Walmart doesn't ask pet owners that bring in their untrained dogs if the dog is a service animal. Today a woman dragged her dog up and down the isles. The dog was being dragged and his feet were locked and sliding across the floor. When i mentioned to the guard she said nothing. The door greeter said you can bring in your dog as long as it is on a leash. He also said he's not allowed to ask questions because of the disability act. I don't know if you like your broccoli peed on or not. But i don't.

3/5/24 @5:45pm I just left Walmart in Somerdale, NJ to pick up a few things because I live in Voorhees, NJ and didn't have time to go to West Berlin NJ location. As expected, the store was unkept, dirty, shelves empty and disorganized, and of course the morale in the store could be felt when you enter the doors. They all look like they don't wanna be there.Well, I didn't either but had no choice at the moment!! The purpose of this customer complaint is that when I went to check out, I swiped my card for the balance and began looking for cash to pay for the remaining balance but when I began entering cash the balance on the previous screen disappeared and showed a new remaining balance exceeding what was remaining, originally!!When I summoned the coworker "Myles" to assist me he was nonchalant in coming over to help me (not the 1st time) and said you owe this balance so you need to use another card to pay it. When I tried to explain that I had enough on my card he said " I don't know why it's so hard to understand" in a very condescending and disrespectful manner. I'm 67 and did not appreciate his sour demeanor. I paid the AMT due obviously and started toward his manager (the heavy-set Caucasian female manager) but she was ringing up another customer with a large order so I left.Whenever I have to come to the store I try to avoid "Myles" with his snide comments. It's a shamed that a convenient Walmart location is marred by poor management and meanspirited coworkers who obviously are not held accountable when it comes to courteous customer service!! 💢I will definitely make a point of going out of my way to West Berlin NJ where the isles and shelves are clean, organized, and the managers and coworkers are friendly and courteous and know how to appreciate customers and the obvious sales coming through their doors which supports their bottom line. Shame on you Walmart Supercenter, Somerdale, NJ!! You need to do better!! 👎Suggestion: The CEO needs to make an "Undercover Boss" run to see just how poorly this Walmart (Somerdale, NJ) location is run!!Signed:Dissatisfied & On My Way To The West Berlin Location!!!

I drive too this Walmart from Philly me inMy mom today when leaving 2/25/2024 the lady at the door was checking my receipt but she took forever but she took forever because she appeared too be high on drugs she was dipping had too tell her too give be my receipt so we could leave this was around 3pm do better Walmart!!!😑

They have over 25 checkout lines and 4 open during the holiday shopping season. Self checkout lines are long as well. Had an online pickup as well. Had to "check in" and wait for someone to retrieve it. The employee doing the work was great and very friendly but they only had one person doing it and 10 people waiting! He had to keep running back and forth while impatient people complained. I truly felt bad for that guy.

I know it's the holidays, but this place is a mess! Plenty of staff but seems no one was available to restock or straighten the products. The employee in the electronic section was very helpful though. I believe he was the "team leader." Other associates were around to help us locate items we asked for but most of the things we inquired about were sold put. This is not my usual Walmart that I shop at so thankfully I do not have to return.

Who doesn't go to walmart?!? It's around the corner, convenient, sometimes the stock is low or no existent. We exchange our 5 gallon water bottles adhere as well.

I never realized how much Walmarts vary from store to store. I'm unsure which Walmart this was but they're all two or three stars. I mean that's what they're going for anyway inexpensive basic goods, if you want a better quality go to Target.

I love this Walmart! Always clean and fully stocked. Express lane makes exiting your shopping quick. You will also meet a very nice person at the exit.

Walmart is always my go to place to shop for pretty much everything. My daughter wanted so bad to hug the blown up Halloween decorations out front so that’s what we did.The greeters at Walmart are always so nice.Walmart always has great prices- great sales and a lot to select from when it comes to toys. Sometimes to much hahahahaha

Out of the hundreds of Walmarts I've been to, this was the messiest. In stock, the products are in an irregular mix. The cleanliness in the store is very sad. The most interesting thing is that there is not even a bag for sale for a fee.

Service was pathetic. I accidentally paid for wrong item and after 3 mins I went to the customer service to return my item. I waited for 25 mins in line. Manager was rude. And then I found out my item is non returnable even though I did not opened it. There was no sign on that item is not returnable. So disappointed by their service and losing my money for no reason. I will recommend everyone not to go there.

Very good customer service. As for the store being a mess it is because customers pull stuff off the shelves and just throw it anywhere if they don't buy it. The store is not well staffed and it's a big store. Employees simply can't keep up with the mess that customers make.

I had a tremendous experience at this store on Friday June 24, 2022 between 7:00PM-8:00PM.I took my son and daughter to get Flip-flops and my son’s balloon with helium flew away in settled into the ceiling. It became so uncomfortable to hear the disappointment and sadness in my son’s yelling and bawling.I tried to calm him down but he just kept crying and saying mommy please get my balloon back. I then started to look for someone to help me and I found Jackard who was extremely understanding and helpful. He explained that he’s going find a manager to see how I could get help in getting the balloon back for my son.We walked together to the CustomerService area in the front of the store and found Jeffrey. Jeffrey came out and talked with Jordan and tried to calm him down. Again, he explained to Jordan that he’s going to try his very best to help.He walked away and came back with about six choices of assorted kid branded balloons and asked Jordan to pick one. My son’s face lit up in relief and the sadness disappeared and was replaced with hopefulness and gratitude. Jeffrey then paid for the balloon out of his pocket.My heart was blessed to have encountered these two men Jachard and Jeffrey. I want to personally share my gratitude of thanks to these men for how the helped to resolve this matter.We left the store with a feeling and experience my children and I will never forget.I have to edit my review to include the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Thanks to the amazing team of people who work tirelessly to ensure the bathrooms are well kept for the patrons. Elba you are phenomenal, I appreciate your hard work and dedication. The bathrooms are well kept to the point where it smells and feel like home!

This Walmart location is beautiful. Clean, well organized and easy to find what you came for. I also appreciated the ease of the parking lot because as you know many Walmart's are in busy shopping centers that are a nightmare to navigate. I typically do everything possible to avoid actually going to a store of any kind but this store I don't mind at all.

Came for a pickup order and sat in my spot for over 45 minutes. The guy stop and asked if I had an order and I told him my name and showed him my Walmart app. He said we received the notice but it didn't show me sitting there. I will most likely never come to this walmart again, as he said this keeps happening.
