Wonderful experience adopting my new puppy from them. They are professional and make sure you are going to be a good dog parent. The process of adoption is pretty simple though meet the dog do some paper work, pay your donation fee, and off you are with your new friend. They are also there for anything you need from training help, vet needs, or just any general question. They are also there God forbid you happen to lose your pet they will come and help track and trap the animal humanly. Just overall a great experience and I now have my companion for a long time. Thanks 11th hour!

I adopted Loki and Sylvie (formerly Cocoa & Marshmallow) two weeks ago. The entire process for adoption was a great experience. The process was simple and fast. I met them on a Sunday and took them right home after completing some paperwork. They were spayed/neutered, microchipped and had all of their shots before I even met them.Their foster mom was so helpful at giving me tips on how to get them to become less afraid. She also gave me some of their food, some toys and their bed.As of today, both are playing with me and will let me hand feed them with petting on their terms. Everyone I have talked to and worked with made this process a smooth one.Thank you Serita, Chantelle, and Joanne for all of your help.My heart is full.

Came here for their cat adoption event. Walked in and the place was basically empty. They had one adult cat and two kittens (that were already adopted) so they had one cat for their “adoption day”. My mother tried talking to the staff who were just sitting at a table together and they were very rude and cut her off to have their own conversation.11th hour is a wonderful company but this store specifically is not worth going to, all it is is a thrift store. Go to a different 11th hour store.

This is a great place to find your next furry friend! The staff and foster families really take their responsibility seriously and give so much of their time to save so many pets who desperately need a permanent home. You need to fill out the application first, and mind you it's fairly lengthy but totally necessary. You won't regret adding one of these pets to your family!

Rescued my amazing dog from here. We are not quite sure breed mix he is but we aren't concerned with that.All I know is that he has made our lives so full and I am so happy to have rescued him! He is wonderful with my two kids.

We adopted our Husky/Sheppard mix, Apollo, a little over a month ago from here. We had an excellent experience with them from beginning to end of the adoption process. We will definitely adopt from here in the future! Thank you all for everything you did to bring Apollo to his fur-ever home. He’s loved beyond measure and spoiled rotten!

Before you drive up to Roxbury to donate items for the thrift store make sure they are open. Gas is not cheap and I drove up there 3 times on a Tuesday and they were closed. I will never drive up there again

Eleventh hour rescue is an amazing rescue. Staff and volunteers live for these animals and go above and beyond to save and care for them.

Very Disorganized. The whole place is disorganized and communication is minimal. Many of the volunteers and people there were rude, and seemed to actively push people away from adoption.Many other organizations are in the area, and are more worth the time, like local pounds.

I don't recommend this place. This is just a regular business selling dogs. All the promises they make are only verbally. Once you walk out of the door you are on your own.

They changed my application to denied after it was accepted I feel I have done nothing wrong to deserve this I am a war veteran and I just wanted a dog to help my depression I met with a dog and her foster felt the visit went fine girl said she would speak to organization about foster to adopt and we will set up a home inspection I text the foster mom a couple of days later then she tells me I can’t adopt the dog and the organization changed my application to denied no explanation given.
