The doctor in the minute clinic is so rude and condescending. Differently didn’t feel comfortable with her treating me but I had no choice. I would never recommend. Better off going to urgent care

The worst drug store ever!!! Drugs are never in stock. Takes a week to get a drug delivery. They don’t answer the phone. I don’t mean it’s hard to get through I mean the store manager literally told me the pharmacy stopped answering the phone for the day! There’s ALWAYS a long wait!

What a horrible pharmacy. We pull up to the window and the woman had us repeat our information multiple times. We needed an eye ointment for my wife. First she told us they didn’t have it in stock and stayed silent giving us no other options. We asked what we should do and if another CVS might have it… silence. She turns the speaker off and disappears. She comes back 2 minutes later with an attitude and says we are having it transferred here in 10 minutes. She says nothing else and leaves us in silence again. In TWO minutes she comes back to the window and says ‘$13.50’ and slips us the medicine through the slot. Doesn’t say another word and we drive off.Did she lie about not having the medicine? How does it magically then appear when we continue to question her? If we didn’t ask for it multiple times I guess we would have left with nothing? Also there was no hi how are you / thank you have a nice day etc. What an odd experience.Extremely unpleasant visit.

I recommend to Do Not choose CVS pharmacy in Springfield on Morris Ave. NJ. Very rude , not polite and very unprofessional Manager Ms Patel. Surprised to have that in pleasure experience in the pharmacy . I will not come back to this CVS.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at CVS Pharmacy (178 Morris Ave, Springfield, NJ). Whitney, the clerk, provided terrible service. She wasted my time with poor passport photos and frequently interrupted to assist others. The pharmacist was so strange and rude, shouting about getting flu vaccines to people just walking by the counter. The lack of proper staffing and poor time management led to a complete waste of my time. I can not recommend this location due to its unprofessionalism and inefficiency.

My employer provided a new benefit recently. The pharmacy was uncertain about the claim process given how the benefit was administered. Christine helped me as best as she could and she was great. The rest of the staff? Not so much. I was informed of the correct reimbursable items after purchasing the wrong ones by the pharmacy vendor. When I returned to exchange it for the item that is reimbursable by my benefit plan, the store refused to exchange those items. It didn't matter that I waited over an hour the day before and that I had to to return to the store 3 times to resolve the matter. Now I understand why this specific store receives such low reviews. if I could give them a zero rating, I would. Save yourselves a headache and go someplace else for your pharmacy needs. .

Terrible customer service at the counter. Additionally, if you call when it’s slightly busy, they will pick up the phone and hung up just to stop the ringing. Don’t go here.

Went in for a TB test. I was nervous after reading many of these reviews. But I cannot understand why there are so many bad reviews. The lady at the Minute Clinic was extremely nice, directed me exactly what to do in the kiosk, showed me a restroom if I needed it. The nurse was very nice, barely felt the needle at all, and explained everything nicely. So people are upset because they have to wait? Have these people ever left their homes? Sometimes you have to wait! Get over it! You are no more important than anyone else! Wait your turn and you will be called!

I scheduled an appointment for a flu shot at 3:50. Instead of getting a flu shot, I waited in line for an hour and left because it was very clear to me I was not going to receive it before 5:00... as I had things to do. Don't recommend.

Bad, bad and very bad service.Kaila, store manager, as she stated she is unaccommodating , sad person, rood.Mess up all shopping experience.I went to pharmacy to get some things and end up leaving without anything, because of her decision to return my items. She technically returned my stuff without me knowing what she was doing and handled me return recipe, kept coupon. She said it was already used. I never used that coupon before…Do not go, if you want to have good shopping experience.

My father needs to fill in prescribed sleeping pills a few days earlier than “fill in date” because he’s traveling out of country. I went to Union CVS, straight no and a condescending “that’s illegal!”, went to Walgreen Union and also no. But Sunny at this location checked the regulation, checked flight itinerary I presented, called in doctor’s office for approval to change fill in date. She went out of her way to help us get medication, instead of being ignorant and condescending like other pharmacists.When you’re unlucky and in an “edge case”, knowledgeable and nice people like Sunny make your day.

Such an absolutely disorganized pharmacy with endless wait times, rude staff, and no regard for their customers.I have been in 3 times to get one prescription, but each time have waited over 45 mins. The first time they told me it was not ready and each subsequent time, I ran out of time that I was able to wait. I still do not have my medication.CVS need to get their act together and fast.

Worst!! DO NOT get a COVID test there. Website (From airline United) says you get the results in 15 minutes. When I arrived, person administrating the test said 1-2 hours. At 4 hours I had to go back to try to get my results that I needed immediately to travel. New person states that the Doctor works on patients and approves the covid results at the end of the day (7:30pm)! Not good when I have to upload it to the airline and they aren't leaving me the mandatory 12 hours before flight time. DO NOT GET TESTED HERE! Paid $75 to TrustAssure, then had to go down the road to get the results in 15 minutes! Go just down the road to AFC Urgent Care 704 Morris Tpk Short Hills. They got it done for me!

Went to pick my prescription up. Said that they just got it in the system when it got sent from the doctors an hour prior. I get my prescription and it’s missing pills. Supposed to be 10 and I only have 4. Busy is an understatement, staff if rude.I’ve been on hold for 20 plus minutes already. very very unprofessional. Stayed on the phone until closing time still no answer. Now I have to go in tomorrow to get the rest that it due to me.

Waiting time is too long and the doctor in minute clinic is never follow appointment timings. We waited for more then an hour and half for our turn and people came after us got called ahead of us. This happened to many people before us too. It’s a totally waste of your time. These people doesn’t even know where to go for anti-body test . The worst experience ever. You wait lote than you wait at DMV and still you don’t get your turn.

Used to love the service & staff. For some unknown reason they all seem to have quit together and it is shameful how people who have been using this store for years,are now treated. I recieve texts for medications I last used 3 years ago & my current medications are no longer on time.

You will wait in line up to an hour for your RX. They also closed the drive thru. You would figure during Covid that the drive-thru would be better for customers but not the Springfield CVS. This has been going on for a few years now. No more excuses about labor because all the other stores are running normally. 8 people waiting today for help. Not the fault of the people working in the prescription department. This is a CVS issue.

There is a reason why this store earn such a low score!The pharmacist act very rude and unprofessional. Do not take your prescription to this store!!!This pharmacy is so bad. I recently change my prescription to this store and they just send me medication that will soon to be EXPIRED. If I did not pay attention to the expiration date myself, I will be consuming expired medication for a month.I called their pharmacist and they refuse to offer a replacement and act very rude and impatient. Worst experience!

Won’t answer the phones, even for physicians. Don’t fill your Rx here… they’ll be “trapped”… unable to transfer, unable to be filled. I’m on 7 days and still working on it. Pharmacy employees are from the front of the store and don’t know how to use the system… this is a pharmacy black hole… terribly managed and not staffed.

The worst pharmacy EVER!!! Their texts are inaccurate. I was told to IGNORE THEM!I was just on hold with the pharmacy for 45 minutes!!! I called the manager and she said yea, too bad for you, no ones answering the phone right now!!!!

Absolute worst cvs ive ever been to. Would rate zero stars if I could.Every time I come in here there's never anyone at the checkout counter. And when you do call someone up to help they always seem annoyed and want you to use the self-checkout. Every single time I've been there this is the case.

I just very recently had a new stent put into my heart, i had problem the night before with my heart again .i called my doctor in the am,asked for a script for liquid nitroe , this cvs waited all day and had corp. Send a text and they were out of stock and theyre special ordering it.Not telling when it was coming in?The pharmacist on duty showed an attitude like tough luck and who cares instead of calling another store for stock. This to me tells me go somewhere that cares about the customers instead their salary. After this im going elsewhere

If you are looking for respectful staff, competent pharmacists, and/or short wait times, then this is not the pharmacy for you, as they hit none of these points. Yes, this specific location is understaffed, but unfortunately the incompetence was only exacerbated due to this. As in they were not better at all prior to the pandemic/staffing issues. The only reason why I continue to utilize this location is because they have the cheapest rates for my prescriptions. If you want to speak to someone on the phone? Just make sure you have an extra hour to wait on hold while listening to dreary music and a very repetitive (once every 20 seconds at least) automated message "Looking to get a flu shot or covid-19 vaccine? Due to high demand, appointments are recommended for all vaccines." It seems that whoever is in charge of managerial operations just does not care about the people who need this pharmacies services. Appalling.

My son’s appointment with minute clinic was cancelled because he has a sour throat! They think he has covid while he is not coughing and has no fever!!! Insane!
