I went one morning around 11am before Christmas. The store was hit understandably due to the season but I couldn't really see much....things were all over. The guy and young lady helped me check out candy that mu daughter wanted after the computer froze while i was checking out my items.

Hi I just wanted to take a second and say that you guys are sitting on an amazing employee. I didn’t catch their name but I heard a worker say it was rara ? Amazing customer service. If I could give 10 stars I would. I was on a mission to get forky for my sons birthday and this associate helped me check the entire store every aisle . Up and down. At some point we lost each other but when they found forky they found me and brought him to me and showed me where they were for future reference. Thank you for helping my sons birthday magical.

These guys just have great stuff all the time. And at $5 Target price, they can actually offer some decent stuff if they source it right. these headphones are going to go over very big next door with the little girls who live next to me, they're just crazy for unicorns. A note about their phone cables, I haven't seen such good quality in a long long time and at $5 and a little bit each they're a really good quality cable and they last. Get the metal woven ones that's why I come in here but then I end up buying all this silly stuff for my dog and these little kids I know and stuff.

ERICK works at this location and he is the true definition of customer service. I had a problem with 2 items I had to return because I got the wrong things, I didn’t have a receipt and he took care of everything professionally, efficiently, polite. Wasn’t annoyed or mad, he made it so quick , easy , hassle free and didn’t make you feel like a transaction, it was like talking to a friend. His customer service is above and beyond and sets the bar, we need more people like him in the customer service industry. Thank you Erick!

Horrible customer service from the cashier. He made a statement that I should teach my 4 year old daughter to not place items in the basket that I will not buy because he will have to place them back where they belong. It was only two items and I felt very offended but kept my cool. There were no managers available so I could make a formal complaint. Maybe he needs to remember, when you have a job, it’s common sense you have to work.

Very nice store 🏪☺️ , the staff are friendly and they always ask if you need any help if your looking for something. Plenty of parking space and other stores nearby to shop at and eat . They usually have new things but they are gone if you don't snap it up when you see it . Recommend this one .

This morning about an hour ago I went into the Springfield NJ store on route 22. As I was checking out my card declined I was in a card only check out. So, I said to the woman excuse me but I need help. I 1st said Good Morning then I explained to the lady that my card declined & I wanted to pay cash.In her response she asked me if I would like to try again I said no so she snatched my bag then went to another check that accepted cash she removed the things in the bag and slammed them on the register to let me know she was upset.I only responded to her question I said nothing more. I don’t understand why she reacted this way. I know we are in the middle of a crisis with this pandemic and all but I too work without stop in the crisis and never not once ☝️ was I rude to anyone because WE have to remember we are still amongst the LIVING!We are living in a time to be GRATEFUL not to be rude or anything! You would think with everything going on KINDNESS towards each other she be 1st natural!WE HAVE TO CHANGE LIFE IS TOO SHORT FOR ANYONE BUT LOVE AND CARING between one another!

I have been there plenty of times the only thing is the problem is that the swin shoes don't last long they come apart wearing them twice so they definitely need a better quality of them and I'm disabled and they should have the mobile scooters for disabled people and thanks we read my comment god bless Amen

Went to self check out scanned 3 of the four or five item I had. The associate came over no hello, just did you scan both books,I see you have 2 of the same book I said I scanned 1 ( other 1was still placed on the side not by the bags) I was debating if i want both of the same book. I told her she keep it all.I left everything there. Will not ever spend my money there. She was rude.

I was just there today. I have some inflatable dice (I got them at a store with a bull's eye) that I need for the first day of class. Jason, the manager, was very accommodating and friendly as he used the air machine to blow them up for me. I really appreciated that.

A nice big shop that sells about everything useful or completely impractical. Some stuff on the racks I could see were damaged or opened. Be on the look out for opened or damaged products. Prices are still good though. Also eould suggest coming here to get party supplies.
