Pampered paws is an amazing place to get your pet done right. I’ve been to a few groomers and they are the only ones who cut my pups’ faces correctly. Sandra and her staff are professional and friendly. They care about the animals, their comfort levels and needs. As a matter of fact I received a call from them about a medical issue that I wasn’t aware of with one of my dogs. I have a senior dog (15 yr) and an extremely nervous special needs pup who needs a groomer with the patience of a saint. Well I found my Saints, they are caring and compassionate with all the fur babies. There is a high need for their services so I book my two dogs for the entire year in order to keep me on schedule. I can’t say enough about Sandra and her staff. Worth every “Penny”.

Awesome place! My fur-baby is a notorious problem child when it comes to nail clipping, and we've had issues finding a good place. She was squirmy but they were gentle and kind, and so fast! We will definitely be returning. Thanks Pampered Paws!

We have been bringing our 3 furbabies to Sandra for quite some time and we are always happy with the results! With all 3 of our pups having very different personalities, Sandra and her staff know exactly how to work with them to get the job done! They come out happy, excited, and looking awesome! Been taking my girl Coco here since we got her and they're absolutely wonderful. The staff are incredibly friendly and so sweet with your furbabies. My girl always comes home smelling and looking her absolute best.

The groomers here are becoming to much not only are they expensive and extremely hard to book with I had been calling for months to avoid matting in my dog, but could not get an appointment was told over and over again. They were booked out every single time I called. Not only did they raise there prices overall . They made the price more expensive without calling and notifying me I was going to owe more when I picked my dog up after telling me a price when I asked for when I booked the appointment. If they were going to raise the price they should have at least told me and asked if I wanted to continue rather then just surprising me at the end of the visit . they charge for every little thing.

The owner of this pet spa is super sweet. My pup doesn't dread going there and always looks super content when I go to pick her up. Their stylists always do a great job with her haircut! They always cut her to my specific request. A must try for your fur babies!

After "grooming" my 3 year old Havanese on my own for the last 19 months due to Covid, it was time to get her looking and feeling her best. I was hesitant to bring her to a new groomer as her first few experiences at her previous groomer were less than ideal. However, upon recommendation from a friend as well as reading the reviews on Google, I decided to take her to Pampered Paws. Well, the experience was so much more than I possibly could have anticipated. Not only did I receive a call the day before the scheduled grooming to go over any concerns I had or any anxiety/stress issues my dog Stella had, we were also welcomed by such lovely and caring women when we arrived for her appointment. The groomer went over the whole process with me and genuinely cared about what I wanted from the appointment as well as how to best handle any issues that may come up during the time Stella was there. When I picked her up, she looked like a brand new pup and the haircut was incredible. What's more, the groomer actually followed up a couple of days later to see how Stella was feeling after the grooming and wanted to be sure that I was pleased. I can wholeheartedly say that this groomer exceeded my expectations and I would recommend the business without hesitation. These ladies know how to run a business and do a fantastic job with customer service. I am so happy that I made the choice to bring Stella there. Well done, ladies, well done indeed.

Went there for the first time today and was a little nervous seeing that my dog was so scared and hesitant at first. When I went to pick her up, she looked so happy and was getting so much love and attention from the staff. She seemed to have gotten really comfortable with them. They were so friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. My dog was so relaxed when we got home. Definitely recommend.

Love Pampered Paws! Took my 14 year old Pomeranian here today for the first time and couldn't be more impressed. From the time I walked in I felt incredibly comfortable leaving him here. The staff was very warm and friendly and I've never picked my pup up from a groomer looking better or being more relaxed. His cut is exactly what I asked for the and bandana he got was such a sweet touch. I can't wait to take him back here and am so happy we've found 'our place'. Thanks, Pampered Paws!

One word, three letters - WOW!!!! Pampered Paws Grooming Salon and Spa exceeded my expectations. To give you background, I recently adopted a dog from a rescue and he is very very very nervous/skittish to say the least - we took him to one groomer previously who was not able to groom him.We had called Pampered Paws prior to provide them was background on him, express our concerns, and see if they were up to it. They immediately reassured us not to worry and they can handle it - and that they did! Not only were they the only groomer able to help our Jersey, but he looked extremely handsome, clean, shiny, and most importantly a WAGGING TAIL!I cannot express my high gratitude and appreciation for this spot enough. One million percent recommend!!!

You will find no better or more compassionate a salon! I brought my two old dogs in today for a nail trim. First, they were kind enough to fit us in. Second, my two old dogs were not the easiest patrons.. both stubborn and did not want to be dealing with this! I couldn’t have asked for them to do a better job. I’m so thankful to have this wonderful salon in town! 💖💖

We went here for 2 years every month straight to have our cat’s nails clipped and they only charged $10 which was so good. Today they let us come in early which was so sweet but then charged us 100% more- so $20 and said it was because of inflation. 100% increase is a little extreme- it seems they were just annoyed about us wanting to come in earlier but all good; I guess this will force us to not be lazy and cut them ourselves.

This was the first time we took our Husky to a groomer because she is very anxious. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back! Layla came out looking amazing. Sandra is very responsive and professional. You can tell how knowledgeable and experienced she is right away when talking to her. Katie did a fantastic job grooming Layla and she will be much more comfortable for the rest of the summer without all that fur. I highly recommend Pampered Paws Spa!

My 3, 4 legged children have been going to get pampered at this wonderful, clean and professional groomers for years. Never have a problem getting an appointment, and when we go its quick and easy. We have never experienced a problem and my dogs are always happy to go, the problem is trying to get them to leave. The owner Sandra is always very kind and welcoming, Sandra and her staff are very good with our furbabies. I highly recommend giving them a try.

The staff at pampered paws were so caring and worked so well with my pup Curry. It really seems like the staff know their work and care for the pups. Curry is usually a scaredy cat and so it is hard to get the nails and blow dry done, but they managed to take care of it and they did it well! I am very impressed, she smelled great, she came out nice and clean, soft and most importantly smiling ear to ear also. I am very pleased with this groomer and will be returning again next time around!

Amazing! I’m so happy I found this place! I took my dog peanut to get her nails cut. (Peanut does not have it when it comes to getting her nails cut and we’ve been back and forth different places as well as trying to cut them ourselves with no luck.) Once we entered we were greeted by everyone and overall they did a wonderful job cutting her nails. I was so shocked! They even filed her nails afterwards and gave her a spritz of dog perfume. Sandra and her staff gave peanut and I the best service and completely made my family’s day. We will definitely be coming back!

Our Baby Cali is 8 months old, so we were still trying to settle into a groomer that we felt confident and comfortable with. We found PP through a Google search, and are so happy and grateful we did! They were able to fit us in last minute, and when we walked in we were so impressed by how clean the salon was and how professional they were! One of the little doggo’s getting groomed was shaking, and the groomer was literally standing there hugging the dog until it calmed down! Needless to say, when we came back two hours later Cali looked AMAZING! Such an incredible job, and we can’t wait to use them again!

My 7 month old puppy, Duke had his first haircut today. He was super scared going in... I felt like I was dropping my kid off at daycare. But when I went to pick him up, he was running around so happy!! They did the exact cut I asked for and I love it!! He looks so good and I will definitely be back!

Upon arriving to pick up my dog after his grooming, I was locked out of the store by a customer. She had 2 very active dogs unleashed in the entrance of the store. Instead of the staff taking those dogs to the safety of the fenced in area, they also thought it was a better idea to lock their customer out. They left me standing outside at least 5 minutes while they continued to talk and let her dogs run wild.Why this customer did not bring leashes for the 2 dogs she was picking up? Or why the staff allowed me to remain locked outside? Good questions. I'll will not be returning to this groomer.And they respond with a lie, my appointment was for 12pm I was not a no show as they claim.Locking customers out of the store is rude. Is my dog less important? Do you not think he wanted to be picked up too? How could they leave the door locked on a customer and continue to have a conversation as if I was not outside waiting? I suppose it was good that the sun was shining and I was not outside in the pouring rain.I see you retracted the lie about my being a no show. I am positive Ray and I will be better treated elsewhere. The 2 dogs never should have been left in the entrance running around, they should have been kept safe behind the counter and customers should never be locked out.

Met Sandra and Donna following the passing of my sister as I took over bringing her dog, Freckles, in to have her nails trimmed. Just felt an instantly good vibe with these ladies and began to bring my cat in for same. Over the last 10mos I got two new puppies, Melissa, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and Dolly, a Maltipoo. I had them both in yesterday for a much needed grooming and my babies were returned to me more gorgeous than ever!! Shampoo, condition, nails trimmed, ears cleaned, massage, you name it ... lots of TLC! Really awesome and experienced professionals in the business. Thank you, Sandra and Donna, for caring so much and a job very well done!
