I love to bring Priest and Pandora here!My fur babies are attended to, and treated like family! I would recommend coming here due to fair prices, the fact that they don’t try to push anything on you & just give fair recommendations, and we always get in and out in a timely manner!

Very dissatisfiedBrought my cat here who has a skin issue all over, the vet was pretty certain what to do, antibiotic and steroid shot, and said we’d have to come back in for a follow up after meds are done. Finished meds, they want to charge me for that follow up, and my cat has been doing extremely worse. I do not appreciate being told we’re gonna follow a plan, not being given options seeing that her plan didn’t work out anyway. Cat skin issues after speaking with many vets could be caused by so many things. And to not stand by your diagnosis and allow a free follow up is shocking to me.I’m worried my cat (only two years old) may not even live through this issue. Can’t really afford much and sad to say I wasted money here with no improvement.

All of the staff are amazing, super friendly and professional. My dog is comfortable with all the girls here and the Dr. They are so patient and compassionate, you can tell they love what they do!

The staff is the only reason I gave this place 2 stars. The vet gets a zero. To clarify, they sold & charged me about $60 worth of special diet foods, and when I called with an update the following day, per their request, I said she wasn't doing well, the vet had a staff member leave me a voicemail that it was time to euthanize... wait, what?! If you thought we were at that point, why on top of the $600 plus, did you sell $60 worth of special diet foods. Also, who leaves a voicemail like that? Not even from the vet. I guess since I wasn't going to be a long time cash cow since my pet was nearing the end that I didn't warrant any communication, compassion or effort. Still beyond upset and it's been months.

We were very pleased with our recent tech appointment. The tech was very thorough, finding every little lump, bump, and ailment that our 14.5 yr old husky mix has.It's hard to send your little ones off into the vet with out being by their side, but we are very happy with how somerdale animal hospital handles this. We confidently trust their judgment and were able to work out a manageable treatment plan that works best for both Rusty and our wallet.Thank you for taking such good care of our little man ! ❤

Took my 5 week old puppy for a well visit. His 1st time at the vet. He left lethargic and wobbly legged. A few hours later we were rushing him to emergency because he had pneumonia from aspiration, most like the medicine that was given to him in office. We told the Dr Maier he didn't look well as soon as he left the office but she was not very empathetic or very cooperative with the emergency hospital when they reached out for info on what happened in her office. A huge bill and 3 days on oxygen and an IV later, he survived but she didn't even check back with us to see. Do not recommend.

My cat had breathing problems after receiving a topical flea and tick treatment. They allowed me to bring him in that day( hint the 2 stars). They hospitalized him that morning. I called to checked in around 3:30 and they told me his breathing was fine and I can pick him up later that night. I got home around 8:30 took my cat out and noticed he still wheezed when breathing. I paid about $700 for fluids and a medicinal bath. They claimed he was good to go. He was about 20% better than when I dropped him off that morning. Least to say I was not happy. A few day later I at least expected a call to check up on him as a caring vet hospital would do, but nothing. They never called or emailed to check on my fur baby who got better as the days went on. In my opinion they don't seem to care about their patients once they leave the office. My first and last experience with them.

Absolutely appalled. We didn't even get to see the Vet cause we overheard him screaming and cursing saying that he's not a obstetrician. Ok we understand that, however that's not how you should conduct yourself in your place of business. I once believed Veterinarians had EMPATHYNow I'm seeing they only "help" their Friends, associates or only... you know where I'm going with this.

The girl Lauren, the only way I can describe her is an angel. I had an emergency with my dog and I'm a new dog mom. She listened to everything I said , she was very understanding, she didn't give me the run around. And she really just went above and beyond to help my dog lilly!! I'd never take another animal here again. I was quoted a price and charged almost triple! They have my cats records listed underA K-9, SHES CLEARLY A FEMLINE. Save ur money go somewhere else.

Terrible terrible terrible. Spent not even 5 minutes with my boy seemed to be more concerned with how much money she could get from me than the welfare of my dog. Sad.The girls are so new they aren't knowledgeable, very kind and sweet though. They could not read the vets handwriting. I had to call back twice to find out what his diagnosis was and if he was contagious(something she should have told me when I was there) charged me 40$ for 2 written prescriptions one which cvs could not fill(she literally put cough drops on the prescription cvs had to call them) I had to drive all the way back to get the 'cough drops' which didn't work. Payed an extra 43$ for that. Just all around terrible.Went to another vet today who spent 20-30 minutes with my boy asked me questions answered any questions I had, brought the prescriptions in and thry had no idea what the cough drops werr cauae thats all it said on bottle as wellNo name no strength. Unbelievable.This vet did a huge physical on him. I mean these people did nothingTake your furbaby elsewhere!!!!!

The girls that work there are wonderful. They are kind and listen. I think I'm a bit angry because I bought a cone for my cats head which was $30. It wouldn't stay on and they wouldn't return the money. Ialso found out that Amazon sells the same one for$6.99 .I got medication for pain after the spay, again additional $45. I bought it because they made me think she might be in pain. She didn't need that either. Im on a tight budget and they knew it.

We have spent over $800 here and still have no idea what's wrong with our cat. $800+ has only gotten us a few blood tests and 2 xray views. Now they suggest a $500 ultrasound to look further! They charge a $50 fee to have the vet techs perform the xrays when the xrays themselves are already ridiculously priced. I think we're done here. Sad.

horrible experience. At first, I thought this vet was great because she came to my house to look at my dog. Then when I had an emergency, I saw the real situation. Very quick to do surgery for one thing. Secondly, she actually left the hospital without waiting to see if my dog was okay not to mention that they kept my dog on a blanket on a floor (no real post-op area). My dog was not even coherent or awake from the anesthesia when I was told I could take her home. She was also breathing very heavy. The techs called Dr. Maier (wherever she was) and said I could still take her home. She didn't even bother to come and check on her. Unfortunately, my poor baby died less than 1 hour after I brought her home. The doctor didn't even bother to call me to offer condolences; I had to call her the next day to ask what happened to which she responded she didn't know. I will never forgive myself for taking my beloved pet to her and would never ever recommend this vet.

We had never been here before. We knew our 15 year old dog was in bad shape and wanted to get her to a vet ASAP. Our former vet wouldn't see her until the next day. This office got us right in. They let us come in around back and go right into a private room. They were loving and supportive as our dear Annie left us. They had never met us or our dog and they were Angel's to us

The facility is very small, and needs some serious updating. The price for an office visit wasn't bad, $63.00. Tests are outrageous prices, but that seems to be the case with most vets. The vet was nice, but the visit was very short. I felt like it was rushed because there were other people in the waiting room and there isn't much seating in the waiting room. I will not be coming back to this office.

This place is a joke. I took my parakeet to get his nails cut. I was charged $111.00. Did you hear me a parakeet. Did you hear me $111.00. He falls from his perch. The vet said it was his wing that is injured but it's not it's his foot. When I took him home he got sick. The vet wanted to charge me $55.00 for antibiotic but I got her down to $40.00. Now get this they give me a dropper with antibiotic in it not a bottle. I was to give him one drop. When the girl showed me how to do it with water she emptied the whole amount of water. Now if she couldn't get one drop out of it how was I. Remember $55.00 for a dropper of antibiotic. I tried it and the whole thing came out. It went right in the trash. When I lived in Delaware County I used to take my birds to a vet. She was great. She would charge me $40.00 that included their nails cut and antibiotics if they were sick and she was a surgeon. I was able to take them every month. I ordered antibiotic on line. It cost me $45.00 for a entire bottle of amoxicillin. He got better. Don't go here. Take your bird to all creatures in Sewell, NJ.

I rescue both cats and dogs and have limited funds. I just started my own non-profit and have been amazed at how affordable the prices are. Everyone here is dedicated to the animal's well being and will treat your pet like their own. vet has even stayed late for emergency and answers questions over phone. Top notch service! The people were very nice and helpful! Took my sick leopard gecko there for treatment and everything went smoothly!!! Prices are more then reasonable, and the veterinarian knew what she was doing. 💯👌 Great place to take all pets! 😄
