My go to store. What to give a Shout out to Chaz and Carlyn for helping an elder. They went above and beyondTO carry the merchandise I bought to my car. Chaz took my carrier from me earlier and took it up to the front checkout. These 2 are the BOMB.!! WOWThey are an asset to that company. Thxs guys.The other employees are very nice and pleasant to talk with like Donna, Brooke and Janice.. The store is clean too

Never order online from this store. They threw away the box & my paperwork and lied about it, and refused to give me my pre paid stuff unless I paid more and rebought it to cover up for their mistake of them stocking my items. They blamed the ups carrier, blamed the warehouse and online customer service. Only one man there tried to help find my things and was shut down by his boss.Wasted an hour of my time on top of the 20 days I'd waited for delivery. If you want to waste time and have them hold your money and then refund it, then give it a shot.

I live only a mile from this branch and have visited many times. While I like the store itself, I must say that there is a cashier there that is just “over the top” miserable. Surely I am not the only one who experienced this cashier. Not sure how she still has her position. Also, what’s with the rude cashiers asking me if “I want to buy a Reese’s candy bar, so they can win a contest” every time I went in. What is that? I no longer use this branch. I now use Dollar General.

Lots of products that you would have to go to a supermarket to get otherwise. Great prices, inexpensive electronics, even socks, boxers and undershirts. It's a great "Let me see if Family dollar has it".

Family Dollar is always nice. The only issue I've ever seen with Family Dollars is sometimes they run out of stock fast!

Employees are always friendly and helpful. They work as a team to keep the store stocked and looking nice. Even if they are busy, they will drop what they're doing to help. Keep it up!

I love this store. Their employees are personable and friendly and willing to help. The store is never hectic when I'm there and the deals are always awesome. Just bought a bed set that's amazingly comfortable it was only 35 bucks! Chaa!

They have alot of good deals. I was looking for something I thought I saw in the ad and the man working had never saw it in the store. He had me describe it but he still never saw it. But he wanted me to find it so he even got the ad to help him see it then it wasn't in the ad and he went and got next weeks ad to see if it was in there but it wasn't! I remembered I saw it online and he said to print it and bring it back and he will do his best to find it. He went to great lengths to help me which is really appreciated and seems rare these days! The lady at the Cash register was also very pleasant! They both get 5 stars!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

At the Family Dollar in stratford Nj.....I just came in looking for a shower hair drian collecter thingy lol..and everyone in the store helped me look. If they did have it...trust me they wouldve found it! Awesome customer service experience!!!!!

I was riding through the neighborhood and I had to make a quick stop at a store so I decided to visit family dollar and what can I say I was amazed how this family dollar is so so clean and organized everything is in the right place store Manager Jimmy he is such a great guy and friendly they even have public restrooms you don’t have to wait in line I really recommend this family dollar !!!

I was just shopping in your Stratford store and your store manager rung my purchase up he was extremely rude and barely said one word during the transaction as if I was annoying him... I don’t believe I will in there again any time soon.... very unsatisfied with this particular location....

The guy and girl who work there in the evening are very ignorant. They play loud music and if your in there a half hour before closing they start getting ignorant. Cmon man you make $9 an hour and drive your mommy’s car to work. You work at the dollar store loser. Get your game up.
