Been here about 3-4 times. Review was the same at most visit.Bagel sandwich was good.Customer service needs to be improved. Lady who takes orders was very abrupt and not an effective communicator.....doesn't listen well gets order wrong.Needs to work on cleanliness. Some practices unhygienic. Lady who took orders came in to work, placed her denim jacket on the paper backs that was on a rack. Paper bags were then used to package orders.Greatest pet peeve is one of this person who works the grill does NOT wear gloves. I think he is the primary cook. He always does this. Don't think DOH would rate them high if they were aware of this.

Stopped by at 6am, before they turned the open sign on, there were 3 guys working so looks like a decent place. Ordered a sausage egg cheese on egg bagel w Salt Pepper ketchup. They forgot the salt pepper ketchup, so 4 stars. Other than that I’d go back. Parking is easy, the bagel was good.

They have the best hand rolled bagels in the area! The bagels are huge and they have a wide variety to choose from! Also love the fresh cream cheese. My favorite is the scallion and the jalapeño!They make phenomenal breakfast sandwiches and burritos too! Give this place a try!Vegetarian options: They can make you anything from scratch so if you want a veggie sandwich or quesadilla they will make it for you on the spot!Parking: Big lot shares plaza with ShopRite so has a huge lot

Hands down one of the best places I've been to in a long time. And given the fact that my work requires me to travel the country on a regular basis that's saying a lot. My goal every time I go somewhere new is to find local spots that have good food and this is by far one of the best I've been to. The food is fresh and made right in front of you and their menu is so extensive that they have breakfast on one wall and everything else on the opposite wall. They even make a handful of different cream cheeses to go along with your meal 🤤 Myself and 3 coworkers came in for lunch and got 4 different meals and all of it was amazing. 10/10, highly recommend.I got the #2 breakfast bagel sandwich on a cinnamon raisin bagel along with a breakfast quesadilla (cheese, egg and chorizo) and a side of jalapeno cream cheese. Unless you want leftovers don't get both, it's A LOT of food!

Bagel only review: While the bagels are reasonably sized, I felt the cream cheese, I tried the scallion cream cheese, was too drippy and liquidy for my taste. Well, the bagel was tasty and toasted well, the scallion cream cheese pretty much lacked any taste. Also, their jalapeno cream cheese uses pickled jalapenos and not fresh jalapenos.It seems what they're really known for are their sandwiches and unfortunately the immediate selection of vegetarian sandwiches is limited so I may have to concoct something custom with more time at hand.On a side note, I thought the place was a bit unclean in the customer area where the floors seemed like they really needed a good scrub.

It’s been a few times they have messed up my order. Also, I would suggest not ordering over the phone. The service is better in person.It would be nice it they took a name for the orders to avoid any confusion.

I have been getting bagels there since probably 2007? They are delicious. But recently I guess they have new owners or whatever, and they have all these sandwiches and gyros and cheesesteaks and fries and stuff. It’s all so good. The young guys behind the counter are polite and fast. The women who runs the register is super nice too. Definitely fair priced and good portions. Will keep going and you should too 😊

I own Tuscana salon across the street from bagel one. We have been ordering food there for the past few days and I have to say everything has been amazing including the service from the owners. I highly recommend bagel one!

My co workers and I come here just about every day. The food is great, they have a very large menu to choose from, and it's all reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and all know me by name. Overall great local spot!

I am not one to complain/run to yelp but people must know to never come here. I door-dashed food from Panera for lunch and figured I will get my self a bagel for later. When I unwrapped my bagel and took just 1 bite I noticed what was a hair in my food. It wasn’t just sitting on the bread but rather in the middle of the cream cheese. A little piece was sticking out and I took the top off the bagel and it wasn’t until I pulled it out of the cream cheese did I see a long strand of hair, I have never been so disgusted eating a bagel in my life. Other than that the bagel was excellent the walnut raisin cream cheese was amazing but sadly I will never be coming back. Not only because of the hair found in my food but also the other reviews about how unsanitary the place is.

If you looking to get fresh avocado in a guacamole cup from a store, this is your place to go, coffee so weak, the omelettes look like a scramble eggs with weggies and pancakes were just a horrible uncook disaster, to all of add , plus the fact that We got very disrespected by the manager , once I explain the manager the reason of our call his answer was I will make sure you are happy on your next order I will personally make it (with that I would it perfectly happy) , But then he told me this and leave me in me shock , " DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO WITH MY STORE, IM BEEN DOING THIS FOR OVER 25 YEARS , I WILL MANAGE My COOK , YOU ARENT GOING TO TELL ME WHAT TO WITH MY BUSINESS, With that I proceed to say we will never going to do business with you .
