This review is for the location only in South River. It is said that not all 2 Walgreens are alike. This location time and time again has great customer service great employees and great follow through. I did photo orders on several occasions. today the order was perfect. As the time before when I made an error and they corrected it and redid their work. I write this because of a fiasco with a Somerset Location on Franklin boulevard as I placed 3 different orders in the span of 2 weeks. When I go to pick up the orders they are not ready I got no phone call or no text message and they Iraq's is the machine is either broken or out of ink. That is truly unacceptable plus the store looked like a disaster hurricane headed where the South River store was clean neat and organized. The biggest problem with this is you take much time and effort to prepare the order and send in when ey cannot produce you have to start from start scratch

Placed a photo order at 8:40 estimated to be ready by 9:30am. Arrived at 11 to pick up and head to an event - order was not printed nor was I contacted or notified of any delays/issues.

Amazing customer service from Sima!!! We came here after a horrible fiasco at spotswood Walgreens with our passport photos. Sima retook mine and my husbands photos and asked if I had a photo of my daughter on my phone that she could edit the background on. The other Walgreens never bothered to ask me that! The photos came out wonderful! Thanks again!

The worst Walgreens, been with Walgreens for over 20 years, I’ve been going over there for years and the service kept on going downhill, I will be switching out of the entire Walgreens chain because of how BAD their customer service and horrible service.

This is the last time i will walk into this pharmacy. Consistently, I have had issues with the pharmacy here. Today was the kicker.My husband was released from the hospital, and they had sent a script to Walgreens in error. They contacted Walgreens and asked them to fax the script to Sayreville Pharmacy, which they said they would do.Sayreville Pharmacy tried to contact Walgreens a number of times with no success. They conveyed that to me, asking if I could call them. I phoned Walgreens 4 times, getting through to the automated system. Every time I wasswitched to a representative, I was immediately disconnected.So I drove to Walgreens, and their customer service in store is lacking as well. The store and drive through were empty, but I was asked to wait a minute - which turned into 5. All while she was typing on a computer. At that point, she could see I was angry, and basically threw up her hands, turned me over to the womanworking the drive thru. I’m sorry - when you have a human in front of you, you should be addressing their needs.This store wasn’t bad when it was Rite Aid - but it’s consistently gone downhill since it’s become a Walgreens.

Pharmacy is the worst. Standing in line and all of a sudden there’s an emergency and they must close and they wouldn’t even give me my medicine knowing I was standing there waiting! Not one I’m sorry nothing! I was on the phone expressing how mad I was to someone and the manager looked at me heard and didn’t even stop to apologize. Moving all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy that actually cares

I went here for my Covid Vaccine dose 1 and it was a pleasant experience. I was in and out in no-time. Pharmacist was very friendly and made me feel at ease since I HATE needles.

This store must be closed down. I had got PCR test but got INCONCLUSIVE. I did exactly the instructions saying to me, but this is what I get? I am so disappointed. I LITERALLY NEED TO TAKE A PLANE FLIGHT BACK TO MY COUNTRY.

Pharmacist is young Asian man was working around 3pm on Wednesday 4/15 . Pharmacist totally unhelpful . Unable to answer questions . Very slow and incorporative He should be working behind piles of papers and files and not with patients and customer service . Worse experience at a pharmacy . Very unprofessional .

Customer abuse, a young Chinese in the overbearing pharmacy, without education, did not give me the prescription because my daughter's medical insurance expired, I called the insurance is valid, it was only to call the insurance to confirm, but this lazy Chinese, with bad attitude, should be away from customer service, how can that person have social life
