Not a good experience here at all. The cashier did not give me my receipt, even after I politely asked her several times. She just ignored me and kept taking the next customer. I had to find the supervisor to get my receipt. Smh

I went in to buy birthday balloons. When I asked for assistance I was told they don't have anymore birthday balloons. There was a whole display. I was given no further assistance. I called after I left and asked when they were getting birthday balloons in. I was told they were out of helium. How are they out of helium. Disappointing.

I've said it before and I'm hesitant to say it again because I selfishly don't want this store to get too crowded but it's definitely the best Dollar Tree in the area. Update as of 3/3/22 so disappointed that Dollar Tree is raising prices on all items to $1.25. For me, this makes sale items at regular grocery store much better choices as they're often higher quality.

The store is relaxed with a good atmosphere and The Employees are Friendly and Helpful. I love this location, BUT some of these employees are the most miserable people I’ve ever met on the face of this earth. They obviously don’t care about their job or the business. Imagine asking for balloons and getting told “that’s not my job” rudely while texting. Zero customer service skills.

They didn’t have helium for the balloons. I asked the cashier if I can pick one of those already inflated and he said “of course”. He then gave it for me for free! Wow! I am impressed by that courtesy!

The two older ladies are nice. Store seems to always be short of staff, cluttered and dirty--but I see this across all Dollar Trees in the area. Food products are fresh and rotated regularly.

You can walk out of here with a ton of items for only a little bit of cashIt's a good store that came a long way from when we first went there. It had a dirty feel, but not anymore.Of course you need to be lucky on who is working the register. If it's one of those people that don't like your kind they'll let you know it. If course this is rare, and it's probably true of everywhere. But I definitely noticed it here.

I like Dollar tree. They are attractive because of the price . I'm a regular customer of this branch. They must take care of the cleanliness of the floor as well as the organization of the stuffs. Especially the craft section is so messy always. Things need to be placed where it is actually should be. But mixed up in many places. If it's organized then it would be very easy for us take what we want.

When the store was first opened it was clean and organized however now, it is disgusting. The floors aren't kept clean and there are items thrown all over the place, shelves are not kept organized and the cashiers are rude. They spend more time talking amongst themselves than greeting and attending customers. I can't believe Rite Aid was taken down to put in this dump.

Store is good but unevenly stocked from week to week. For example, gallons of water are there for a while then never come back for weeks and weeks. Also the food section like most dollar stores is filled with really sub par items including some made in China, like canned fruit.

Good store.....but the employees don't have great customer service skills, very quiet and a bit rude. No music at all is being played throughout the store. When you work in retail you are supposed to be very good at customer service and know how to greet your customers!

The store off Elizabeth Ave is so gross. It's always messy. And the bathrooms are so beyond disgusting. I don't know where the employees go when they need to use the facilities but clearly no one is in charge of cleaning this store.

Been here a handful of times and it's a great convenient one-stop shop, literally five minutes from my house. They have everything from party supplies to general food and automotive and stationary supplies. It's great to get some things valued at a reasonable and highly affordable price!

Clean store and employees are friendly. On 11/13 one employee asked if I knew of the new extended hours for the holidays. I did not, she proceeded to tell me and she asked that I spread the word. I suggested they update their listing on Google. So basically they are opening at 7:30am Monday- Saturday and closing at 10pm.

I love lo e dollar tree!!!! It is my go to store for my wicked needs from soap. Candy of course, makeup wipes and of course balloons!!!Everything I go there I find something new and amazing for only 1 Dollar Pretty Amazing!!!!!

I have a complaint. I was in the store buying some items. It was 3:50 pm on 06/04/2021. An elderly woman ask if they have twine or small rope like to wrap newspaper . The checkers was doing absolutely nothing and would not help the lady. Very unprofessional working in a public place like Dollar Tree

Unethical people work here ( the lady who arranges things in the aisle).. my daughter broke a glass piece by mistake .. she came running to see what happened and would not even respond when I asked her if I could get a broom or something to clean up .. she said leave the tiny pieces and pick the big ones .. which I had to do with my hands ..I payed for the stuff anyway but she was talking about it to the cashier saying her kid broke it and I did not offer to help and laughed .. .. will never go there again ...wish I could write a review with zero stars
