St.Huberts Doggy Day camp in north branch has an amazing facility, both indoor and outdoor where your dog can play with others 5 days a week. My dog truely loves coming and is a great way for her to get exercise while I’m working instead of being alone! Highly recommend

A great facility for dogs to run, spend time with caring staff, and just get to be a dog. The property is bigger than it appears, and includes a wooded walking trail in the back. There are securely fenced yards, and a gorgeous remodeled indoor space for rainy days. Training is also offered! My dogs love every chance they get to spend time here. Small dogs have their own special indoor and outdoor play areas because small dogs like to socialize with pals too!

As our pup, Oakley, is an alumni dog from St. Hubert’s Madison, the minute the St. Hubert’s North Branch location for doggy day camp reopened, we signed Oakley right up and have been more than happy there. The staff there are exceptional - caring, loving, knowledgeable, and treat the dogs like their own - what more could you ask for? They have a spacious area outside and inside for the dogs. Oakley has made friends with the other dogs and staff there and never wants to leave at the end of the day (a sign she loves it just as much as we do)! They are incredibly accommodating, as Oakley needs a dose of medication while there, and they have been flexible and reliable with it (crucial to us in looking for a doggy daycare). We just can’t recommend St. Hubert’s North Branch doggy day camp enough and are so grateful to have found such an excellent facility/camp!!!

Truly one of the best rescue facilities around. The animals are well cared for, the buildings are clean and airy, the price of adoption includes up to date vaccinations and spay/neuter. The staff is dedicated, educated, and they try their best to get the right animal to the right family.

A year ago I adopted the worlds best dog Ivy from this St. Hubert’s, truly she has changed my life and filled up a huge portion of my heart- I cannot imagine not having her with me. I cannot say enough kind and wonderful things about this shelter and the staff at the shelter. I’m so thankful for the care & love they provide for the animals here. Whenever someone is looking to adopt I always tell them to go here because the staff is so dedicated and they work to find a dog that’s best for you, they know the animals so well here.Thank you to everyone at this location for everything you do!

My daughter and I went to Saint Hubert's to adopt a kitten. Everyone there was just as nice as can be and very helpful. The animals look well cared for, the place is very organized and well run. We were able to spend time with different kittens in order to make our choice. The visit was a great experience.

The people at this St.Hubert's are amazing and you can tell they truly care about the animals. They are very welcoming to the people and animals that walk through those doors. I walked in and was greeted by a few people that worked there I asked if I could see the dogs and she gave simple yet a(n) rule of don't stick fingers in the cages and I walked though to the dogs. Everything was clean and the dogs were given fresh water. The lady was very nice and as I walked around she would let the dogs and interact with them as much as she could. She was calm and quiet to the scared dogs who hid in there crates. She knew the dogs and there personality's,knew there favorite treats and favorite toys! I went to say bye to all the animals and the young ladies that were there. All of which where very respectful and thankful that you came.

We adopted a dog from St. Hubert's in North Branch, NJ recently, She is so sweet and well-behaved. She's a perfect fit in our family. Nice little place. Always seems very clean, and the staff are super friendly. They barely had any cats last time i went, which i found odd, but maybe they're just doing a great job finding homes for all of them. Also, i didn't see any outdoor runs for the dogs, which seems like kind of a bummer, but it's small as far as shelters go, so they probably have the he time to give each of them lots of walks. Hopefully. Anyway, i'll definitely stop back when whenever i'm in the area.

This is a very well kept animal shelter. The staff were very helpful in helping us pick out our new pet. They did not rush us or make us go through horrendous paperwork. All their animals look healthy and they were honest about their conditions. They had all of our new pets paperwork and everything was up to date.

Had a very upsetting experience.I waited 3 weeks to adopt a kitten to be told the kitten was no longer available. The foster family decided to keep it for themselves.Very unprofessional.So disappointed in St Hubert's. The shelter makes you go through so much before you can adopt an animal and then they keep the animal for themselves.I will go to another shelter to rescue in the near future

we had a feral cat hanging around our home for a few months, one day I noticed momma cat trailing 3 kittens little ones We quickly called st huberts and they responded , leaving traps and food to capture them. It took 5 days but they were there as quickly as possible to pick up these kittens. After they were picked up ,after 5 days ,we soon realized there was 1 more baby. there professionalism was only," over shined" by their loving compassion for this kitty family. thank you so very much for caring and being there. you people truly are a blessing,and truly a blessing for the animals who they help

They are such wonderful people at st. Hubert's they are caring and very thoughtful. They helped me out so much when I found a cat with four kittens. They found homes for the little babies and I took the mom back. She was a feral cat they worked with her and she was able to come home with me.

The volunteers are very professional and clearly have the animals' best interest as their priority. We adopted a small dog who was there three months during which Kim and another volunteer did great work on his behavioral issues. In 24 hours this dog (Kerry) was a member of our family!

Wonderful staff, surprisingly very clean doesn't smell either. The staff members are very nice and work hard to accommodate the publics needs as quickly as possible and are very honest and straight forward about every dog and cat and how they act and what they're good with also what they're not good with they really care about making the family have a perfect match, we adopted lady 11 year old little senior a long term resident who has been there forever and I must say she's the best and I thank st Hubert's for bringing our family so much joy pairing us with such a loving dog!!! She maybe an old lady but she acts like a pup and she deserves to live the last few years of her life knowing she's loved she used to be so fearful but the trained staff worked with her so much that she became a happy rehabilitated dog living a wonderful life now ......What I love about st. Hubert's is the fact all of the people who work there have such amazing bonds with these animals they really take the time to nurture them and show them love you can see it in every staff member when they show animals these animals are their pride and joy they take their jobs seriously and make sure every animal gets one on one attention... They're gentle with the animals and they have a massive trail for dog pack walks it is really cool including a bunch of play areas for agility exercise and play time, honestly I admire what st. Hubert's does I couldn't do that job because I'd want all the animals .... St Hubert's staff members are angels and I love Pamela Fyfe she is amazing and was so kind and caring to my family and I.... Thank you Pamela Fyfe, and the awesome staff. Keep up the good work!!!!!We will always adopt from st Hubert's don't forget DON'T SHOP ADOPT....

We adopted Halo now named Chip. He is a yellow/hound mix. When we adopted him he was neutered, microchipped, given all his immunizations that were needed and clean. He is truly a calm and loveable boy. As for the staff, they were great to work with. They made the adoption a truly wonderful experience!

So it seems I'm not the only one that seems to think Pam Fyfe is arrogent, rude, and has a sense of entitlement to her. I immediately went to another shelter and got a rescue pup that is cozy and warm in her new little home. Pam immediately gave me a bad attitude and threw around accusations from the start. I agree with the commenter below, her best interest is not in those animals. I'm only giving this place two stars because the staff was friendly and get this, THE STAFF WAS APOLOGIZING FOR THE SUPERVISOR(PAM'S) BEHALF. YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE WAY YOUR BOSS TREATS PEOPLE. Immediately brought my business elsewhere and found a loving companion in a new rescue pup!

St. Huberts needs to participate in more local venues, showing the wonderful dogs they have for adoption. Its AUTUMN and there are many festivals taking place.Take your dogs there! Get a booth, Im sure you have a banner. At the very least, go to a Petco or PetSmart, just like many other foster-based organizations. Advertise in Somerset and Hunterdon Counties. You werent even at the 4H Fair !

It’s too bad there’s people in management such as the ones at this shelter. Please look into the “ones in charge”, the verbal abuse, and all the other shady stuff that goes on at this place. The verbal abuse I heard 1st hand gives me the chills to think about the poor animals who can’t speak for themselves. Wish I could give -5 stars
