I had been coming here for years when I come to Somerset and never seen these items not even in other Dollar Trees. I love how they always seem to stay stocked with things you need and new things to buy. Soon they won't be called Dollar Tree because obviously some items are not $1.25.

Cashier made too many mistakes.. The store had a good variety of merchandise and the card section 2 for $1 was fabulous as was the candy section. But the only person in store made it a bad scene.

O drink Ocean Spray cranberry juice I wish they would have all different flavors at one time. Thank you, for finally having favorite potato chips (onion & garlic) it's been a while since it was sold at this particular store.

The stock and cashier staff is always friendly and helpful whenever I seek a specific item. There are sometimes boxes in the aisles, and it can be a bit disorganized, I've never waited long to check out, though perhaps I haven't been there when a dozen people get to the register at once. I have been in the store when there are over 20 shoppers in the aisles, and have always had a blessed experience.

When I moved here this place was awesome. Everything was always organized and clean. Staff was friendly. Over the course of the last two years this location is a mess. Today I go in to look for one thing and when I inquired about the item, I was told “did you check #3”To which I replied “yes”Cashier “I think we do have that in stock”Im waiting thinking they will go get the item for me, never thinking I would verbally have to even mention it. (Is this where we are with customer service in 2022?)She proceed to ring me out and gives me my receipt.Taking my money to middlesex from now on.

I went to get balloons. When I asked for help. The manager got angry and screamed. What's wrong with people these days. 'you can't even get your own balloons sh... " I was in shock because I have been coming there for many years. I live down the street and I don't go there anymore. She looked very high. Always 1 very long line. Other workers are always standing around and don't care

Yuk..... people are not pleasant. You have to almost be extra careful when asking a question.Miserable people work here today.Messy store. Heard the cashiers blame everything on company policy and “Manager won’t accept that”Shame.... doesn’t look good for this company.Dollar General is much neater and better.DTree- Change out your people and I bet you get better customer service.

Decent dollar store with decent selection. Tends to be more disorganized than other Dollar Tree locations as there are typically boxes everywhere.Staff is friendly, never had to wait too long to checkout. Credit card swipers on the customer's side of the counter which accept credit card via Samsung Pay so you can earn Samsung points plus whatever rewards your credit card offers you.

Everything really is one dollar, and for most items, this is a discount. They carry a great variety of stock, including tools, housewares and helium balloons. I go there for party supplies. The only drawback is that the lines at the register are often quite long.

I waited in line for about 15 minutes waiting to pay for 3 items. There was only 1 register open and the only cashier was inflating balloons for a customer. I noticed 2 women leaning against a counter having a casual conversation. The entire time I waited they were talking. I thought I recognized one of them as a cashier but thought to myself she couldn't possibly be standing there talking while the line grew longer and longer. Once she finished her conversation, she casually strolled over and opened her register. By this time another woman came and got in her line ahead of everyone who had already been waiting in line with me. I have never seen an employee act so blatantly inconsiderately right in front of her customers. Don't think I'll be going back there. Most of the time there is only one register open but this was ridiculous, especially on Christmas Eve when most shoppers don't have time to waste

Everything really is $1. I got general supplies here for a training with 25 ppl for two and a half days. I spent $13. Great spot to get materials for your kids projects too and balloons for birthdays etc.

Who doesn't love the dollar store. great selection usually pretty clean. Only gave 4 stars due to lines at register can get out of hand. But staff is friendly and helpful.

It is 8:25 pm and the store looks open and the lights are on but the door is locked. Several people have drove up and left including me because they can't get inside to purchase anything. The hours listed on google say until 10 pm. 2 people just walked out of the office however they did not open the door for another woman who was standing infront of it. Not sure what's going on.

Store opens for 9am 4/1/2020, Manager strolls in 10:45 smoking a cigarette to unlock the doors. No sense of urgency or care in the world. She stands outside and continues to smoke a cigarette while the worker whose been standing outside for more than hour tries to get the store up and running.
