I usually buy my stationery and office needs from here. It's easy because everything is available. Since very few personnel work, I have to go to the cash register even to ask questions. I also use it when I need to print and print, but I think the printing process is a bit expensive. I just realized that they also sell office furniture in the back. Next time I will look at the prices here.

Print shop was a pleasure to work with. I was in there doing a project for Kean University and these two women, Shelby and her coworker were awesome to work with. Helpful, professional, personally and clearly cared that customers had an exceptional experience. These two deserve a raise! Will do all printing here!

I had not been to staples in store for a few years and never that store. The people were helpful and kind and I received a 15 percent coupon for an Amazon return so we used it on a chair. My dad had said to go into staples as my daughter needed a chair and I was skeptical as I thought the prices would be too high. I was wrong!

Staples is a great store . Everyone shops of Amazon/Best Buy etc , but the quality and Price in staples sometimes is amazing . I love their online portal too. Got an amazing gaming chair today for only 84$, which is normally 249$. Ordered online and did a quick store pickup. Donno why they have a handling charge for online orders delivered to house . That’s the only issue I have with them.Otherwise it’s a good store. They ship items in 1-2 days , just like Amazon . Return process is hassle free . Service in store is ok . Lots of parking outside. Overall a very good experience… 👍👍👍

I had a dismal experience today at this location. The lady working in the printing department was completely unhelpful, hostile, and reluctant to walk me through the process. I explained that I had never done the printing process before and really needed her help. She completely dismissed me. In the past employees at this location have been much more helpful. I was planning to order other items, but she was so nasty and unprofessional that I just wanted to get out of there. Extremely poor customer service. She treated me as though I was an idiot.

I went to staples in Springfield New Jersey on Route 22. And was helped by Kasey. She has extraordinary customer service. She was very attentive, caring and made sure I had everything I needed along with every other customer. She made my experience one to remember. She ran the copy and print services area like no other. And made sure all her customers were help. We need more like her bubbly helpful and happy to work.Thank you Kasey you are wonderful

Very disappointed. I arrived after closing on Sunday night, spoke to two staff through the door and they refused to sell me something I needed 1st thing Monday morning - to do a job I flew to this state for.I offered to pay cash, that they could 'write it down' and use the register the following morning. What kind of customer service is that? Staples obviously trains their young staff to be afraid of getting into trouble, instead of enabling them to make and satisfy customers.

Ive been here 3-4 times a year for the past 3 years to purchase multiple graph paper spiral notebooks. Never have I been able to find more than 2 of them in the whole store. I will be purchasing them on Amazon from now on. Bad businesses = No business.

I've always made Staples my go to store for office supplies for several years. Getting what i needed at Staples is always as simple as asking any available sales person. When i stopped in today i had the good fortune to be taken care of by a rising star on the Staples team known as Atira. This courteous well informed young lady is a tremendous asset to the sales staff. She was very helpful and i was able to get what i needed in record time. Good job Atira, thanks!

Customer Service is amazing in this specific store, the printing and marketing team are super helpful, kind and patient, I had to get some business cards and there were so many changes I had to make and they work with me in making those changes I've never experience such an excellent service in any other office store, thank you so much and keep up the good work.

I have a contract with UPS so I go to staples to drop things off. I went to this particular store with my children and it was not a family friendly atmosphere. It was so weird. I won't be going back here.

Was at this location to pick up a couple of labels that I ran out of while awaiting a shipment of labels. 4 employees were behind the counter but apparently only one register was open. The customer at the register had extensive questions (which is understandable) so that register was going to be occupied for a while. While standing waiting wondering what these other employees behind the counter were there for, never once did anyone say to me "Someone will be right with you" "Sorry for the wait" . As a small business owner I pride myself in customer service and this location dropped the ball in my opinion. If anyone is wondering why Amazon is becoming the dominant retailer for all consumer needs, here's an example of why. Customer Service is always key!

Just not enough staff to handle the influx of calls and customers.I called 4x before I actually got a hold of someone who then put me on hold for almost 14 mins...after stating she'd walk over to the print department to make sure they would answer. Just to have someone pick up twice to say, she's busy over there in the print department and its only her.This is ridiculous.While in store, the customer service is pretty good, just someone needs to be on phones. And the one who answered the phone should have taken my info down and looked herself to help her out. Where's the team work???

Worse customer service I have ever seen! 5 people waiting in line for some time while two people behind the counter. I waited for more than 20 minutes and the male worker behind the counter simply ignored us in line. He appeared to be either working on a job for someone "not in line" or just working on a random assignment but not handling any of the customers standing there. The female manager was trying her best to ask people to wait. When she asked the male worker to service a customer, myself included, he said he had to take lunch. !?!? At 7:50pm.. She said "you are leaving at 8pm so don't worry about lunch"...

Dont normally have issues but this time I was at register checking out and cashier was on his phone swiping away. No regard for my time. Sale was complete and receipt just needed to be torn off and handed to me. It was ridiculous to see any employee allowed to have phone on the job like that. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have asked for the manager.

Total rip off. Wanted to charge me $72 for a simple, 5 minute cutting job. FedEx Office, down the road, did the same job for $17. I went back to show the Staples’ supervisor my receipt and she just shrugged her shoulders and said, “we have a price difference.” Shame on you, Staples. You just lost a good customer.

It's not to pick on the store, per se. They're all terrible. Sometimes the staff is ok, sometimes not. But there are chronic under-stock situations in every Staples I go to. It's so bad, we started using delivery. Which was a total s--- show. 3 delayed delivery dates. Finally delivery of half the order.Then there are rebates. I bought something today that had a rebate. The onerous process to get it on line after being given a ridiculous amount of paper in the store. And 4-6 weeks to get it! The company is rotten, pure and simple. And like any company that knows it's awful, you can't actually review them on Google reviews. Going to start using Uline from now on.

Julian at the copy center in Springfield, NJ is my hero. Not only did he see my frustration with the copier, but he helped our non-profit save money by having Staples copy center fulfill our copy job. It was done on time and under budget (he didn't even know our budget). He saved me hours of sitting at the machines and collating. He knew what I needed before I even asked. He is the reason I will go to that location again. A++

Yesterday I went to this place to buy a desk, nobody was at the floor so I ask the cashier for help. He call somebody to help me and told me to wait at desk area for that person to come. Wait 30 minutes and help never came. Very disappointed

Computer rental is .30/min. Internet took 20 seconds to load before you can do anything. Color prints are $1.00 a page and .50 for balck and white. But, when you choose the black and white option it still prints out in color. Also, the total cost to fax 12 pages was $30.00. So to print and fax 11 pages and 1 fax cover was $41.00. I dont know what to say figured I'd let everyone else aware.

I came in 40 minutes before closing and the employee working in the copy and printing department told me that anything after 2pm gets transfer to the next day. That is a lie I have never heard of that in my life, He was just too lazy to do anything. He refuse to allow is to print my business cards his words were literally “ I can’t do that for you” This is what I get for going to the staples closest to me and not the one that always takes care of me

Went to print some certificates, but the employee said she can't print. She didn't try help. So went to Staples in Linden, there they have amazing customer service. This is not the first time I got frustration here !

Their printing shop is a nightmare. Every time is come here is takes 20-30 minutes to print 1 jpg. I don't know what is wrong with this place but they are incompetent. And their prices are insane, they charge 2x as much as the Staples down the road.
