I received great assistance in finding the right router at staples. It replaces the faulty Xfinity equipment that I've been renting with poor service for the last two years. Now I can finally get on line reliably.

Ordered online from Staples. Tried to return and found out you have to go to a UPS store or pay to print a label in store. Not very good customer service. I am sure someone else will be happy with my business in the future. Really poor policy. On top of that it is .78 to print one page.

Just left your photo department. Thank God for Kayla! She's the only one that was willing to help me. Kayla gets five stars. The guy that works there with the long curly queue not sure of his name. He is absolutely the most impatient customer service employee I have ever dealt with. I went in there to ask how to print out a photo. Asking him to help me with my cell phone to send it to the store. He just wanted to chauvinistically keep talking over me to explain that I have to come into the store to get help. Even though I'm standing in front of him and he is not helping. I think the guy behind the photo lab with the long curly cue on the one side definitely needs to get retrained. Poor customer service. I came to Staples to get some last minute supplies for a presentation. Additionally, I needed some copies printed on a heavier weight paper. Alex was my knight in shining armor! While he was not able to handle my entire order at the moment, he completed it first thing the next morning. And it was perfect! Thanks Alex!!

Delighted with the customer service. Extremely happy with the service at the print department. The lady working there was nice enough to reprint the online ordered custom Christmas card to meet customer need/satisfaction. Her humbleness made me welcome and I will visit this store again. Was directed here by an insurance company to mail a title. I'm not computer savvy in the least and needed assistance. Assistance was handing me a card with instructions. Meanwhile staples got free $ from my card after I logged in to use their printer since my home printer wasn't working. Nothing worked, was avoided by staff after explaining my situation. Whatever.

This is by far the best customer service I experienced at a staples in my area. I've been to the staples in Mays Landing where the customer service at the copy and print center were rude and didn't want to help at all. Rachel at this staples was so helpful, patient and friendly. I was so happy with my invitations and her service. Thank you Rachel for all your help!

We have visited this Staples location many times before and have had attentive employees, however our most recent visit was exceptional because of our print associate Deanna. She was not only friendly and personable but also extremely knowledgable, hard working, and dedicated to the store and its customers. This was our first experience with her, but as we were there we noticed that many customers that came in and out knew her. Deanna would take the time to greet them by name and make sure they were taken care of. It was obvious they came to this location for her outstanding customer service.Thank you for hiring people who care about their job and people. It sure makes a difference!

Terrible costumer service and pricing. Needed to fax 25 pages to Philadelphia..$56! Ocean City charges $2 first page, $1 all following. Total would have been $26. Manager was called and “could not” stop the fax, which is BS. Had to wait 25 minutes until it went through. So, if you want to just throw your hard earned money and have a half hour to waste this is the place to go! I’ll never go back!

Wish I could give 0 stars... my elder father saw an internet deal for a laptop for the grandson. The site said it was in stock. When he went in the store, not only was the item Not in stock.. but they told my father that the item price was wrong and that they would not honor the price listed. Terrible. As a business owner myself of retail, when an item gets listed wrong and acustomer thinks they are getting a good deal, I honor it.

Very disappointed with my experiences here. Awhile ago, I went to this location for a free virus scan for my computers. They did it and there were quite a few viruses found. They told me to remove them though, there would be a fee of about $300. It's funny because I left, went home, downloaded the same application they used, and then removed the viruses myself for free. Another time, I ordered a tripod online for pickup at this location. About a week or so later it arrived. I went there and it turns out it was the wrong one. I contacted staples online and they said they would ship another. They did and yet again it was the wrong one. This might not be this specific location's fault but it was certainly the company's fault.

The aisles are a bit confusing. Looked for some things but didnt find exactly what I wanted. I don't see anything new in here. A store rep walked past me four times, looked me in the eye but didnt ask if I needed help. Usually they always do.

awful store the people working there know nothing and just lie through their teeth to make sales, their advice is all based on what their told to sell and their customer service is awful, don't waste your time and just order what you want from amazon or any store , save the gas , save your energy this place is a cancer to society.
