The employees hired by your managers need major training. I will not shop at this location again. Employees walk around with their ear buds talking on the phone with their friends. They are ringing up purchases and are mumbling to who ever they are talking on the phone. Then claim they are talking to me. What ever conversation she was having it was not directed at me. I worked in retail was a manager for many years, I would never let one of my employees respond to a customer saying " you don't tell me what to do". As far as I am concerned my spending pays her minimum wage salary and these kids have NO WORK ETHICS AND YOUR MANAGERS PERPETUATE THE BEHAVIOR THE ATITUTE AND RUDENESS. The person that kept behind me witnessed it all and was appalled. It's not the first time I complain about your employees being on the phone when they are on the sales floor. Do something about it I am a regular customer and if your selfish continues to be mediocre I will go elsewhere for my shopping, tired of being disrespected by your employees.

I frequent this dollar tree often. It is not cluttered, it always has what i need. Its not the typical dollar store. If I am in need of a dollar store i travel to this one that is a few miles from my home! The plus is that its in a mini mall with Outback Steakhouse so I get to treat myself also.😋

This Dollar Tree in Springfield is my go-to place for practically everything. Well laid out, organized, neat & clean. Friendly staff. I stopped in to get a head start on some cute Christmas decorations and florals. I found everything I wanted.

Just once I’d like to go into the store and see more than one cashier open. Do they pay their cashiers $1.25 an hour? How hard is it when you see a lot of people halfway down the aisle to ask someone else to open up the register. There are dollar tree stores that have self check out, they need to add it to this one.

This Dollar Tree is the best DT I’ve ever been to. It’s clean, organized and restocked timely. The manager works very hard and she has good customer service. Love it!

This dollar tree is very nice one because it’s new and two Cuz. They have a reoccurring supply most Dollar trees don’t have as many products as this one actually does and they keep new products in circulation to like something I would find at a pet store for $16 I could find there for $1.25 and I feel like it’s current it’s keeping up to date with the new trends, and they always seem to have the things I need when I needed. I gave four stars instead of five because they are short-staffed and I feel like if they hired more people it would be a little bit better so that all there wouldn’t be one person on the floor packing out and then another person on the register at least four people in the store at a time realistically to one register two packing out so the workload is evenly distributed

WOW! This is a nice Dollar Tree location. I am going to have a hard time going to my local one now after taking a visit here. Shelves were organized. Boxes were not all over the floor. Staff was also nice and friendly. Thank you to the staff for doing a great job at this location!

Not sure why one star is an option for poor service at this location. I work in retail and this store manager w.e her name is because her customer service needs so much work. As I'm waiting in line to check out the cashier shuts his light off now no other customer is behind me after he does that so it's only right that he ring me up last. As I got closer to checking out the store manager proceeds to tell me he will not be ringing me up and I have to go stand behind the long line of people. She then begins to say that there is one line when there were multiple lines... she then begins to tell me there are now 2 lines now ... then yea it gets crazy tells me if I don't co.ply she is going to put me out and tells another associate to ring me up I had to tell her no I refuse to skip anyone to appease you. What took the cake she to him to ring me up and not take any other customer until I went to his line.... like what kind of store manager does that. I was ready and willing to spend my money at this location and this was my first time here smh. Never again and I will be calling corporate Monday morning and they need to retrain the store manager. She is so nasty to her associates how can anyone work there? Remove her asap or give her another training.

The people who work here are very nice. The snack options are great, they have a good variety of school supplies, and every season/holiday they always have great decorations. I’m so glad they have this in Springfield! :)

For the many Dollar Trees out there, not going to thisnone won't be too hard. After kyn10 mins shopping spree for the kids crafts and treats, no one was at a register or in sight. I knocked on managers door who was on the phone and asked for help. She called to a young lady who was in the back of the store ( manager never acknowledged me). Once the cashier went to her register it wasn't the one I'd place my things on. I went to pick up my things to place it in her belt and by the time I turned around she was scanning someone else who ran from the back. ... is this ever ok? Maybe here but my money can spend elsewhere. Disappointed kids.

This Dollar Tree was very clean and even after the 2nd week of their opening, extremely stocked. Their craft supplies, baskets, and card selection was enormous!

Unfortunately marinna the store manager and district manager Gabriela don’t care about their customers, worked with them and use to see them reading these comment and literally laughing I hope you all know that happens behind the closed door of dollar tree you complain they just laugh at the office about the comments with , the DL gabby and store manager Marianna .

I worked at this place for about a month I was stocking the candy ale one day when these 2 ups people came up to me and the one dude ask to use the bathroom and I said as I was instructed to say by my boss the following week that are bathrooms were out of order but really they were just for employees only so the two men go back to shopping a minute later the one dude told me that his friend had Diabetes so I ask my supervisor and I told my supervisor that the man had Diabetes and really need to use the bathroom my supervisor told me they did care tell him to go next door I was shocked so I go back to the dude now I don’t have the heart to tell him no and I let him use the bathroom the Employees here are Unsympathetic.
