Have absolutely loved my experience living at Cedar Manor so far. I am so lucky to have found this wonderful community with polite neighbors and wonderful facilities teams. The maintenance crew is fantastic, especially Danny. The brightest light of Cedar Manor is Aura in the leasing office. She made the process of applying so simple, and she was and is always rooting for us! She truly cares so much, and is always there for anything we have needed. Love living here!!

I am a resident of Cedar Manor for almost 6 years! I love it here, very peaceful and friendly neighborhood. Every maintenance issue is taken care of right away. Auralie from the leasing office is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable of her work. I always feel welcome when I walk into her office. I am very pleased. :)

I have had an excellent experience living this apartment complex. Aura Ramos has been incredibly helpful and accommodating. The complex itself is well- maintained.Overall, I highly recommend Cedar Manor complex to anyone looking for a positive living experience. The leasing agen Aura and the entire staff have exceeded my expectations,making my time here enjoyable.

Been living here for 5 months now and it’s been amazing. Our experience with the leasing agent Aura was exceptionally good. She was very helpful and made the entire process so smooth and efficient. Beautiful community huge townhomes. We stopped by Cedar Manor to see the townhouse. As soon as we stepped into the office we were greeted with a beautiful smile, Aura is the person that you need to see! She is super-efficient and will go beyond her way to assist you with your needs. She is extremely thorough, professional and very friendly always attentive to every detail.Aura was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.Thank you for being very nice and professional.

I'm glad that me and my husband had found this place before anything else. The neighborhood is peaceful and almost everybody is nice around here. Very accesible, near to anything you need. The townhouse is clean, up to date, spacious, a lot of storage and does feel homey. Couldnt even more thankful for Aura. She is so great, from application to moving in, and to being residents now. She is very detailed, told us everything we might need while living here. I wouldnt ask for any other manager other than her, she is very accomodating, make you feel welcome and is always willing to help. Maintenance is also up to date, and even the oncall gentleman for emergencies is very nice. I remember one time being locked out of our home and the guy was very quick, not even annoyed and very more than happy yo help. ;)

My girlfriend and I moved in in July and we have loved living here at Cedar Manor! Auralie Ramos in the front office is a ROCK STAR and has gone so far out of the way during the move-in process to make sure that we have everything we need and continues to do the same now that we are full-time residents. She is always checking in to make sure everything is okay and is super responsive and quick when problems do arise; she has singlehandedly made this experience stress-free and easy. The neighborhood is well-tended, the residents are all very friendly and look out for each other, and the maintenance team is super nice and very responsive.

We recently moved out of Cedar Manor after 2 years there- and Auralie Ramos' professional yet friendly service that we experienced when we first entertained that community, continued as she helped us/answered questions regarding ending our lease. We enjoyed Cedar Manor but it was time for us to move on for various reasons. Auralie was always either available or got right back to us when we reached out to her with questions or issues. And again, always so pleasant to interact with! The maintenance folks there over the past 2 years were also very responsive to any issues we had, especially recently when a new water heater was needed in our unit.

My husband and I have lived in Cedar Manor for almost 1.5 years, and it has been a very pleasant experience. While we will miss Margie, we look forward to getting to know Penny, who has recently taken over the role of leasing consultant. Mark (the super) is very friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand and fix anything you need. He's very accessible too, with a quick turnaround time. Everyone in the community is very nice and polite, and we feel safe and comfortable here. The property is well maintained, which is especially appreciated when it's snowing! Overall, a really great place to come home to at the end of the day.

I was mostly enjoyed with my recently moved into Cedar Manor. Christine’s professional service contributed the most important reason we decided on living here. She’s kindly and helpful for the first impression and was very throughout showing the apartment and answering all my questions. She has instant replies to all my email and solved all the small issues I mentioned in the email in time. Really appreciated her great job.The community itself also gave me a good impression after I moved in. The whole community is relatively quiet, and the soundproofing of the rooms is also good. The only problem is that the apartment uses central air conditioning, so I cannot adjust the temperature of each room individually. The rest of the apartment is as clean and tidy as in the promotional photos, and every place was cleaned / replaced before I moved in.

I've mostly enjoyed living at cedar manor. Mark and Mike are great with maintenance. Mike was so helpful when we had issues with our AC and Mark quickly had it fixed as soon as he could after we told him about it (about 2 days). Props to Mark for making himself so available and working his hardest! Diane is fantastic. While I'm sure she may miss other places she worked at, she's been a great asset to Cedar Manor.The rent being increased can be tough, though. Ours was increased over $100/month after one year of living there, so we probably won't be able to maintain that, but the team they have at cedar manor itself is great.

Amazing place to live, I have been here for almost seven years and I absolutely love everything about it! Great location, and even better staff – Mark is a godsend, he's always there when you need him. Margie is wonderful, always ready with a smile and there to help. Highly recommend!!Update - 2018 and I feel even more strongly about Cedar Manor. Mark and Penny, make living here so pleasant and comfortable - they are very responsive to any question you have. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. And this area is fabulous, convenient to everything! Still highly recommend living here.

We explored moving here as we recently sold our home about 10 miles away. The community looks really nice and in speaking with others renters all seemed friendly. We wound up at their other nearby property Summerfields Lofts and this was only due to our wanting a community with a pool which this did not have. THe main reason I am writing this review is to compliment the Rental Property Manager Aura Ramos. Aura was so friendly, knowledgable and easy to work with that I almost decided on this location giving up my desire for a pool. If you are looking in the Somerset area this is a great community and Aura is AWESOME!

We moved into Cedar Manor recently and both Christine and Quilvio made it a very smooth transition for us. To begin with, I was glad that that Christine assured me of getting an apartment for Nov 2020 in July itself which immensely helped us plan the move. The complex is great and they facilitated a move during these chaotic times in the most distanced way possible. They are very professional and we are enjoying the apartment!

Been living at Cedar Manor for the past 13 months, I have to say the customer service is Fantastic! The maintenance manager Mark always answers the call and is great at follow-up and getting the job done. In the office Margie is an absolute doll...Never too busy to listen and truly cares about her work and providing outstanding white glove service with a smile.I renewed by lease largely on these two factors as well as it's a quiet development conveniently located.

Staffs are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, starting from the rental office to the maintenance personal. This place is perfect. The units are clean, spacious, quiet. Beautiful brand new flooring was installed throughout the main level before move-in. The residents are friendly and respectful. But the best part is the staff. Penny in the leasing office is absolutely 100% amazing. She is simply great. Smart, competent, friendly... but most of all she will take care of what you need and make things happen. Mark, who handles the maintenance, upkeep, repairs, etc, in a word, rocks. Since day one, he has always been there when we needed him. Some of these apartment complexes have staff that you can NEVER get a hold of, and maintenance/repairs that are even worse. But there hasn't been a day since we moved in that I haven't seen Mark out and about the premises fixing something. Great guy. We love this place. Our only negative is that we didn't find it sooner. A++++++
