Zero stars really should be an option for an establishment run as poorly as this one. Grossly incompetent staff, ineffective customer service agents at corporate, on hold for ages...just an awful experience start to finish. I will NEVER, under any circumstances, ever patronize another Walgreens again, especially this one!!!

Super inefficient place. Every time I came to the pharmacy I had to wait more than half an hour to one hour to either get my prescription or vaccination done. I don’t know how can they keep on operating like this. Don’t get me wrong, the staff are super friendly and amazing. But I think they are seriously understaffed. They need more help.

My family and I have been going to Walgreens for many years for GREAT prices on all of our prescriptions, snacks and beverages and other food, beauty supplies like hair, skin and nail care, school and office supplies, photo printing, FedEx deliveries and drop offs, toys and games, seasonal items like winter gloves and hats, thermals, scarves, summer outdoor decor like plants, coolers, pool floats, shoes, summer accessories and clothing, incontinence products, laundry, cleaning and other household products, electronics and accessories for Android and Apple products, As Seen On TV Products, all vitamins, OTC pain relievers, meal replacement snacks and shakes, candy, coffee, condiments, special occasion cards and gifts, gift cards, printer ink, batteries, razors, baby care products, first aid products, lotions, body washes, sprays and perfumes, toys, and holiday decorations, pet food and many other everyday products.👍☺️ 💯👌

Placed an order for a much needed printed picture (9/8/2022). Received an email my order was ready to pick up. I arrived at the store only to find the manager in the parking lot telling me the store was closed because someone called out! It was a little passed 9pm and the sign said 10pm closing. I asked her nicely can I please get the picture, it's really important.... she quickly said no! and sent me to the 24hr Walgreens, and drove off!!! She received and printed my picture order. You would think she would call the phone number on the order and say hey I'm closing early because I am alone in the store so don't bother coming to get your same day pickup order! Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!

I went for soap I just had surgery and was in need of antibacterial soap which was locked up. I’ve been to many Walgreens and the lady held the soap hostage. I said I’ll take it and she says no I got it like if you guys are that worried about soap it’s crazy. Felt like she thought after both clerks know she gave it to me I’m gonna steal soap, so I did not continue or finish shopping I left . I don’t want to feel like that I’m any establishment. I have never been treated like that in any Walgreens and won’t be back.

They let their customers picking up prescriptions sit in the drive thru for way too long before assisting them. And they don’t even greet you and say, we are busy…would you like to come back or come inside? Terrible Customer Service like most retail establishments these days.

Ordered for a pickup and now know that this is a joke of a store. How can you go online, wait hours for an order to be ready and then be told at least 80% of your order is unavailable? Had to phone the store and ask why there was such a long delay….they simply told me no one had done anything about the order. Great excuse! It feels like they’re offering a service that doesn’t exist or cannot be bothered to act on.

This place has the most incompetent pharmacy staff you will ever deal with. I moved Florida and 1 1/2 later they're still trying to fill my prescription there. Even though I've talked to them every month when they refill them. I even happen to have to go back for a wedding and explained it to them in person. Now this last time when I explained it, they just closed out the whole prescription with 9 month left on the prescription. THEY ARE IDIOTS!!!!

I have an older dog that requires medication. My vet did not have the meds. but wrote me a script for my dog. After contacting 3 Walgreens I came across this location in Springfield. I did not know that “human” pharmacies would provide a medication for a pet. This morning, in my desperation, I had the utmost pleasure to speak with Robert. At first he advised they did not had these meds for my dog. About 10 mins. later he called me back to inform that they indeed they had this medicine for my dog. Robert went above and beyond his duties. I am so grateful to Robert and Walgreens in Springfield that helped me. I just wanted to personally thank Robert for his assistance and my dog Sammy says thank you also.

I've only ever had good experiences here. It's right on the corner and always has my last minute necessities. I'm here at least every week for something whether it's birthday cards, drugstore makeup, toilet paper/ paper towels, ice cream, whatever. The staff is always friendly and says hello when you enter and quickly checks you out.

this Walgreens is terrible. I had TWO cameras devolved here. The first one they LOST and the second had 14 PAGES OF JUST BLACK. this camera had 27 pictures on it yet only 14 came back with nothing on them. I used up 27 for a fact and I know I took pictures you could SEE because they were all in daylight. This is unneceptable and I will never be able to get the memories in picture form, thanks to Walgreens.

Horrible horrible horrible horrible!!! I arrived at the cashier at the SAME TIME as anothrr customer... the only difference between us both is that i had 1 item and a 2 year old.. cashier decided to take the customer witb MOST ITEMS.. so i decided to patiently wait... as my toddler began her mini tantrum. Another customer walks in and cuts in front of me... (this customer supposedly had ran out to his car to grt a wallet).. the cashier didnt even acknowledge me.. and went on to take the other customer... THIS IS RIDICULOUSSSS IVE NEVER EXPERIENCE THIS BEFORE. i left the 1 item behind and left the store.. will not be goimg here anymore... MANAGEMENT please do somethi g about thiss... i was in the store at 9:30 am 9/18/2017.. just awful!

if I could give 0 stars for this pharmacy I would terrible communication have no idea what they doing gave me the wrong medication couldn't find my medication kept saying my prescription was expired even one time I have my doctor on the phone letting them know we faxes over my prescription couldn't find it utterly disgusted with this pharmacy walgreens on South Ave and Leland do not give these incompatant individuals your business you have been warned

This place has a terrible pharmacy. They are rude and tell you, you and your doctor are the errors time and time again. I never write bad reviews. I highly recommend using Westfield
