Went in to pick up my 20 bag mulch order. The pick up area was a mess, like completely out of order. When I finally picked up my mulch bags in the mulch pit, the loaders only put 19 bags in instead of 20.

Very clean store with well stocked shelves, clearly marked pricing with highlighted sale priced items. Friendly associates who are very willing to assist customers and will even walk you to the item you're looking for and answer any questions.

Lowes, pretty much the most I like about this location is they have a cat in the store usually at customer service but he lives in Lowe's, has a cat box in who knows isle and a collar with an air tag. Dudes got huge home lol

Had this pipe snake under the clearance tag went to check out with the item and sure enough wasn’t the item that was on clearance rang up 300 dollars. When asked about price adjustment due to having it in the spot of clearance and there was more then one they refused to adjust it and of course the item that was on clearance wasn’t in stock.

Had our new dishwasher delivered there so I could pick it up . Customer service was fine . ( there seemed to be a problem with someone not in that dept yet to grab my order ) I waited about 15-20 minutes for the dishwasher to be brought to me . I was still fine with the wait . I asked the older gentleman that brought it to me if he’d give me a quick hand lifting it into my truck . I’m 59 years old I’m pretty good shape . I have a blown disc in my back . In our old age we’re supposed to get smarter. I.E… if help is available ask for it….I call this guy older because he looked older then me physically, but turns out he’s a little younger & just out right lazy ! ( he tried to cry on my shoulder how old he was . Hence why I knew his age )He response to me asking for a hand was“ really! I just lifted it myself”! I bit my tongue until he kept mumbling under he’s breath . I reminded him that he only lifted it 8” to get it on the cart . My truck is an easy 3-3 1/2’ lift . By the time we hit the parking lot I’d had enough . I said nothing rude, I made no rude gestures. I simply removed his hands from the cart I exclaimed that his help wasn’t needed and that he could go “rest “now . Everything else was fine at your store until ……… To that employee I say , “ if you dislike your job that much , if simply doing your job exhaust you to the point of no customers service at all …….Well either you or Lowe’s has to decide whether or not you deserve working for them !

For the most part I have not had any issues at this Lowe’s location. Staffing can be hit or miss especially later in the evening during midweek. A few weeks ago I needed paint mixed and there was nobody in the paint department at all. I went to the nearby customer service counter to have someone paged to come to the paint desk. Nobody came. After 6 minutes I asked again to page someone and again nobody came. After about 13 mins total I gave up and left. I’m guessing the person taking care of the paint desk was on break. I understand everyone needs to take their break but there needs to be cross training and the MOD should have responded and had someone help me. To be honest the MOD should have mixed the paint. Instead my two pages were completely ignored. When I worked at Home Depot several years ago I was the department head of Floor and Wall. No matter where I was in the store if a customer needed help I would personally help them and even mix paint if I could not find someone in the department to do so. This is what customer service is about.

In all my years of going to Lowe's, this was by far the most satisfying experience I've ever had. Originally I had returned to the store because my entire online order was canceled for lack of inventory, however I found every single item from my original online order with excess stock in the exact location listed online. I was ready to go to customer service and file a complaint for very poor online order service but then an associate, Lee (he was/is employee of the month, if I remember correctly), in the lumber department was a tremendous associate. Lee not only helped me secure the remaining items of lumber that I needed to purchase and get my delivery scheduled, but because of his amazing service I opened a Lowe's business account credit card and ended up spending over $1000 before discounts. This ending experience was a major contrast to the manner in which I arrived at Lowe's and this gentleman, Lee, single-handedly secured a new business credit card, new MVP member, $1000 in sales revenue and now loyal long time customer. I was ready to file a complaint, not purchase anything and take my business forever to another retailer. Thank you Lee for being an amazing Lowe's associate.

Marcus was great. I walked in with an echo trimmer issue and he stepped outside to help!! I was getting frustrated because I couldn’t start my trimmer but he kept motivating me to keep trying, with his assistance! He wouldn’t let me leave until I was able to turn on my trimmer comfortably and properly by myself . Thanks again Marcus!

After a few visits to other home improvement stores, we were pleasantly surprised to have such a friendly and helpful shopping experience at this Lowe’s location. First we got an appliance and installation from Jose. He quickly helped us narrow down the best option based on the features we wanted. He patiently answered my many questions.Next we went over to the mill work area and were first greeted by a man who asked how he could help us and quickly connected us with Brian, who helped us pick out a new garage door opener that suited our needs.With so many retail locations struggling to staff their stores, Lowes in GloTwp is really doing something right. Even though it’s not the closest, this will be our go-to from now on.

This is one of the most friendliest location. I have been doing in store purchase as well online order pickup from store and every person work in there always be very helpful. Special kudos to Jose in appliances section who has walked with me every single steps placing the order, delivery and installation. I had to make few changes after order has been placed and he has worked patiently helping me out completing them. I strongly recommend this location of Lowe’s to anyone.

Terrible customer service. Only the self checkout is open with 4 registers and one overwhelmed worker along with two cashiers not doing anything. They had an employee outside trying to sign people up for credit cards instead of opening additional registers. Worth the drive down the road to go to Home Depot

Normally a reliable source for what I need but recently not as much. Also need more cashier's, hate self checkout. Also make sure all the clearance items have a price tag. This has lost a sale for you on many occasions.

Horrible horrible service from the customer service dept and a company that DOES NOT and WILL NOT stand behind the products they sell. Brand new expensive window air conditioner stopped working few days after “30 day they give you” and this store will not exchange the defective product. Calling customer service the person sounded like I was bothering them and when I asked a simple question, I was placed on hold just for someone else to pick up. The new person gave the “lowes” greeting and said how may I help you… Please do yourself a favor and shop at Home Depot or Ace or Walmart anywhere but this store. With this experience I / we can believe ALL the negative reviews. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE SAVE YOURSELF SO MUCH TROUBLE !!!!!!

Just ran in to pick up some base paint for my Bloom Fluid Art technique. I have no problem finding it . The store is very organized so one can find their item quickly and there are self checkouts if you're in a hurry
