I have been taking my little guy here now for a year. And I love the service they provide. When we arrive my little guy is so excited to be there. And we all know that speaks volumes. And he always comes out so handsome. I love that they will call if they feel they have to do something different to get permission. Every time I have taken him they are so good to him. He isn’t a very on the smaller end of medium sized. The prices are a little on the high side. But to be fair he is my first dog and therefore the first time I have used a groomer. I’m not quite sure how much groomers normally run.

I have a two year old Cavalier who looked obese with puffy long fur over hip and down legs. I took scissors to him and did a terrible job. Floss’ saved me. He looks fabulous, smells great and they followed my instructions. I highly recommend

I have a have a 10 month old rough Collie with a challenging (long and easily knots) coat.I spent significant time researching and reading reviews on local groomers before opting to schedule with Floss’ Grooming.The team did a great job! They trimmed the hair on his paws, clipped his nails, bathed him, and blew his hair dry. I’m shocked at how silky smooth his coat is! They also did a de-shedding treatment, and you can 100% see a difference.Overall, it took about 3 hours. I expected him to be a little nervous I because it was his first time getting groomed by a professional, but he was relaxed and calm when we came to pick him up.Before we checked out, they put a cute seasonal/Halloween themed bandana on him, which I thought was really nice.We’ll definitely be back!

Super happy with my boy’s groom at Floss! Today was our first time trying out this grooming salon after I had found several cuts on him from my previous groomer. He looked so good and cut- free! The price was comparable to what I have paid at other groomers. Looking forward to continuing his grooming appointments at Floss. Thank you for your careful and wonderful work!

Such great service! First time grooming experience for my dog and he came out looking spectacular! Was worried because he is a bit reactive with leg/feet touching but, it didn’t seem to be a problem because they were able to groom him all around. Just wasn’t able to trim his nails but, I understood as I knew that was going to possibly be a problem with his feet sensitivity. Still 10/10 service.

Floss Grooming did a amazing job with my Luna she came back so fresh & clean she got a bath last week and she gets alittle messy but she is still smelling amazing and she will definitely be back .

Went here to get my two shih tzus groomed and showed them a reference picture and they copied it exactly!!! My babies look amazing and I am SO happy with their service! Cheaper and WAY better than PetSmart!

Amethyst seemed to be very comfortable when she was picked up. Apparently she did not struggle or be aggressive so it seems like she trusted the staff. She was very soft, nails were ground down well, smelled clean and they got the Matt's off of her sides. A great job well done! She was very thirsty when we got home though, haha. We will return again soon!

My dogs will never go anywhere else. Floss and her team care for their clients' pets as if they were their own. They do excellent work, even on animals that are usually difficult to groom. Bonus: they take adorable photos of your pet after their makeover.

I took our dog Gizzy to Floss’ Grooming for the first time today, after ending a long time patronage to another groomer. I wish I had made the move long ago! The staff were all kind and personable, they accept all types of payment, and most importantly they did a wonderful job making Gizzy look like a dog again! We have found a perfect spot for Gizzy’s ‘spa’ days! Highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVE Floss' Grooming. As soon as my dog Johnny sees the parking lot upon arrival, he absolutely loses his mind... They must be treating him like royalty behind the scenes, and he is always extra polished up, squeaky clean, and smells so good when I pick him up!

My dog Watson is very picky about his groomer and this is where he goes because he never gives me any problems. They are wonderful here. From the front desk to the groomers in the back, they love the dogs that go here.

We brought in our red Persian kitten to be groomed with Floss and were absolutely thrilled and beyond satisfied with the results and care. Cereal has recently been diagnosed with an illness and wasn’t taking care of himself very well so grooming was necessary for his comfort and health. Floss paid such attention to his needs and he seems much more comfortable and looks so handsome. Every employee we encountered was happy, patient and kind. We will definitely be bringing him back and would recommend Floss’s services.

There are so many pet groomers closer to my home but I drive the extra distance because I absolutely love it here!!! They do such an excellent job with my extra hyper kitty and she always looks and smells amazing after. They greet you when you walk through the door and remember you as soon as they see you! Amazing service previously for my nervous guy and recently for my lady who doesn't like her feet touched. I explained both animals COULD be aggressive given the situation with being in a strange environment with strange people (to them) and they pass no judgement. Both my pets did great with their amazing staff. Floss took my guy on personally and I appreciated that so much! He prefers women and she was the only free handed lady when I initally stopped in. I found my lady prefers males and the guy who handled her did great with her! They are my permanent go-to for nail service and the occasional full service. Animals know good people and the staff at Floss' grooming blew me away with how much my pets trusted them. I almost feel silly giving them a potential aggression warning after seeing how much love and care went into each of their services. If they were to move, I'd travel to them. After my experiences, I will only trust them. My pets are my family members and Floss and her staff treat them accordingly.

Awesome place. Took my cat in for her first grooming and they handled her so well. Just being inside the shop it is obvious how much they love the pets that come in. Jayden handled the front desk, he is very professional and has a great sense of humor. Will absolutely be back.
