This store is an absolute disgrace. I don't know who manages this store but I can tell you right now, you had better get your Istocratic gear in shape. The fact that you had at least 15 different customers in line waiting for at least 20 minutes and the one register is still not working.

Dollar Tree in Sonwrs Point has awsum staff that is knowledgeable about where items are located and always happy to assist. Store in past was lacking in cleanliness but has dramatically improved !! I 100% recommend this location of Dollar Tree

I’m not sure why the cashier found it appropriate but she spent mine and seeveral others transactions complaining about a coworker simply also doing their job. Not sure what was going on that night, but I felt bad for the person they were talking about since the older woman was very loud and obnoxious. I’ve never seen her before, but I also only come in the day time and have never had an issue with the attitude of any cashier I meet in there, I think I’ll be avoiding that store at night for now on. I’m still very confused on what she was complaining about, she made me very uncomfortable to say the least.

lady in front of me wanted $500 worth of gift cards. after they were rung up, the lady changed her mind. this caused the register to lock up. the cashier called her manager in the back for help. manager told her to try a couple of things to void the gift cards which didn't work.manager said i'm leaving, wait for next manger to come in for help because she was leaving. in the meantime, all customers waited 15 minutes for night manager to come to work before anyone could be checked out. i had already had been sent to the other registet by the day manager before this even happened because she was closing it out. I was very unhappy with the poor customer service from day manager!

The interesting selection of uncommon snacks for much cheaper than anywhere else is the only reason this location walks with 3 stars. Not gonna think too hard about how exactly is even possible...

Dollar tree is a pretty decent store with decent prices. They have some of everything there. Your one stop shopping store. My only issue is, I've bought things from there that were expired on a few occasions. I have to remind myself to check the dates when I buy certain items, I'd advise everyone to do the same

It is in the process of changing over to a dollar plus store and carrying a lot more items ..personally I liked it when all the stores that were "dollar" stores were just that

Another good dollar store. Usual items....some great quality finds.....also the usual junk. Cashier was pleasant. The store needs a little sprucing up. Never disappointed though.

I have no idea what was going on with the cashier Alicia this Sept 5th 🌄. 830am. But as a retail mgr myself, it was concerning.During checkout I found her under the counter putting make up on stating her face was broken out from her "period". Her interactions with customers prior was very personal & should not be in business. Its not the time or place. Check out process was very odd... she was all over the place. Became very defensive over a simple question. Thumbs down Dollar Tree.

Marmora store was the best.... 2 yrs ago!! Now rude workers ... Not enough or no can I help you .. horrible.. prices are ridiculous. .. 3-:4x higher or double!!!.. or is it Dollar general I'm confused it looks like more like Dollar general store I'm speaking of in more more in New Jersey either way prices have all gone out ridiculously I am so surprised!!!?

Went in the dollar store today with my client I am a caregiver and she ask a lady that was there for help but the lady didn't want to help her because she was busy with something else so my client told her that she was being rude but I went to the lady Kara the woman my client ask to help and try to apologize for how my client acted and she just got an attitude with me for no reason and then she was on the phone telling someone how a customer was being rude to her well she shouldn't be talking about customers on the phone or being rude when someone trys to apologize

No one is training these employees properly. If you have a group of people with three carts full to the top of items, they should be directed to one register so that the second register is open for customers with significantly less items. Also, there's literally no reason for a cashier to scan an item 24 times when you can scan it once an input the quantity. They should know how to do that.

Debbie and Wendy are fantastic! Dollar Tree has the best of everything and it's all a buck. The store is clean and neat. The shelves stocked. Plenty of Free Parking and wheelchair accessible. They accept cash and cards but are specifically asking for card purchases due to the national coin shortage. Be sure to bring your shopping bags AND MASK. They are vigilant about adhering to the current COVID-19 rules for everyone's safety. Have fun!

Was a great Dollar store. amazing that a place with such great potential would let itself be disgraceful. place is filthy, two employees 25 people standing in line one of the two employees is outside smoking a cigarette, while this is going on seen cleaner bathrooms at gas stations really disappointed with this place lately!

Well stocked and then some. The store is good sized and is clear. Maintaining safe Covid practices. If this store doesn't have what you're looking for, you probably don't need it. You can always load your shopping cart here without breaking the bank.

Clean, more organized and tidy throughout the aisles then other Dollar Tree stores in our area. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because they didn't have a push shopping cart available, and I was purchasing a lot and could have used one.

I love this dollar store... Great items especially around a holiday. They also have a fantastic website with numerous amounts of DIY PROJECTS , WONDERFUL GIFT IDEAS & a variety of food, hygiene products & a rather large selection of home goods all for $1.00!!!!

Usually dollar tree is a great place to find good bargains. But last time I went they were out of a lot of stock. But this seems to be happening to a lot of the stores. But they got it.

Good location in busy shopping area, standard Dollar Tree merchandise layout with well stocked shelves, staff helpful with finding items, did add extra check out staff when busy, offered to add extra bags to pack fragile (before they are banned according to local law).

Actually organized fairly well compared to other Dollar Trees that I have been to. Though I will say that Dollar Trees in general have been a lot tidier than I remember in the mid 2000s.
