The doughnados here are 5 stars! I love the cake batter cookie dough here! I’m a chocolate lover, but the vanilla custard here is so delicious! One thing disappointing is today I ordered the absolutely delicious birthday cake doughnado which I always order, and the girl gave me the tiniest scoop of cookie dough! I also had the twister here with chocolate custard and peanut butter cookie dough cream ice. It was good, but not nearly as good as the doughnado. The peanut butter cookie dough cream ice was good, but not great. I’ll try another cream ice flavor next time. I recommend Ralph’s Italian Ices in Spotswood!

This was my first time here after living in Spotswood for over 5 years. I was pleasantly surprised with how good the ice cream was. Prices are reasonable and they have a good selection of flavors and various ice cream and italian ice products. The service is friendly and quick. This is a very small shop. Unfortunately there are not very many benches to eat at inside or outside. Will definitely be going back.

Hands down the best place for Italian Ice!! Despite the fact that they are cash only, the ices are sooooo good! The amount you get is also good for the price!! Cherry Coke ice is the BEST!!! Would come back every other day just to get that specific one!!

No, all ice cream and water ice is NOT created equal... and Ralph's proves that.Delicious ice cream, even the no sugar added is delish. I'm a huge fan of lemon ice, and Ralph's is great! Everything tastes so fresh!Service - every single time was polite and helpful. Price is very good for the quantity. Ralph's is a must!

Best Italian Ice you can get. Tons of flavors to choose from. Love the watermelon twist with vanilla custard. My wife loves to get the Jelly roll ice cause she had it as a kid growing up down the block from the Ralph’s Ice in Staten Island.

Despite driving by many times in the past, this was our first time trying Ralph's. They have quite a large number of choices of ices, ice creams, shakes, and smoothies. They also have a lot of "no sugar added" options. Of the 4 my family had/shared, they were all very good (even the "no sugar added" option tasted phenomenal!) I'd love to come back to try their other flavors.The people who work here are very nice too. Extra points when they realized one of the ice cream flavors I asked for was unusually watery and offered some money back for it or to get another flavor, even though I didn't need to ask for that.This impressed me greatly and I'll certainly keep coming back with my family. 5 stars!Before arriving, please be aware they don't have credit card machines, so plan ahead! This might have been my only gripe, but no huge problem!

Service was polite and attentive. The employees took careful notes to get our requests exactly right.The ice cream is derived from the ices. It has good flavor but lacks creaminess. The ices and gelato are good.Prices are competitive with other local places. There are several excellent choices. Enjoy!

Love, love, love Ralph's Italian Ice. Loved it in Staten Island, loved when they were on Rt 9 in Marlboro. Best flavors and so delicious. Wish they would open closer to Manalapan!

New to town and needed a local Ice Shop. Ralph's is the absolute best! They have very friendly staff, alot of great choices of ice, cream ice and ice cream! Prices are great. Sometimes a bit of a wait in the summer months and that is expected when something is really good!! Keep Up The Great Work & Amazing Staff!

Definitely the best place to go to for a frozen treat around town. Has great service and nice people working. If they happen to mess up your order, which I've only had happen once in the two years I've been going here, they will give you what you were supposed to get for free and let you keep what they gave you on accident. Their prices are very good for how amazing their ices and ice creams are. This is very nice place to bring your kids for a frozen treat. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who likes a frozen treat every once in a while.

Their creme ice is phenomenal!Update: Had the curtains shut in my face at 9:30 pm when running up to the counter today after spending $3 next door to withdraw cash. I'm moving out of state tomorrow, so it's an unfortunate send off to one of my favorite places in the area.

The ice cream was okay. The service is nice, and they have two small tables outside, but it's not the best ice cream. Because they have so much, they all can't be perfect, and I think that there are little gems, but most of it is "eh", and their prices are pretty high i.e. $2.80 for a small cup where somewhere else in Monroe you can get a small cup for $2.00

Great environment with friendly and helpful staff. My wife gets the twister which is a perfect blend of fruit and ice cream. A true desert place perfect for the summer. Bring cash cause there is no credit machine.

Ralph's is the best. The flavors are great, and you can get ice cream, too! There are coupons in the mail so you can get good deals, too. Have the Blue Hawaii, it's great!
