For years I have avoided going into the circus that we all know is "the dollar store". No matter if it's Family Dollar, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, they all have a huge problem in their customer service. These companies do not pay their employees enough to care. Today I had the pleasure of walking into Family Dollar in Franklin NJ. I wasn't greeted, however I expected that. I had to make a return and purchase a few things. The first young lady I dealt (very small girl) with did not attempt to tell the line that she was closed, however proceeds to have a conversation with a non customer that caused everyone to just assume she was ready to take care of someone. The next young women was patient with me but her attitude was off even when I attempted to make conversation. All I saw was two depressed ladies. Family Dollar you need to reevaluate who you decide to hire for low pay. The store was awful and I'm not surprised the district does not care to have piles of clothes everywhere and everything disheveled. This store sucked compared to the one in South Bound Brook NJ.
