An amazing and gentle place to bring your fur baby for a few hours of deluxe and caring grooming - like no other place. I have been bringing my Sweet Wilson her for over 2 years and Fatima and her staff are so caring and honest. You won't be disappointed and neither will your pet.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE.I took my sweet senior Yorkie for a haircut here yesterday. She got a hip surgery a couple of months and was healed and walking/running just fine. After I picked her up she could not walk at all as she wasn’t putting pressure on her back legs. I took my dog to the Animal ER this morning where they did x-rays on her. Turns out both of her hips are dislocated and now she needs a double femoral head ostectomy which will cost us $6,000. I asked the salon if my dog fell while she was getting the haircut, and they said everything was “fine” and that nothing happened. It’s absolutely abnormal to bring in a totally mobile dog and pick up an immobile one. Save your pet and please do not bring them here.

My dogs groomer is Isidro, he does a great job every time. He's very creative and skilled at his craft. My dog unfortunately lost his tail and now only has a little stub that is barely noticeable, Isidro thought to make a faux tail with his hair. It's super cute . So now when he wags it, you can actually see his little pom pom tail wagging. Their prices are also very fair. They have walkins sometimes but definitely call ahead.

A week ago I took my dog to Pawfection for the first time and I'm extremely happy that I did. Their team did an amazing job from the grooming to the whole experience! I can't believe that my dog still smells amazing after a whole week. Not only I recommend this place I will definitely will be going back. Thank you Fatima and the rest of your team!!!

Terrible place. They pretended to be nice. But no. Fatima cut one part of my dog hair to “show me” how long it’s going to be. Without asking me. 1st red flag. Then when I showed them the picture of what I want for my dog. She interrupted me saying that my dog won’t look like the picture because dogs never let them. They moved. She said. 2nd red flag And 10 min later she called me to asked me to pick up my dog her excuse was that my dog was trying to bite her. When I get there she shows me how my dog “was aggressive”. And my dog wasn’t. Yes it was restless but not aggressive. So I said ok this it’s a sign. I didn’t want to argue with her. When I get home with my dog I noticed that someone cut her fur from one of her paw in the front and I was very specific don’t cutting them. Only her body in the back. I’m very disappointed I never saw a place like this. They are very incompetent. By the way my dog is a very small dog and she doesn’t bite. Now my dog has a messed in her hair thanks to them. I won’t go back.

This place is great!! I needed a groomer last minute, the day before Thanksgiving, and Fatima squeezed me in that Friday. It was my first time there so she showed me pics of her past work she done on my breed of dog and looked my pics from previous groomers. She wanted to make sure I was pleased with her work. I was extremely happy when I picked him up!!!! He looked pawfect 🐶 and smelled amazing too!!! Aside from all of that, she was so pleasant and you could tell she loves the animals. Who I bring my animal to the most important thing and will def do all my business with this spa.
