Went to pick up Allegra D pharmacist refuses NJ driver license ID. The ignorance is astounding. Some people have no business working with the public. If you can't read a simple ID how proficient are you at filling RX properly? Went to the next Walgreens on Ryders lane got my Allegra with the same ID no problem make it make sense

All walgreens have been advertising a 20% veterans discount from 11/10-13. My father in law visited this walgreens earlier today as a veteran who served in vietnam. They told him they didn’t know about a discount or special and that they didn’t have the time to ask a manager or corporate. They were very dismissive and rude about it and to a man that put his life on the line for this country. He is very upset and the other two walgreens he went to were extremely kind and accommodating. I recommend this walgreens either keep their employees informed of policies/advertisements or at the very least learn some customer service and not be rude to people that have put their lives on the line for us. Absolutely unacceptable.

Online and app say the pharmacy opens at 9 a.m. when you get there at 9 a.m. they have signs saying they open at 10 a.m. drive thru is closed a lot of times they are supposed to be open, and if you go in the store they leave you standing there while they do other things instead of waiting on customers.

Had passport photos taken here. I have a 2 year old who needed her picture taken and the girl took multiple photos and she loaded them and didn’t even fix the background and it came out blurry. She said to me if the photo gets denied that i can come back for a refund. My husband and myself also had our photos taken. When I left I didn’t feel comfortable submitting these awful photos with the chance they would get denied. I went to another Walgreens and showed them the photos and they couldn’t believe how they looked. Not only was my daughters horrible but ours were as well. She retook our photos and also asked if I had photos on my phone of my daughter because she could edit the background and use them! Why wasn’t this asked of me at the spotswood Walgreens??? Spotswood Walgreens please train your staff to take better passport photos!

Third time in a week I've been on hold for more than 20 minutes without having my call answered. I am going to move all prescriptions from this pharmacy immediately. The staff is always slow and unresponsive.

Scheduled my booster shot and when I arrived the pharmacy was closed. They allowed me to schedule at a time when they weren't open and tried to blame me. They didn't apologize or care that I had the appointment for weeks and now I have to wait more time to get another appointment that will definitely be at a different pharmacy. Don't waste your time they clearly don't care. Go to the pharmacy down the street instead because they are actually competent.

One of the worst Pharmacy I have came across. Right half and hour before giving booster shot to elderly parents they call and they don't have booster shot available. You can still make appointment online. Pharmacist is full of lies. She was on vacation last week so don't know anything. She doesn't want to give her name. She wants me to go their to get all her info. Her manager was on vacation and when I mentioned that I will complain higher up she said come in the store I will give you all the info and manager will be there. They don't even 1 star. If they are so unsure them how can we rely on medication through them. Never going back here.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. I have never met a bunch of more useless individuals in my life. I always have a problem refilling my prescriptions. They never have anything as basic and necessary as insulin or syringes in stock at the pharmacy and make you wait forever while they order more. I've been told they will call back they never do. I call in prescriptions and call back days later for status and they have no idea when it will be ready. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I literally made pancakes from scratch, and then called the East Brunswick pharmacy and got my prescriptions filled before I even had the phone answered with spotswood. Not trying to be funny, this happened today.According to the robot, no one was ahead of me. Not an isolated incident either. Both inside and via phone take ages every time I go. Finally just saying forget it and getting my scripts mailed to me and using a different pharmacy for everything else.

First time experience with this pharmacy no good, After 30 min waiting with no customer ahead of me asking lots of questions and found nothing than second lady found my stuff & explaining something about discounts but still expensive than other places. That was first day. Now comes another doctor prescribed new drug I visited about six hour after but answer after looking in the computer was no found. Than I call the doctor office again and answer was it take sometime. Don’t want to add anything else I don’t know what’s wrong but I been coming and going to various pharmacy but here until now God Bless. I have nothing to do with their stylis appearance if I don’t get proper service. I better go back to my old pharmacy which is about 15 miles away which work better for me.

Walgreens is very local to my home and I go there often for my shopping needs. Prices are affordable and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I do not use there pharmacy as my prescription is filled elsewhere.

This pharmacy is a joke. Don’t waste your time and take your business elsewhere! I have been attempting to pick up prescriptions for the last week and each time I’ve gone to pick them up the pharmacy is closed without notice. The first time, I went in on a Saturday at 12noon and they were closed that day. Went in today after work at 6pm and they closed early at 4pm. On a seperate occasion I called to check if 1) they were open and 2) if my prescription was ready, I spent 2 hours waiting and when I was supposedly the next caller spent another 30 minutes waiting and no one ever picked up. What kind of business just shuts their doors when people rely on them for something so important as prescriptions?!?!? The place is severely understaffed and the wait times are ridiculous whenever they are open. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ever since Rite Aid changed over to Walgreens Pharmacy, I've been having issues with my prescription and it's very frustrating. I called to resolve the issue and they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up. Most of the staff is new and they don't know what they're doing. I'm on my last pill and I can't skip a dose. They've had days to fill this prescription. I don't understand what the issue is...

One star is vastly over-generous. I've been waiting for them to fix the glitches and get their act together but it doesn't seem that will happen. Absolutely atrocious customer service.Long 15 to 20 minute waits picking up prescriptions. No flu shot available, after waiting in line 15 minutes to request one from the pharmacist.The kicker is at 7 at night I just spent 15 minutes on hold- with an annoying "we are sorry for your delay blah blah blah" auto response every 15 seconds getting me more annoyed.in the interim I called ShopRite, automatically had my prescriptions refilled there, and was told they would be ready this evening -all while still on hold at Walgreens.oh yeah, ShopRite had the flu shot that I eventually got, also.

So i guess i will be here for a while.Will find a new pharmacy after todayThink twice before you send your medication here. The wait at the checkout line has gotten worse and worse as this store continues to grow so rapidly. The prices on frozen desserts are not good.The retailer cannot seem to re-stock in great enough quantities, items such as popular gallon size spring water, which is never available unless you happen to shop on the day it comes in. There is little communication, so don't bother to tell employees that what you need is out of stock -- they will not order larger quantities.Don't try to get coffee filters, they don't sell them at all. Thanks.

This is the worst place to be. Folks, please keep yourself away from this place. The reputed drug chain should sack the senior staff of the pharmacy and replace with responsible people. The are accepting schedules online for COVID vaccine but people are being literally harassed to get the shots. They don't seem to care when people are waiting hours for the shots, they rather ignore people even get rude with their big mouth. It's a shameless situation.

Convenient location. A Lot lot of items are always on sale there too. They have an easy to sign up for card that lends additional discounts and benefits beyond their sales too. Most of the staff are great including the elderly gentlemen whom always seems to be working. Always in his white lab coat too. Very nice and welcoming. Great variety of items to purchase. Well beyond normal expectations for a pharmacy. Can also pick up a quick, high quality gift for that last minute shop or unexpected invite to an event requiring you to bring something. No worries you can get it there on your way while picking up a pack of smoke or that lip balm to help with the weather, or that sunblock you always seem to forget while makingbyiur way to the beach. Great prices, great staff and even better choices of products

On Sunday September 13th, I went to this location in Spotswood, NJ around 5:30pm. The pharmaceutical worker, didn't take my prescription because he said that was late and I not a customer? My prescription was for my grandson 3 years old with I was brung him to urgent care, this is the society we are living, people with no emphathy. I had to drive around my town looking for an open pharmacy, because my grandson was in severe pain, thank God we have Walmart which I was able to get the prescription.

Pharmacy doesn't know what they are doing. Walgreens is partnered with the manufacturer of a special LIFE SAVING medication to provide it in store yet they have no idea how to order it!? They are completely incompetent. It's been over a week and they still don't have it.Also, some of the pharmacists can't even leave a proper voicemail.

I am not sure if this girl is the manager if so what a shame really somebody that young should not have that authority did not greet me hi how are you nothing did not say have a nice holiday nothing have a nice day nothing I asked if I had any rewards I was told that I had a dollar and to enter my ZIP Code I entered the ZIP Code and she proceeded to tell me that it was wrong I've had the same address since I was a child the ZIP Code is not wrong she said that it said Michael on the screen yes that is my father she still would not allow me to use the rewards that I am entitled to reported her to corporate it's hard to find steps but it takes one person to really ruin your business.

never coming here for my medication ever again. these pharmacist have no idea what they are doing. they put on hold and 5 different people comes back to the phone asking how may they help and you will be to repeating urself 100 times again and again. there's alot wrong with this pharmacy don't have time to type it all just will not be a returning customer. will rather drive 30minute to get my meds than come across the street for them to waste my time. since it changed to Walgreens it's been terrible

I have never thought about rating businesses. Always a hassle picking up prescriptions. Even if you call ahead and show up the next day they tell you it’s half an hour. I switched to mail order for my reoccurring meds.

I called this morning to ask a question pertaining to my refill ,the Pharmacist who took my call was disguistingly rude. She didn't listen to my question regarding my medication, instead she interrupted me mid sentence and abruptly dismissed the conversation. Listening skills and communication are key in customer service.

Came here to pick up medicine. On a peice of printer paper were the words "closed due to an emergency" "drive through is open". Emergency? But pharmacy is open through drive through? Hire more people.

This location is a joke they don’t care about their patients at all. Don’t answer the phone when you call the store to get through the pharmacy and the store don’t even care I could hear them in the background yelling the store manager didn’t want to talk to me. This Walgreens is a disgrace The store manager is a disgrace how can you call yourself a store manager and not even want to get on the phone with your customers/patientsI don’t even know how this Walgreens is still in businessI gave it a one star just so that I can put this review but they deserve zero I would never go to the Walgreens or the store again and I would never recommend anybody to go there I’d rather take the drive and go somewhere else

The pharmacy wait is insane. You can never get through on the phone.My doctor sent a prescription over, I went to pick it up and was told it had to be ordered and come back tomorrow. I went back the next day and was told it was not going to be in for 3 more days. I told them that's not possible so they checked and then offered me the generic version. I would have gone 5 days without this med and no one even called to say it was delayed.It is so disorganized since switching to Walgreens. Very disappointing
