Me and my husband went to the the 7eleven here on park ave and I picked up a star ledger on Saturday and when I went to read the paper I realized that I picked up the Sunday paper in error instead of the Saturday paper not to mention they scanned the paper and the charge was $5.00, so I went back on Sunday just to tell them about the error and to ask if I could get the rest of the Sunday star ledger that I picked up. Well the man at The 7 eleven said I don’t remember you from yesterday like I would lie about getting a paper. I take full responsibility that I didn’t get a receipt and that I didn’t look at the date and realized I picked up the Sunday star ledger. The store clerk was very nasty and saying it’s my fault which I get that but what happened to a little kindness? Me and my husband been going there for over 5 years and never had a problem and I told my husband oh he is a nice guy, we go there all the time I’m sure it won’t be a problem. I was so wrong about him and I will never patronize 7 eleven on park ave in so Plainfield ever again!!!!!!! Nasty customer service!!! You can spend your money but if a error or problem just nasty for no reason!!!

They had free slushies on 7/11 when all the others didn’t so they’re automatically goated. Clean store too is a bonus

711 has really stepped up it's game in recent years making them your one stop shop for all basic necessities and then some. The fresh cooked foods are higher quality than they used to be, the rewards point system is fair and helpful, and they're usually kept in pretty good order as far as cleanliness and organization goes.

My mom got some taquitos for me today at this 7-11 location. Unfortunately, one of them was a chicken taquito (I *hate* the taste of chicken) and I almost threw up. Then she told me she saw the lady at the counter mixing up all the frozen taquitos and that she specifically requested all beef taquitos. Good lord

7Eleven on the corner of Park and Maple. My step dad had gotten 2nd degree burns from a malfunctioning coffee spigot Monday morning. The store attendee shooed dad out of the store rather than checking on dad's well-being. Dad panicked from being poorly treated and left, as blisters on his hands and feet formed. Dad ended up in the doctors office to treat 2nd degree burns. Shame on you, store operator and how you treat the elderly!

The older man who works there was absolutely rude and doesn’t treat customers with respect. He is a disgrace to the company and was too lazy to simply move a box so I could see the products on the wall

Ordered a cheeseburger bite which normally comes on a hot dog roll and it was given to me without a roll I asked the guy where my roll was he told me I had to pay extra shame on you

I wish they had insulated cups for the slurpees. Using the plastic cups makes them melt faster.

When I brung my items to the register (6 things) the cashier then proceeded to ask me whats in my pocket and asked me to show him whats in my pockets. Wouldn't recommend !!!

Very bad service at this point of sale in addition to the dirt that is seen in the store. And they are not able to give me a paper bag for the items I bought! I will never return to this store.
