So, I'm done shopping, and as I bring my cart up front w/maybe 12 items, there are long lines at the TWO open cashiers. Both have people w/full carts waiting. I go to use the self check-outs [ which I DON'T LIKE, btw-I just hate waiting in line more]- A Target employee stops me & says self check out is now only for 10 items or less. I say I have 10-ish- He gives me attitude- Look, not my fault Target & co was too stupid to realize people would rob you blind at the self check- out- lol. He starts to count my items.And then he begrudgingly allows me to pass. Had he said no, I would have left my cart right there & I spent over $200.Target- you CANNOT ban shoppers from the self checkouts AND not have an adequate number of cashiers.Do you really expect someone w/ a dozen things to stand in line behind people w/100? Maybe use common sense & have a 10-20 line and a separate "full cart" line??Perhaps you don't care about my business- but I'm not the only review complaining about your lack of help.Do better.

Worst customer service experience ever. Long line at self check out. Not one cashier lane open, but 2 employees watching people check themselves out. When asked if a cashier was available, I was told that the only cashier was on break and self service was the only option. Considered leaving my purchases and exiting the store, but decided instead to wait out the long line. Tried to go to service desk after completing purchases to speak to manager about the lack of cashiers, but the service desk was also empty! I tired calling the store 4x later that day to speak to manager, but...here's a surprise, no one answered at the service desk. The phone would ring a couple of times then disconnect. How is this store even functioning with no one running the show??!! Would never come back again. Not my job to be a cashier for free. Do better Target!

I have been coming to this Target for 15 years, the people who work there are always helpful. Target has the customer first mindset because they place their people ahead of profits. This = customer success.

Monica and Jennifer ( cashier/manager at turnersville NJ location were amazing. I was a problem customer haha. I didn’t understand the sale during Xmas. Buy $100 get $25 off toys or something like that. I forget who was who but cashier was very understanding and the manager on duty shut the lane down to explain everything to me. Shame on target for a kinda scam promotion but kudos to its employees for doing what they did to explain it to me. Thank you!!

I went to Target today and the clothes there is very nice but sad to say they only cater to people who wear small sizes. Sad in this day and age that they still do that

It's just a Target. Mostly overpriced, you need to use the target card to bring prices down to near competitive pricing. Lately their offers have you spending a lot of money on a lot of products to develop a decent deal. Most of the items we can't use, so we don't shop there often. I went in for one item, of course it was out of stock and not even a tag on the shelf showing they carried it. Oh well, more bait the customer to come in and not have the item, hope they shop for other stuff. Not this gal.

This was the worst shopping experience that I have encountered in years. I went back to the tech department to purchase a phone which took less than 5 minutes and I’m standing at the counter and the only person I see is someone stocking . I’m clearly visible to this person so after a few minutes of waiting I decided to walk down to inquire where I could find assistance. Just as I’m about to ask for help Brandon turned his back on me answered a call for electronics never acknowledging that I was even there. To make it even more obvious he walk out of my site. I decided I needed to speak to someone in charge. I walked to the customer service counter and someone was called. I explained the above and even pointed the person out. The manager was very apologetic and offered me a 10 dollar gift card .My heart tells me that this was the most blatant act of racism that I’ve received in a very long time. My skin color had someone treat me as if I didn’t belong. This Target has that atmosphere of not wanting to help people of color. I will never step foot in this particular store again . I turned around and went straight to the one in Turnersville where my phone was set up activated and ready for use. People of color don’t take it lightly shop where they want you.

This location is my local store, I’ve been leaving in the area for almost 5 years and I gotta say I never had a complaint about this location, i shop there regularly, employees are nice, store is sorted properly, check out lines move fast, restrooms are always well kept also accessible right at the entrance.My sons always find something special or different to add to their wardrobe (which is usually difficult to get them excited about clothes shopping, but they really enjoy walking around Target and finding something they like).

I shopped for about two hours in the Turnersville location, and it just took forever and felt sort of disappointing. Also, the older women that work there are a mixed bag of experiences.. but this! This target is fantastic! Not only is it more spacious feeling and much more organized inside, the employees seem to be more easy-going. But this place was so organized. I could find everything I needed like so quickly and I was in and out it was great. I also appreciate the way that the items in women’s clothing and accessories are organized. Makes much more sense than at the other location. This is my new target.

Went to store day before Easter. I knew it would be busy but, there was not a single cart in the store, had to go into the lot to get one. Lots of items were picked over, some due to holiday, but some everyday items. Prices were pretty high, again not sure that is their issue. But the topper, the store was extremely busy, and they had 2 or 3 cashiers. The line was back into the beauty dept! It was like that for quite a while. They finally added a cashier after the line grew to the other side of the store! Very disappointing.

You will be standing in a mile long line when 15 employees are watching you stand there when they only have the self check out open. Worst target if you want to be in and out. Bring back people that actually work instead of standing around staring at you

Waited 15 minutes in line to have the only cashier ring me out. They finally opened up another cashier but everyone behind me were able to get to it before me. I just left my cart in the line.

I just left an entire cart at Target, there is no way i am about to scan the entire full cart probably about $600 and bag it too at self check out. This target near my house never has any employees and the ones that do work there are never on the register, which is why i am so hesitant to go there.I don’t mind bagging my things, but you tell me i have to literally scan my things at this tiny self check out & bag my things up too, yeah no. If you are buying a lot of items do not bother going here !!!!! Their customer service sucks…

Appreciate this target very much. The employees are wonderful and their store is clean for the most part including the bathrooms. This store is very convenient since it’s so close to my house and to be able to see the upkeep of this store is refreshing and nice to know that I can depend on going back consistently.

I love Target, but this purchase left me disappointed. I ordered with a drive up pick up. I didn’t notice the damage until I made it home to remove the mirrors from the car. I couldn’t hang it, but I used it as a behind the door mirror.

There were multiple prices wrong from the shelf. I didn't even mention two of the prices because I wasn't sure of the exact price, or I possibly misread the label. I didn't want to be a "Karen". I felt like a complainer or that I was trying to "get over" on the company, but your prices are wrong from what they ring up!There was a security guard that was just standing at self check out & already disagreeing with one price, then another on a second impulse purchase of a pack of gum, it was a little uncomfortable. I was concerned he thought I was being shady on all the prices. The only reason I said something about the second item of the gum, was because the incorrect price was right in front of me! The target associate was very nice in changing the price, but I shouldn't have verify every price on my list. If I even come back I will be sure to take pics of the prices of everything before I check out!! Aside from that, the store was clean, I found what I wanted, and I did check out quickly.

If I could give a minus 5 stars I would We went in to the Sicklerville store today One cashier and 10 people in line for self checkout We went to the cashier who instantly yelled to us that she was closed As we stood to check ourselves out she opened her line to 2 other customers We went to the manager who was just standing there watching to see if anyone needed help doing their own checkout When I left “ Nancy” the cashier was still checking other people out I asked her why she turned we down and she just fumbled a lie and kept checking The manager did the same I will be shopping elsewhere from now onLost another customer Target !!

Unfortunately there's only 1 cashier and the self check out line is too long. I enjoy how Target is big on diversity, I just wish they would improve the customer service experience

The Gloucester Township Target always appears understaffed. The employees are constantly restocking shelves but they place pallets of merchandise in the middle of aisles. This is done in the middle of the day making the store appear dirty. There are only 4 self check out registers. They need to remove the first two registers and install more self check outs or hire more people to work the registers.

The level of incompetence of over 4 employees I interacted with is absolutely insane. My order wasn’t ready even tho the app said it was. No one in the front area would even help. I literally had to go back to electronics where the item I purchased was and find the guy pulling the online orders with the cart.. he was the only employee that helped me and if it wasn’t for him I would have canceled and refunded my order and walked out. I thought Target was supposed to be better than Walmart and lower end stores… needless to say I will never be back to that location and it’s gonna take an astronomical sale on what I need for me to ever buy from Target again.

I usually never leave reviews, but I had to for this specific Target employee. I was looking to pick out some skincare products, and was unsure of what brand to pick. Lillianna/Lilli was so amazing and helpful. She was SO knowledgeable about every product; she is an expert. I will not forget her kindness, and this Target is so lucky to have a worker like her. These five stars are all for her and the wonderful experience she gave me there.

Great selection and variety of products at reasonable rates. Clean store in and out easy to navigate isles to find what you are looking for.
