Shane and Laura are the best. They’ve been very accommodating with our dog Bane. We have use them for pet sitting and drop ins they are awesome people and they really care about the well being of animals, highly recommend them!!

My review is not about how well they are with your pet. My peeve is I’ve call them twice and left detailed messages as requested. To date, I have not received a callback or courtesy text. I really wanted to take my baby there based on reviews from friends and google. But now I’ll be looking for someone else.

Shane and Laura make such a great team, and Creative K9z is really a one stop shop for so many things! Shane is a patient, knowledgeable trainer, and a really reliable dog-walker. He’s communicative, trustworthy, and respectful of our living space when sitting. Likewise, Laura is so kind to our puppy and really good at running the daycare/boarding services. My dog gets to feel like one of the family when she boards there, and she has way more fun than at a kennel, and is less overwhelmed/stimulated than at a huge daycare with non-stop playtime. And, importantly, since Shane trained our puppy himself, he’s familiar with our house rules and goes above and beyond to make sure they’re enforced during boarding time so that we don’t have to retrain when we get home from vacations. 5/5 would recommend!

Shane and Laura are awesome!! We found them through Rover and they have been with our puppy since we got him. They love and care for your fur baby as if it were theirs. Extremely flexible with schedules. Wouldn't take our Walker anywhere else. They are both very knowledgeable about everything when it comes to animals. Amazing people! :)

Shane and Laura are great. We use them for our 4 month old puppy for frequent daycare/boarding and now recently started a training regimen. Found them through the Rover app and they've been super helpful all around. Not only do they do a great job with the services they provide they are also VERY flexible with timings and offer alternate options to make your life easier with dropoffs/pickups etc. They also send pictures and updates as needed to reassure you that your pet is happy and in good hands. We've used them 3x so far for boarding and have already booked 3 more set of dates in advance. Would highly recommended!
