The girls who work there are so helpful! I had spinal surgery, have difficulty walking, & can’t carry most packages.My shopping spree was easily accomplished by a young lady who helped me choose a variety of Christmas gifts. Then the girl at the register carried my items to my car.I’ve been in this location many times in the past, but this time, when I needed help, I received it, immediately upon request!

I was extremely upset to hear that a manager came up to my 85 year old mom who had a toy poodle in a carriage and asked her to leave. My mother asked what she should do since my 10 year old was with her and was going to pay. She told her to give her a credit card to complete the transaction. My mother went outside and did not see my daughter leave. My daughter then went to kohls thinking they were going there next and got lost. I mean small dogs are everywhere and this one was in a carriage. It is literally 3 pounds. She even made a comment about food being in the store which is such a crock, like I said the dog was in a stroller. She could have said fyi dogs are not allowed. Why don’t you check out and just keep it in mind for next time. To advise her to have a child check out with a credit card is unreal. We will not be going back to this store. I mean, please, hire someone with a clue about how to deal with people. I see from other reviews she is a problem..Honestly I should have called the authorities.

I loved this store BEFORE they made it bigger. Now their selections of cards is horrendous. I only ever bought cards there but I spent a small fortune. Now I can't find nearly the selection. The store is three times the size but has a minimal card selection. I constantly leave with no cards. I can't find any of the type cards I used to get at the smaller store. Such a shame.

This is truly a horrible and disgusting company, not only to shop at but to work at. The manager shames their workers for their clothing referring to them as “filthy” in front of everyone. I am repulsed. Do not shop here unless you support dehumanizing behavior.

Absolutely ridiculous. I asked them to break a 20 and they stated that they couldn’t. I was purchasing something and asked and they denied doing this. This is so ridiculous I can’t even think of supporting a place like this!!!

I absolutely love the paper store. I’ve shown my friends this place and they love it too! They have the cutest jewelry I have ever seen. Anytime I need to get a gift for a friend, or anyone, I come here. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because this location is not the biggest. The employees are so kind and helpful, they go out of their way to help. Absolutely love this place!

Do not go to Paper Store in Roxbury. I was truly surprised by manager Ashley's unaccommodating service. As with many folks this year, some of our holiday celebrations were much later than originally planned due to restrictions of the pandemic. I tried to exchange a gift that was purchased in December (although recently received,) and even though I wasn't asking for a refund, I was going to exchange it for something else in the store, she refused and kept citing their 60 day return policy. I had the receipt and explained again I was going to purchase something else, even told her that we hadn't been our doing much shopping due to covid, but she still said no. Really terrible customer service considering the times we're in. Too bad, they lost a customer.

This is our local "Hallmark", and I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is always helpful, and super friendly, and , aside from great cards, I often find some pretty unique gifts. I'd recommend a visit!

Very nice gift store. It has a little bit of everything from kid to adult. They sell hallmark ornaments so this is a great place during the holiday season.

In the summer, they have free card Friday. You get a free card from their Just Because collection. I also found a cute birthday gift for a friend. The staff were all very pleasant.

Was a Hallmark Crown Gold and now a Paper Store. It has all the Hallmark stuff which is my pri.ary need from cards to wrapping paper bows and ribbon. Along with the hallmark ornaments. They now carry a large array of other products and gifts and clothing too. If u r a hallmark rewards member you can earn points here like at a hallmark store. Friendly staff and always helpful.
