the store is not extremely large, so I understand the limited selection. However, I hate paying inflated prices when I am not getting exactly what I want. It also doesn't help that many cashiers don't seem happy to be there and just as annoyed with having to deal with my reusable bags.I will continue to drive to Shop Rite and Target and only use Acme when I need to grab a few quick things.

The people who work here always seem like they are having fun while they work. I shopped here for 4 years, and never had one bad experience. Seafood department is always fresh. PharmacistsTammy, Laureen, Marcus, the former pharmacist Brian, and current pharmacy manager Moby-among many others- are super awesome people.The friendly, happy environment, is totally worth slightly higher prices. Whatever store management is doing is directly reflected in the pleasant attitude that is consistent among every single store employee.I will miss this Acme so much.

I really like the store layout. It compares and competes with other well known supermarkets. The employees were great with answering questions and the prices were awesome on many of the items that I chose. I even thought to myself that ACME would be my new go to spot for shopping. I was really impressed although this was not my first time going to an ACME market.

A woman broke a bottle and it took a long time for someone to come clean it up. She was checking out. Someone should of been there as soon as possible so she didn't fall. But I checked myself out and had help right away when I needed it. I really love this market. But please be more care so no one gets hurt.
