I needed to find a new pharmacy and the original people I talked to were very helpful and they also gave me good information so that was how we also ended up using another location since this one did not have some hard to find medication but said they are all linked up so I could go to another place. Unfortunately there are a couple people that were not so nice and made it very awkward to deal with this location so Vineland is where I go instead of this one that is much closer but not as customer friendly.

They advertise curbside pick up, but after waiting for somebody to come out I had to go in and get my order myself. Tried calling twice and nobody is picking up the phone either. At least the cashier apologized.

Apparently "We close at 6pm" means the doors get locked by 5:50pm so an employee can have a cigarette break out front. Rushed over after work to pick up medication. Very disappointing

Amazing staff, never have a problem, I see people saying they have problems I just think they are people that can't be made happy no matter what you do. I've been coming here for over 10 years and for anyone to say these people aren't amazing infuriates me, best pharmacy around!

Dropped of a script for my nephew and was told to wait a minute to make sure they have it. After waiting a few minutes they lady came back and said to give them a few HOURS. That was the first red flag, then she says to come back around 5:30 pm. So my mom goes to get the medication at 6:45 pm and is told that they don’t have the medication and that they have to order it. Mind you the pharmacy tech or pharmacist supposedly checked at the time I dropped the script off. I have been using This pharmacy for a long time and I’m very disappointed. Not to mention she took down my number “just in case something went wrong” and didn’t call to let me know or anything.

Rite aid in Erial excellent professional caring staff my family have been using this Rite aid for many yrs and will continue to the employees from front of store to the Rx are just good people

Rude staff, terrible pharmacy. I will never be coming back here, there is always an issue with the pharmacy filling scripts.
