A conveniently located pet supply store that has all you could need, and every visit I've been greeted and welcomed with a smile. My favorite part about this place is the self-serve grooming station in the back, it has made washing my 70 pound water shy dog so much easier.

Great Pet Supplies Plus. The staff here are super helpful and kind. This is a great place to bring your dogs to get a nice warm shower (located in the back of the store). Wide variety of animal foods and toys.I highly recommend stopping by for all your animal(s) needs.The only downside about this location is that they do not offer the dog wash refill rewards card like other locations. But I believe they will soon though. This is also a fairly new location.

My English Shepherd Louis was groomed yesterday by Dean. Lou is generally uneasy at the groomer and has a difficult kind of fur to properly groom. He also hates having his nails cut and is muzzled for this at the vets. Dean was so responsive to Louis didn't need to bribe him with treats and gave him a fantastic bath, nailtrim and haircut in under 2 hours!! Lou seemed very calm afterwards and he looks fabulous! Thanks Dean!!

For a chain pet store this one is not like the rest. They care!Katie is so knowledgeable and helpful. She wrote out info for me to take home before getting a reptile .Charlie loves to come here to get her nails done. She hates baths but loves when we giver her one here

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! First of all the customer service is unmatchable. I went ahead to ask about bringing my very nervous and slightly aggressive dog in for a much needed bath (he had posion ivy on him and I am very sensitive to it and kept breaking out in the rash). Heather walked me through the process and told me I could bring him in and she would help keep people away from the bathing section for a few minutes. She spoke to me about how she understands dogs like mine and really made me feel welcome and validated.A few mins later I came back with my dog and she had the bath ready for me and as a couple approached with their dog, heather asked one of her associates to stand at the bathing station so I could finish my dog's bath. The couple was AMAZING and so understanding.My dog was able to settle down and walk through the store without barking st anyone.On top of their amazing customer service the store is clean and well kept!If you have a dog who has special needs, this is the place to go.Thank you Heather and the nice couple that was kind enough to let me have the bathing station to myself while I bathed my dogI will definitely be back!

I'm sitting in the parking lot reviewing because my experience was so good. SUPER friendly staff and not in a "how much did you come to spend" way. I used the self grooming for my dog for the 1st time and I was in and out within 30 min. That's including the wandering around to check out the store. Owner/manager was there and genuinely concerned with me having a great experience. Employees in the aisles offered help but didn't push. We will be back despite having a pet store closer to me. This was 20ish min drive but well worth it.

First time going today and we went for the self bathing for my dog Rue. When I walk in I was immediately greeted and they complimented my dog and her collar. They then asked if it was my first time here. The male employee walked me to the back and step by step not only told me but SHOWED me how to use the self bath station. He kept coming back to make sure all was good. Truly a VERY caring staff.I will definitely be going back just based off of the friendly & helpful staff

Let me start by saying I come here all the time and I've never had this experience. Normally the staff is very friendly and helpful.My fiance drove all the way to this pet store to get crickets for our frogs. When he got there, the girl at the register told him she's the only one working at the moment and she "doesn't do crickets". So we had to drive 30 minutes in the wrong direction to go find crickets elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of our time.

You can tell customer service is their #1 priority. I am always greeted upon entering the store and thanked upon leaving. An employee always asks if they can help me in a nice friendly way without being pushy, I am always offered help carrying my items to my car. The store is always clean, organized and well stocked. Employees seem generally happy to work here - no one is on their cell phone or standing around complaining. Smiling, friendly staff that really seemed to be valued and appreciated for their amazing customer service. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this store.

The byram location is top notch! I had the pleasure of being one of the first customers when this location opened and everybody that I have come across in the store, including the owner Chris has been nothing more than kind and professional. Great store very knowledgeable on the products and the store is always very clean and well stocked!

Very disappointed! Very unprofessional, unacceptable grooming.! The manager was so interested on whether he was going to lose the customer that he did not take into consideration that the picture that I showed before and the day after that my dog was not groomed properly. Continue to argue the fact that I was not completely Satisfied a refund was totally up to him and continue to argue that he was losing a customer. Many trips and a lot of money spent at the store and the disrespect that was shown was not acceptable at all.

My regular groomer unfortunately went out of business, so I decided to give PSS a try. My dog is anxious around new people and can be difficult. But through communication and a wonderfully patient Carolina and Heather, he looks very dapper. What I liked most is that they provided a low stress environment. Although he did not let them do his front nails, I'd rather they treat my baby with care than "push through" to get the job done. Highly recommend!

The groomer here is abusive to the animals. He’s a sick person, this place is awful. I wouldn’t ever recommend anyone to this place. I’ve heard and experienced so many animal abuse situations it’s actually disgusting. Whole place is sick. Gross. 👎🏼 not normally one to leave reviews but this needs to be like police investigated.

This store is clean well stocked and the employees are super nice. The dog wash is amazing and was very clean and easy to use so much better than breaking your back in the tub at home and no mess!

I was going to take my dog to be groomed here and then heard from many people that the groomer here is very abusive to the dogs. Why is he even working there?! Disgusting! I will never go there again.
