They carry mostly premium pet foods here, so it can run a bit expensive. The staff is always helpful & knowledgeable about the product they sell, and are very geared toward quality pet nutrition. Cats are also available for adoption through their partner rescue. My only complaint is that the store itself is small, so there's a lot of product packed tight on the shelves, and the aisles are a tight fit. The employees are more than happy to help you find what you need though, or offer advice.

What a nice selection of upscale pet items and food. The have a large selection of pet food treats , clothing, bath items and best of all natural medical supplies for your furry friends. The toy and bed selection is very large and priced as it should be, not priced to make a one time purchase. Priced so your sure to return to make additional purchases. I live the Stella and chewy food selection.

I prefer this store to the larger Petsmart. Everyone in my local Somers Point store is helpful. They carry some of their own brands in apparel and dog food. For instance I just changed my dog food over to "taste of the wild". The other companies do not carry this brand (however I'm not sure where this company "hunts" wild boar or Bison!!! The store is very neat and well stocked. As with everything today I wish all the prices were a little less (the reason for the 4 star rating). However, they have a very nice rewards system and you get a $10 dollar credit every so often.

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and the products are higher quality. A little more expensive, but it's worth it for the quality. They also have dog cookies and baked treats in addition to the animal horns and bones.

This place is right near petsmart..in shop rite plaza across rt 9...check it out..got some better deals...n some diff. products..worth checking out. They do deals on certain dry foods too..like buy so many get one free. Good stuff. Wish they had a groomer :)

Excellent place very helpful young lady running the store, I noticed late one night that my four-legged fur baby was starting an ear infection being from out of town I ran out looking for a store where I can buy medication. The store was clean and wealth stock shelves.

Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable at this location. They did a great job helping me pick out a new food for my cat, and were friendly and shared personal experiences with their pets.

Best pet store around. Their prices are reasonable and they have better quality pet food. Their staff is super friendly. I admire that they put a lot of effort in to help different pet charieties.

Was a huge fan of this store, until I came home to realize that I bought a bunch of expired cans! (And I realized this after feeding them to my cats) When I came back to the store (with some opened and some unopened cans), the lady just tried to convince me that it was not big deal that they were expired! Very shocked and sad. Will not be coming back!

When I was in the store 2 weeks ago I overheard the associate Steve helping a customer pick out dog food for her allergic dog. I went over and joined the conversation because I have the same issue. Take him to the vet regularly for this problem. He's been on steroids, he's on grain free and still has issues and medicated bath once a week. Steve suggested no chicken (we eat a lot of chicken so of course the dog does too) it's been 2 weeks not a sore on his body! He's a happy boy, so is his Mommy. Thank you sooo much Steve, my Clyde would be still suffering if it weren't for you!!!

Love this store. Has all my dogs favorites. You can even bathe your dog there for a small fee.the staff is great!🐶🐕
