I been here any years ago and after coming back here recently, there has been a better selection of items that the store provides. Most of them are starting to become useful cheap items that can't be found in other stores nearby. Come here for fun time spending those $5 bills at a time.

The attendees are respectful and nice, but I don't like the self checkouts. I put in a five and five ones for a simple checkout, but it didn't take the dollar so I almost had to get the manager since I didn't have any other cash on me to finish the purchase (I really needed the charger for my phone. because of health reasons of my relative.)

I like this store for the novelty items they have. They also usually have good seasonal things for summer or if your looking for somerhing for a themed party.

Great experience tonight! The cashier was incredibly sweet and welcoming, she said hi to everyone and made sure to take care of the customers with a positive attitude, she deserves a raise :) I think her name was Zayanne, I’m not sure but she was great!

I used to go to the Union/Springfield location but my friend lives close to this one. This store has more of a variety of items and there's way more sizes in clothing such as T-shirts, which are my favorite! Enormous selection of makeup and beauty care. And the staff are knowledgeable and very courteous! I go out of my way just to come here! 👍

Great service! We went there yesterday and forgot one of our bags there and we went back the next day to see if we forgot it there. We asked an employee and she kindly called the manager who was very nice too. They gave us our bag that we left there the day before. Agaim, great service and lots to shop for!

The company itself great and I love the products. The location and staff is trash. Very bad attitude, no customer service what so ever, employees gossip about OTHER EMPLOYEES like it’s still high school. Two employees were in the way of the aisle, I said excuse me more than once and they rolled their eyes at me and barely moved.. As being a customer service representative, this is not how you treat paying customers OR other employees. Should be addressed soon

This location was very organized. It’s not hard to find items when they are in the right place. The sales team is very professional , courteous and friendly. I have not been to this store in ages 🤯 and like the self service check out lanes.

Only reason I gave Five Below three stars cause #1 they didn't havev alot of stuff in there store like they use too and #2 they don't have people asking you if you need help finding something . But I did like that I got a water bottle there for $3 whitch wasn't bad.

A place that sells good quality items under $5. Place was well organized and self checkout option kept the queue hassle free and quick. Adding more staffs would be very helpful the customers.

Pretty good place to get if you are looking anytging I got playdoh for my kids and they are less than other places. I recommend Five Below however, they don't cqrry night light but other place I have seen not sire if this franchise didn't carry or over all it is not there also customer service seems not upto point means not that helpful. When ask that I am paging cash she said that counter is not for cash only for credit she didn't mentione how I will be payinh before helping me that is why I took two points off, however, I will again for sire visit this place and give them another chance. Hopefully they provide better service next time.

Was well maintained. But weekends there was lil rush. However all staff and customers in side were following social distancing and were wearing masks. All in all good and a economical place where u will find good stuff.

My rating is based on the service or LACK of service I received. I purchased a phone holder for my car and a couple of questions about the different styles. The young lady I was looking to for assistance appeared as though she did not want to assist me at all. However, the item I purchased is fine.

Neat store but a little "stuffed" with merchandise making it a little challenging to find what you're looking for, which I did not find. There are very few Android accessories so if you have an Android product I actually recommend that you go elsewhere.

Very good for inexpensive items, that can serve the same purposes as the over priced ones. I especially like it for its tech products, that you usually lose. For $5-$10. Take it on vacation. No worries.

You can get so many different things here for $5 or less. Think dorm room accessories, gifts for kids, holiday items, etc. We also find good buys on electronics items like phone mounts or chargers here. I've gotten tablet covers and screen protectors too! It's not too crazy busy here unless it's right before a holiday. There's not tons of staff here but the ones that are here are typically very helpful. Good buys on tshirts, small exercise equipment like yoga mats, swim goggles, etc.

Very cool spot. Has some good deals for $5 and cool ideas. Some things a little over priced but definitely worth checking out if you’ve never been there
