No help at all from anyone at the store. Upon walking in, 2 employees were huddled together, chatting away with no welcome. I spent an hour in the store trying to find something they didn't carry. There were so few options for probiotics, and again, no help. The store is very unorganized. There were too many items with no prices at all. The sale/clearance items were all scattered throughout the store, with a bulk of them being piled up at the entrance.Clearance items are never marked down. This was the 1st PetSmart I visited that had such poor service and horrible displays.

For the past year every other week feeder fish are sick everytime i buy 50 feeder by the time i get home half the bag is dead i have to drive 25 mins to the closest petsmart everytime to have half of what i buy die before i get home i call the wnat me to drive all the way back to the store 20 dollars worth of gas to have them give me 50 more feeders to get home an half the bag died again petsmart please do better its costing me more in fuel then buying fish just to take care of my pets thats not cool please fix this problem all your stores are having

Good selections of pet foods. They are great for cat adoptions, our best friend has been perfectly healthy since we got him 7 years ago. If you are looking for Fish or Birds though you would probably do better at a place specific to those pets. But they can't have everything...

PetSmart has everything I need for my two dogs and I love the sales. We are regulars at the grooming Salon. I will begin working with the training for my 7 month old puppy and very excited to start.

ABSULUTLY GREAT!!!!!! Girls are always Amazing!!! They go out of their way always make my girl Reina feel special. I've been taking her to Danielle for grooming and Amber for baths since she was 12 weeks old. Love them!!!!! Reina is a 9 moth old doodle and has never had a knot all credit to our girls at Pet Smart

I Ordered two bags of dasuquin online for in store pick up since there was a good deal. I didn’t get the email that my order was ready but I happen to be in the area so I stopped by to ask if it was ready. When I went in the manager had an attitude and said “ your items were not in stock and that next time you should wait until you get the email so I’m not wasting my time and gas”. I said I was in the area and I was already charged $100 for the items. I asked how long it would take for the refund and she said 2-3 days. So now I’m out $100 until I get the refund back. She basically made me feel like it was my fault for going early but I felt as though that it is stores fault for saying a product is available at that store and charged me for the items. That’s a store inventory issue, not the customers fault. Now I have to wait for the refund. The manager was rude. Definitely not going back to the Gloucester twp PetSmart.

I have been shopping here for most of my pet needs for 5 years. (Sicklerville, NJ) Employees are always friendly and helpful. They always have what I need.They have a great selection of aquatic turtle food and supplies. ( We have 3 Red Ear Sliders) Never disappointed by the options for our 2 cats. Love that we can take the cats in occasionally to pick out new toys.

It's always fun going to with our without my pets, lately more with my pomsky puppy. Everyone greets us in/out the door and always gets help when needed or opinions when I ask. Very nice place. Would recommend

Overpriced but best option available. Good staff, but don't assume the groomer will do what is requested. We don't like it when someone clips her nails, I use a rotary tool to do it. She is a Golden Doodle, so trimming the fur between her pads on her feet between grooming is serious business. We got the "Christmas Special" Dec 24th, and two of her back nails were crushed. She didn't need a nail trim, and she washed her body and not her tail! Her coat was nice and clean but her tail, which we keep long, was greasy and nasty. Took a month for her to let me touch her toes again, claws if you want to be specific. Sucks because I liked this place. Overpriced or not

Everyone was very nice they did have some new people in grooming that seemed to need a little more training or direction. The one girl was super nice and helpful. She was not new. She took my dog back an got all the extra hair that was still on him after grooming.

Emily and Maddie are the best!! We’ve been going to this PetSmart for the last 4 years for all our dogs and cats pet needs and we recently decided to add fish to the family. We weren’t too experienced in fish tanks or fish for that matter and needed some assistance. Emily and Maddie are SO helpful and knowledgeable about all the fish and equipment for each tank. Without them, we’d have a MUCH harder time starting and maintaining our tank. I’m so happy that PetSmart has such dedicated employees that I don’t have to worry that I’m getting the wrong information like other pet stores I’ve been to, so I’m very thankful!!

I have been to many PetSmarts and I've never left a review. But, the staff at the Sicklerville PetSmart is so friendly and helpful!I was recently visiting Florida and had to visit TWO locations to find a product I buy in the NJ store, and it was hard to find someone to help me that wasn't on the register.When I shop in my Sicklerville store, however, I am always greeted when I walk in, and often asked if I need help!I used to order from Chewy, but someone hacked my autoship account, and then Chewy accused me of hacking my own account and shipping my dog's food to Texas (?!?!) When I was telling the cashier at PetSmart this, she told me that PetSmart matches Chewy's prices, so I should feel free to price match their current sales... that works for me!

So far I have had a few different groomers over the years. And pretty much. They are all good and attentive st this location. Clean store, great managers, and usually stocked well with dog and fish supplies. Good Customer Service.
