This is my favorite PetSmart by far! The location is conveniently located near lots of other businesses, making errands and shopping easy. The staff are what put it over the top for me. They're consistently courteous with me and my dog and always do a great job on his grooming. The last time, our groomer forgot to attach his dog tag collar and I only realized after arriving home. I called, went to pick it up, and they gave me a package of artisan dog treats as an apology for the inconvenience.

It's a beautiful store! Everything is in its place and organized, looks very nice inside and clean too. They had canisters filled with different kinds of good dog treats I found a beef trachea treat for my dog in one. The staff was friendly and Noone was just standing around, everyone was helping customers or doing things around the store. This is the best pet store I've ever been in, I was blown away by everything. I would recommend to stop in and check it out for yourself :).

I have taken my dog there several times and was happy with the grooming, but the last time I took him there was doing some shopping for supplies and heared my dog yelping wildly. I look over to the grooming salon and seen he was being washed with steaming hot water. There was actually steam coming from the faucet. I have never seen my dog so upset in the 8 years I have had him. I will never return.

The staff provide excellent service and even went beyond expectation by adjusting their price for the service I got. Also followed up the next day with a courtesy call. Best PetSmart grooming I've visited so far.

Absolutely awesome experience. I brought my 10 year old rottweiler in for a self-bathing session. Mike was EXTREMELY helpful and attentive. He answered every question we had and kept us entertained. He was truly looking out for our dogs interest. Our boy is old and a tag bit temperamental (aka hates everyone but us) but let me tell you, he took to Mike very quickly. I will never visit any other doggie spa besides this one ever again. They're truly in it for the customers and the pets. I'm amazed at the service! A+ Somerset! Keep up the great work.

Took my 5yr old yellow lab to get his nails cut. This was his first time at this location and he was very nervous. I asked the manager Marco to please go with the technician preforming the nail trim because Henry is a 80lb lab nervous and I didn’t want him to potentially fall off the grooming table they put them on. Well, needless to say, Marco did no go with the girl, she proceeded to sit down on the grooming table, pushing Henry to the left side off the table. He took two steps to the left and immediately fell off. He was hanging from his neck by that little collar they put around on them to “keep them in position”. She was then scrambling to get him back on the table as he flipping around trying to touch the ground. No apology from her. Thankfully he was ok. This is exactly why PetSmart grooming salons have such a bad rep. I have 4 other labs, and will NEVER go back. I warn everyone going there, and to PetSmart in general to rethink it. Even when they say they’ll do something they don’t. Something as simple as a nail trim could have ended very very badly.

The first time we took our puppy there for grooming, it was excellent! Went back for the second time, not happy at all!! My puppy didn't smell good, and they didn't trim all the nails!

Just for dogs and cats, they call it a mini petsmart but it has way more than any regular petsmart does! Brand new, beautiful, brilliant. This store has some fantastic features that you can't find anywhere else. Employees are very friendly and sweet and pretty too! Oh and they will price match with any other petsmart too. Definitely coming back here. They keep their shelves stocked while the closer one to me does not!

I am so disappointed with this NEW location. I adopted my puppy on December 16th and went to this location to purchase his food, toys, bed, and treats. I had purchased the Authority puppy food, and mixed it with the food that he was originally eating. Once he was weaned off, I noticed he was still having digestive issues. I then noticed that his bag of food was expired by over a month. I had to take him to the vet, and he was then prescribed medication due to him having non stop diarrhea.I ended up throwing away the bag of food due to be appalled by a new company already having expired food along with recently adopting a puppy and having to deal with him being sick.I had also called, and advised them of having expired food and there response was insincere and I was just told to return the food.I will never go to that location again.

A smaller store but it does usually have what you're looking for, or will at least have the basics. They also have the full grooming and day care spaces with very friendly staff that always do a great job.

Have been many times for quick pickups for dog food/treats etc with OK Service but one customer service associate Emily helped me find what I was looking for. Great service this day from her like never before

I had a tire that was low on air. I ask them to help me. They were more than helpful. The service person checked all four tires. Would recommend them.

Very small PetSmart. Only sell cat and dog products. No Banfield clinic, which means no prescription diet formula. Just not a convenient trip.
