Thank you for the compassion you showed me and my boyfriend yesterday for our kitten we lost. You didn’t even know our names, you sprung into action and ran outside and took him inside to the vet and let us stay in a room. I always have a great experience here! The doctor and assistants were very nice and very friendly with my pup who seemed to have some anxiety while there. They were very gentle and patient with him. I even very much appreciated the check up phone call a few days later to see how he was feeling. Definitely recommend bringing your pets here!

I really love this practice! I have been bringing my fur babies here for 3+ years & they have always been great. Front desk staff is very knowledgeable when I have questions. All of the doctors are great! Dr. Retkowski is always great! I usually have her for my dogs annual visits. Dr. Hegeman did my kittens neuter & my baby is doing amazing!! The incision was small & flawless, it healed up awesome! They brought on another doctor, Dr. Lehman, & I absolutely LOVE her! I’ve seen her twice so far. Once with my kitten & another with my Great Dane boy for an emergency. She listens to my concerns & has answer for a possible solution. I’ve been complaining of my Danes allergies since he’s been a puppy.. The allergies aren’t just seasonal, maybe worse when the season changes, but he’s always had an issue. She listened to me, put him on an allergy medication, & now he’s a happy boy. I haven’t had him on it super long yet but I can already see the difference with less itching, biting, & even licking his paws.Thank you Cedarbook team. You are the best!

Was calling around for a new vet. Called cedar brook and they wanted 60.00 just to hold an appointment. Not impressed. Was looking for a vet with a little compassion and not just looking to rip me off. I guess I called the wrong place. My opinion. It's not my problem that other people don't show up for their appointments.

Cedarbrook Animal Hospital is the absolute best of the best. I cannot say enough about Dr. Haber and the team there. They have helped us through so many stressful situations without pressuring or making us feel guilty when we needed to make that hard decision every family has to make at some point. I trust this entire team and their advice wholeheartedly because they have been so good to us and our furry family members for many years. We are involved in a local dog rescue and I recommend Cedarbrook Animal Hospital to every family that adopts a dog we have fostered. We have worked with many veterinary clinics in our years with the rescue group and not one compares to Cedarbrook.

Our dog was sick, the vet was busy but had a cancellation and they were able to see her right away. Thank goodness because she had an abscess.They were able to give us the medicine and instructions on how to help her. I really like taking our coco to them for her regular check-ups as they are always professional and very nice.

Absolutely terrible. My family has been taking our dog here for years. Today went for a routine cleaning and they extracted 13 teeth without calling me! 13! Not a single phone call u til after the surgery. I was under the impression that this was a routine cleaning… not to mention the office manager is “unavailable” and won’t return my phone call.Stay away!

I love Cedarbrook Animal Hospital and all the staff. The staff is always helpful and professional . Dr. Haber is awesome he is knowledgeable , professional and gentle and kind to all my kitties . Even at the worst times he knows how to make you feel comfortable and is extremely patient . I love Cedarbrook animal hospital they are the best .

I have been coming to this practice for over 20 years. My dog is 17 and he had a seizure and was unresponsive. I called at 8:30 am and told the women what was happening and she told me they can see him at 11:00. Did I mention he was unresponsive??? Smh. This is the 2nd emergent call I have had to make there and both times the staff have zero compassion or there is a total lack of training. I now have a new Vet.

The facility was clean the staff was excellent. Took their time to explain everything and answer every question every step of the way. In an emergency situation, we were grateful to have them available to us and so kind and responsive to all her needs.

I have always found Dr. Haber and staff to be so helpful and so friendly. For well over 10 years I have taken my pets here and have NEVER EVER had any problems.They are so reasonable in their pricing and more importantly the care that your pet receives is very special.I am never any good at writing any reviews or any of that but i had to write this. I / we are so pleased with the care you get here. I would not think of going anywhere else.

DR Hagar is the Best and gives you straight forward answers and complete honestly very Fair and now we care thinking of having our Abby put down cause,she is getting worse each day. My Coco Shitz Zu was having redness in her ear and a dry cough. I made an appointment at Cedar Brook animal hospital for her to be seen by the veterinarian. He examined Coco throughly and spent time with her. She definitely had an ear infection and the start of bronchitis. I have been going to Cedar Brook for 9 yrs. I am very pleased with the veterinarian and staff. Coco is getting better with the medication she received. I highly recommend Cedar Brook animal hospital for your pet care.

Fair prices, great staff, never had a problem in person. HOWEVER, their method of scheduling is very insufficient. Every time I call they can never find me in their records and seem to have no recollection of my dog ever being a patient. I'm pretty sure after getting off the phone and specifying four times my name is Brianna, she still put it under "Donna." They need an updated computer system, finding me in a handwritten book is not going to cut it. They have a hard time finding us in the book when we arrive also.

I've known Dr. Haber since he graduated from veterinary school. I've never taken my furry family anywhere else. And I've never been disappointed in the care they received- always top notch. I know the practice is under new management but the quality is still there. I'm sorry I can only give them 5 stars!

A sad experience brought me here, but it couldn't have been handled any better and I will now be using them for my own dog. Amazing team, I would recommend them to anyone.
