Employees just rude. Don't say hello... nothing, they talk to each other and curse during their side convos while they ring you up... then just hand you the receipt and continues on. No have a nice day no greeting or goodbye

Store manager is ghetto, rude, disrespectful, trash! Her staff act like they’re afraid of her. She speaks to customers with no respect. I watch her come over from another register to speak to a muslim woman nasty because the cashier was speaking assertively and the woman was trying to get another payment to pay for her order. The manager came from another register and started speaking to her very nasty and didn’t hear the cashier speaking to her nasty. The woman got defensive naturally because she wasn’t rude to the cashier. The manager and woman exchanged words. The Muslim woman was told to put her stuff back and leave after she already paid. The Muslim woman left out the store and the store manager followed her to the parking lot and start arguing with her in front of her child that was park next to my car. The Muslim woman tried to leave and the manager continued to yell from the store door at her. The store manager was completely unaware I was watching this the entire time from the store. Another white woman that just pulled up start to jump in and didn’t know what was going on. These two white woman gang up on a black Muslim lady and fail to see another black woman watched her every action. My husband watched her follow that woman out of the store and was shocked to see this type of behavior. The store manager needs to fired for her actions. I hope the Muslim woman take appropriate actions against this situation.

First time at this location and it always is a difficult experience for me to go to a new store. Since moving to this area every store is new for me and the employees have to get to know me. I am always a long time in stores and first times are the worst. The employees here were exceptionally helpful. Noone gave me a hard time about how long I was which happens alot before I get to be known. I was very happy with the entire experience every question I had was answers immediately n when the answer wasn't known they went to their coworker to get an answer. There was even a shift change n the next shift was just as great. I will definitely go back and recommend this store. It was probably the cleanest n most well stocked family dollar I've been in n there wasn't any clutter in the isles which is rare lately I had to wait for uber to pick me up and was even told to wait inside with my bags cause it was dark and late at night n I was safer in the store. The gentleman may have been the supervisor or manager n he was really nice and was worried more about me getting cold or my stuff wet from ally he snow outside n just being as safe as possible over getting me n my overflowing cart out if the store n the way of new customers. I was impressed by the entire staff n the store itself

If i could I would give 0 to in the negative stars if i could everytime i come to this store the employee's don't greet you like they should or even if you greet or thank them they don't talk or answer you like i am being polite while your being ignorant. I get you may not like your job but who does no job lasts forever so wipe that ignorant miserableness off your face and get over yourself your at work its called work for a reason! The employees here are no where to be found, ignorant and miserable and do not speak to you! JUST PLAIN OLD IGNORANT IS WHAT THESE EMPLOYEES ARE.

This is my absolute favorite dollar store! Love love love the manager, Janice!! The employees are so great!! I dropped my wallet inside the store, not only did the employees, THANK YOU JIMMY AND DAWN, help me search the store, Janice, the manager reviewed the security tape to see where I might have dropped it.Well, thanks to Janice, mystery solved. I got my happy ending thanks to Janice!! She went above and beyond!! Thank you Family Dollar Family!!!

Nice prices, descent quality (clothing), nice selection on certain items. Nice all around store. Customer service is very good. Store cleanliness, neatness would give 7 out 10.

Update: store is now a dollar tree/Family dollar combined. That's cool but quite a few things there I can find at the General Dollar store cheaper.

I called twice to check if an item was in stock and no one answered. Once at the store, the associate working the floor answered my questions and sent me in the right direction. The cashier was not the friendliest, but was professional. Ehhh- it's a Family Dollar.

2 registers at a small high volume store is bad but you're usually out of here in about 8 minutes or less. Associates are helpful.

The store has easy access from Williamstown Road. There is ample parking. The store offers a variety of different items at reasonable prices.
