Brandy has been grooming my long hair German Shepherd for over 2 years now and she is amazing! My pup was a little scared at first and since being with Brandy, she has been amazing and so good! She always looks beautiful when she’s done and gets along so well with the whole team! They are so gentle with her, I feel at ease knowing she’s on good hands and that she’ll always be groomed perfectly when she’s done. I highly recommend giving Brandy and her team a visit!

It took me two weeks to write this review because I was so upset. It was not the first time we took our dog to Grooming by Brandy. The first time, they did a good job. This time unfortunately was not pleasant (it was a different groomer who worked there). Let me preface this by saying, we like our puppy's hair long. So we don't take him to get groomed (hair cut) very often, however, we do take him to get a professional bath and nail trimming etc. to another facility monthly in between hair cuts. When we dropped him off we requested that they don't cut his hair too short. Fast forward, we go pick him up and they shaved him completely. I spoke to the owner, who wasn't very pleasant on the phone and she said he was matted and they had to shave him down to nothing. I told her I was disappointed and left it and that someone should have called and asked us before they completely shaved him like that if they couldn't cut his hair.The worst part of this is after I hung up with her, I saw him limping. We discovered that the groomer had cut him in three of his paws and he was bleeding. Then he kept shaking his head. Again, we found two large cuts in his ears that were bleeding, one in each ear. He was in so much pain it appeared. We had to clean it and apply ointment on it and it's still not fully healed.I'm not one to write reviews but this one was so disappointing especially how it was handled by the owner. An apology would have been appreciated.

Love Grooming by Brandy. Have taken my Bichon- Maltese, Miles to Brandy all of his life. He sadly just died in September at 13 and a half. They always treated him so well and he looked great. They also did my sweet Cody the Puggle’s nails. He was always scared and they were so kind to him. They love dogs and it shows. Everyone there has always been kind and patient.I recently moved over an hour away and have a new puppy and still will be going to Brandy once Rocky has her vaccines. It will be so worth the trip to me. Highly recommend.

I have been a client of Brandy's since the day she opened! My golden doodle has been groomed by Brandy 100's of times! Brandy's talent, professionalism, and true concern for the pets she services are apparent from the moment you walk in the shop. Most of all, I appreciate her patience with my dog, from when he was a rambunctious pup, to her gentle concern for him now as he ages. Brandy and her staff are exceptional!

I was referred by my friend to take my mini poodle to be groomed at GBB, and can I say, my baby never looked more spectacular. Chloe was the grooming specialist that made my baby look magical. He even had a bougie attitude afterwards. He knew he looked great. I am going back in October. Grooming by Brandy is worth the money for me and my special canine. :)

Took my dog their 3 times. My girl is terrified of getting her nails cut. The last time we went, the woman took her leash and dragged her in the back, making my dog even more scared! They charged me $30 because she was "difficult" (she was SCARED and never showed any signs of aggression) then refused us service next time I called.New groomer is excellent, kind and gentle. My dog is no longer scared and they only charge $10!Please note, the groomer was not Brandy!

We have been loyal customers at Grooming by Brandy for 10 years. Our Yorkshire Terrier is always treated with love and care. We request certain cuts for her based on the seasons and are always pleased with the results upon pick up. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I have gone to other groomers in Union County who were rough with my previous dogs and they did not provide anywhere near the quality of service provided here. I cannot imagine taking my dog anywhere else!!

We’ve been bringing our labradoodle puppy to Brandy since we got him in the fall. They know I love his curly mop. Today when I brought him he had matting that we didn’t realize. Her first suggestion was to shave him but when she heard the angst in my voice she said let me see what I can do. She did a fabulous job. He looks incredible and although much shorter he’s still got his curls!!! Thank you for making our puppy look so handsome!

From the first time I’m met Brandy she is very kind and her knowledge of you pet breed is incredible. My dog Rocky loves her, every time I come to pick him up he don’t want to leave. I believe everyone who has a dog should come to Brandy Grooming Services.

Our 3 shih-tzus go bonkers when we ask them "Who wants to go see Brandy?". They all rush into their doggy carriers and wait patiently for us to zip them up. The fact that they still get that excited every month after all of these years is a testament to the care and attention that they get which is very important to us since we never have to worry about them being upset on grooming day. They always look and smell great and are so happy when they get home. I swear I think they love salon day as much as their mama does!! :)

There is no better groomer than Brandy Penna. She has been grooming my dogs - all 3 of them- since 2009. She also handled my older boy in the show ring to get his AKC Grand Championship. She is a certified master groomer and one of my favorite people.

I took my dog here after hearing numerous positive recommendations and had nowhere near the experience I was told about. Maybe I got a bad groomer, but I will not being returning. My dogs hair was uneven, his ears were not trimmed down nearly as short as they should have been for his breed (yorkie-ears will fall over when they’re too heavy from hair), and his tail was not even touched. He was also left with a very long piece of hair right in front of his eye. Underneath his was not shaven either, which allowed for his hair to get all gross again right after being groomed. He seemed quite anxious after picking him up which never happened before at a different groomer. On top of not having a great experience, the cost is WAY more than others local places that have done a much better job. I ended up having to take him somewhere else multiple weeks sooner which just became an additional unnecessary expense.

We had been coming to this place couple times and were always happy. My dog was cut in several places during the last grooming. I believe the owner hired unprofessional employees, make sure to double check who would be grooming your dog before you leave him there.

Horrible experience. We were running late because of traffic due to road work. We called to tell them we were running late and they said no problem but when we got there we were told they could not take us. We drove 45 minutes for no reason when all they had to do when we called is to say reschedule.
