This is a review for the year of 2023. They have Extremely Poor Customer Service, mainly from their short-term Cashiers. I have had 2 Cashier's get an attitude with me for using regular cash, 1 Female cashier try to pick a fight with me, 1 teenage cashier drop my change on the counter and say whatever and then proceed to sit down and play games on his phone, and this is only a few of the many incidents I have been apart of, and I do not want to even mention the things I have seen other customers going through.

I arrived at 10:30 am before my appointment for the 3 vaccines at 11:30 I left Hay without giving them at 12 noon a very bad service in the pharmacy and vaccines department it is the second time that I go to this pharmacy which is the one close to my house but with bad luck that I got this staff with such bad attention even if I have to travel the old fashioned way 45 minutes away I will gladly do it these people are too bad even with people Of legal age, during the time I was there I saw how they were treated without enthusiasm and they did not help them solve problems. If you go to a pharmacy it is because you need medication or vaccines and you need help and they solve your medications. Bad experience in this Walgreen is very bad

Prescription called in this week for one antibiotic medication and the pharmacy was unable to even begin filling it until tomorrow. I don't know what they are being paid to do all day, but it certainly is not going toward them filling prescriptions.

Worst Walgreens ever! What makes it horrible is the staffing itself. Poor customer service from these employees pharmacy dept. Specially with Morisha the pharmacist that is incompetent doesn’t do her job well! This is not the first time that the pharmacist has given my relative meds that her PCP hasn’t prescribed and provides unknown Rx to my relative without consent. Sera the price and don’t even have the need to go through insurance. Really disgusting service from this pharmacist unprofessional! Switch over to another pharmacy in the area instead. Worst Walgreens ever!

This place has become horrible over the past few years. The pharmacy is horrible. After the black pharmacist left it got even worse. You pay for delivery of Meds and they never come or have to call the store 3 times. If you go there the line is always long as heck. I went for meds after getting out the hospital... last said oh come back tomorrow. Really? For an inhaler & antibiotics? You choose at 9, it's 4:30.... wth takes that long to fill a Rx. The young lady is airways rude & short on the phone or in person. Always get messages that there was a problem with my insurance. But I've used the same insurance for 15 yrs here. When I call they say, oh we forgot to put it back through. Usually people get rx because they need them or they're sick. Why do we have to wait days for important meds? I dropped off 4 Rx, they claim 1 is out of stock. Umm when will it be in stock? Can you send it somewhere else? That was 2weeks so and no follow up. Now they've gotten into the habit of just canceling rx if it's not in stock or insurance issue. They ARE THEE WORST! I don't know how Walgreens allows them to operste like this. I used to love this store, now I go months without going inside unless it's for Rx.. and that's only thanks to covid. I'll be going to the Walgreens in Franklin Park or at Robert wood. This pharmacy is disgusting.

Most horrible service ever. I asked them how long it’d take for my online order to get ready. And they canceled my online order right after I walked out of the store. Rude behavior from the customer service and they didn’t know anything at all.

Very very unprofessional staff I waited there for almost 45 minutes and then they told me that they don’t have my prescription in this location didn’t help me at all for even over the counter medication to find out where are they and which aisle never gonna go there again 👎🏻

This past week I sat in line forever at the drive thru to pick up a prescription and I was first in line. I couldn't even see the total number of cars that came behind me. Then today I called to speak to the staff about 1 of my prescriptions. I was 3rd in line supposedly and 2 hours later (accordingto my cell phone record) when I was next in line at 9pm they just hung up on me since they were closing. Terrible. I used to really like Walgreens and would recommend over CVS. No more!

Worst place in the entire world. Ordered an in store pick up online, and they had lost it in their system. Every single pharmacy experience is the worst. I wait in line forever and they never take less than 30 minutes. It’s never really busy when I go so there’s no reason for everything to take such a long time. I went into the drive thru and had to wait about 15 minutes. I finally got someone at the window and they asked me for the name I’m picking up for. I told them, and then she went away for about 20 minutes before finally coming back to the window and telling me to come back in 15-20 minutes. I had already gotten a notification that it was ready for pickup so I don’t understand why they were so busy they couldn’t have given it to me then. I went to get a replacement vaccination card for my grandparents who are handicapped and can not leave the house. They insisted that they must be present regardless of all the identification I had for them, however I was able to get it elsewhere. Walgreens in general is very expensive and you’re better off going to CVS or other stores and other pharmacys. Walmart’s pharmacy is a much better option.

I would love to give a ZERO, I needed a bunch of over the counter medications and asked the young man working in the pharmacy to help me. He stopped eating his candy long enough to tell me no but maybe someone at the front of the store could. I had over $50 of merchandise in my cart and was going to spend another $50 on those meds. I walked out and drove down to Rite Aid where they accommodated me. Good customer service is better than cheap prices.

Equipment malfunctions, cannot scan my prescription and told me 20 minutes after taking my information. Now I have to go somewhere else to get my medicine. Definitely not recommending this location.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy department next to CVS. I’ve never waited on a drive thru line for so long in my life, this is EVERY time! To go inside is even longer so I have just chosen to sit in my car while in drive thru - give yourself at least 1 hour if you plan to pick up a prescription. I wish I was kidding but literally that is the wait time! Time for me to change pharmacies in the 3 years I’ve gone here it’s only gotten worse!

Absolute joke. I went to the pharmacy pickup area to get a prescription. There wasn’t anyone behind the counter and there was another person helping in the drive up who neither acknowledge my presence nor really seemed to care that I was standing in line. I cannot wait for the day when places like Walgreen’s and CVS are no longer in existence. They are inefficient, definitely not customer oriented, and unfortunately, a necessary evil. Here’s hoping that one day someone can think of a better way to run a chain pharmacy.

Employees were rude and made us use photography register because they were “counting” money over an hour before close. Register wasn’t working and we asked about the other registers and they were very rude and gave a lot of attitude. I suggest those employees get some manners.

i would not recommend ever coming to this pharmacy. a month ago i went here to get a vaccine and the technician refused to run my insurance and made me pay full price for the vaccination. today i went to another pharmacy and i didn’t have to pay a cent for the second dose! they refused to refund me and now i have to file a claim to get my money back. terrible experience and pharmacists!

This walgreens is horrible. The pharmacy staff knows NOTHING about what theyre doing. This one girl with glasses at the pharmacy tried to humiliate my husband and I by saying if i wanted a vaccine without insurance it was “ALOT OF MONEY” and said it loud and dragged it. Mad disrespectful. She seemed incompetent of doing her job and didnt even know what varicella was. Girl worry about your job not my pockets. Lmao this place is a joke.

Walgreens on Hamilton St in Franklin, NJ is a very nice Pharmacy. The person at the counter was very friendly and efficient. The Pharmacist was very nice and Professional. I waited only a few minutes. I would discount those poor reviews as I had a very positive experience.

I have visited this walgreens a few times and most of my visits are to look at whats on sale in the store or I may be looking for a product or use the ATM Usually I go inside its never crowded and I may have been in line with no more than 3 or 4 people ahead of me no long waiting in line. The cashiers are friendly and polite.

Beware of getting Covid testing, pharmacist/tech are horrible. They will throw the kit out the drive through and expect you to know how to do the nasal test with no instructions. Then once you are done they will provide you with wrong reference number so, you can’t retrieve the results. Wasted 5 days to get the result, which should have taken no more than 2 days. Avoid this location, seems like employees are not happy working at this location.

Coming to location for years and cashier has nerve to say I didn't give correct payment. Manager called. Was it racially charged? Now I have to wait as if I did something wrong, for manager to count money in drawer. Past annoyed! Eventually comes back. A few minutes later with my correct change! No everything is not all right!!! 5 people moved to a new register that had to be opened because a cashier didn't do her job and thinks she is higher than thou!!! Manager has to see if I was lying??? Cashier is lying? Told cashier the amount I was giving at time of exchange and she was still wrong!!!Not o.k.!!!

Do NOT get your prescriptions here. I have been waiting for 3 days. On the first day they told me to come pick it up and they didn’t even have it in stock. But they said “the shipment just came in so you will have it by Tomorrow.” The second day they told me “the shipment is coming today, so you will have it by tomorrow” kinda strange since they said the already had it in the first shipment. On the third day the told me once again that “the shipment is coming today, so you will have it by tomorrow”

I have yet to go to the Walgreens in Hamilton and not have an unusually long wait. Whether it is a regular or pharmacy purchase. I have never experienced anything like this.....I will be switching my location/pharmacy. I feel for people who are sick and need their medicine in a timely fashion.

This store has completely fell off. The pharmacy dept is the worst. 4hours for a ointment. Go two after say come back in a hour, still had to wait another 45 min, after coming back. . Everytime I go here they claim problem with insurance. Always misinformation from the African American lady, she is clueless. SHUT IT DOWN.

Pharmacy lacks compassion. Went to pick up a Rx that was urgently needed. They were more concerned about getting me to move from the drive thru (there was no one behind me) instead of filling the prescription quickly. Ended up waiting in pain due to how slow they were! They are always so slow.

Not as bad as the pharmacy on Hamilton Street, but the waits are predictably horrible around rush hour, lunch etc - they clearly do nothing to adjust staffing based on demand. Visibly sick with flu and they still had me waiting 40 min for Tamiflu - had to get back in line and ask (at another customer's prompting) after someone else who got there after me pestered for faster service. I felt bad because I know the longer I was there the greater risk someone else got the flu from me.

This place has got to be the worse drugstore around, yesterday closed for an emergency today I go to pick up my sick daughters Medicine lady says we closed come back later. I never seen the unprofessional mess that’s going on here the last year this place has been worse then it was prior!! This Walgreens needs to close down.

The pharmacy is TERRIBLE! 2 hour waits for a prescription nasal spray?! Really? Avoid this pharmacy at all costs!!!!
